This was my husband and I's third time staying at Chuck's wonderful condo. It was another fabulous week. It is conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. The beach is quiet and beautiful. The beach service company is fantastic. We have booked our fourth stay for next year.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property on the beach. Our kids and grandkids live nearby so it was the perfect location for us to visit with them. The condo was spotless and so comfortable. We plan to return as soon as possible.

This place was in a perfect location. Isolated enough to keep crowds down but close enough to Orange Beach and Pensacola to get to any “city” area conveniences (Restaurants, Shopping, etc) you may want. Grocery Store less than 10 minutes away. Property owner was VERY prompt and courteous with all communications. Place was immaculate and well maintained. Easy access to a beautiful beach, and an great view from the balcony! Can’t say enough good things about this rental. We look forward to another trip to this place in the future!!! Thank you!!!

Great place to stay
We had a wonderful week and absolutely loved our condo. Our owner was awesome. We had trouble with our dry he instantly was on the problem and fixed it very quickly. I most definitely recommend this place. Thank for such a great week can’t wait to go back!!!

Windemere at Perdido
We had a wonderful stay! The room was very well-stocked with everything we needed, and it is attractively decorated. Views from the balcony of our 14th floor room were amazing.

Grateful for a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend
Chuck, your home was just A++++! The home was spectacularly clean and comfortable and complete. The location was so wonderful, we got the best of both worlds - peace and quiet (Perdido Key) and fun adventures (Orange Beach/Pensacola Beach). And Chuck, you were the icing on the cake! You were such a gracious host and so always on the lookout for anything that may be of convenience to us - we felt like family guests. We really did not have to call for anything but he made sure we got everything we need!

This was a great property for our visit with our son and his family, and my new grandson! Perfect location, condo was immaculate, no issues with anything really. Chuck replied quickly to a couple inquiries about trash and kitchen appliances. We will return and will stay here again.

Wonderful Experience!

Another great stay
This is our second time to stay here and again it was great. Very clean and easy check in check out. The only thing I would do is get a new shower head in the master bath. The in there is awful. But other than that everything was great.

Terrific stay!
The condo was very clean and well stocked, the covered parking was a real bonus. Only complaint was the water pressure in the master shower, but that's nothing. We would definitely stay here again!!

Paradise at the Beach
This condo is complete perfection! Gorgeous views of the water, right on the beach! Spacious rooms, plenty of cookware, plates, and cups in the kitchen. Ice maker by the pool made filling our cooler simple for trips to the beach. The couch is incredibly comfortable not only for sitting, but napping as well. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We will visit this place again.

Perdido Key, Beach
We loved the location of the property. Check in was so easy and the manager was very helpful. The only problem we encountered was the dryer. We couldn't do much washing because it took so long to dry the clothes.

Excellent Spot for a Low-Key Beach Vacation!
The condo was easy to check in. The condo was super clean and equipped with everything that we needed and then some. The location is great. If you want to be with all the tourists, you're about 15 minutes from Orange Beach busy areas. Chuck's communication was superb!!!!

Great get away
The only real issue with the property is owners should definitely let renters know that the covered parking entrance is only 6’8”. My truck would not clear that. If I had of known before hand, we could have rented a car. Other than that....awesome property. Great chair service..Chapmen withe Ike’s Chair Service was awesome.

Great Birthday Vacation
Our first time to stay in the Perdido Key area and it won’t be our last. We loved the location of the condo because it was so close to everything we needed without the crowd all around. The condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room and so clean! We had everything we needed and the owner even has a couple of beach chairs and umbrella if you want use them. We found so many new restaurants to visit that we have never gone to while in the Gulf Shores area. Easy check in and Chuck was so easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Beach Getaway
Beautiful condo! Nicely decorated with a large master bathroom. Located in a quiet section of Perdido Key on the 14th floor with a large balcony. Wonderful view of the ocean from the master bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. A Publix is conveniently located 1.9 miles away and Lillian’s pizzeria is across the street. Condo comes with a well protected reserved parking spot. Pool is located on the third floor stocked with lounge chairs and great view of the ocean. A wonderful beach service is available for chair and umbrella rental. Wi-fi is fast and all premium channels (HBO, Showtime, etc. ) are available. This will be our top pick for future trips!!
