The host of this property is amazing. He promptly answered any questions I had. Upon arrival and getting settled in we discovered the cleaning company he used was not great. when we attempted to use the oven, the oven actually had flames due to something previously spilled in it. There were also random things left around the house, beer cans, shampoo, lighter, and cigarette ducks. If the host had not been so wonderful, I would have left a very bad review on the cleanliness of the residence.

This duplex had plenty of room for family to have their own space but also time together. Lots of walking steps though because elevator was not working properly. The pool was nice for the two small children and we had good neighbors in other duplex sharing for a few days. Very close to beach access and lots of decks for watching sunrise over ocean and sunset over canal.

This was our second stay at this rental. Great location…very close to public beach access. Spacious and very clean. Enjoyed the pool. The owner was very helpful in resolving a small issue with the elevator. Definitely recommend this rental.

Nice balcony views & plenty of space to relax. The elevator was great for my mom. The walk to the beach was so close. Kids loved the pool. Overall a great choice.

This property exceeded our expectations. The location was right across the road from beach chair 32. The balcony views were breathless. We were there during the Fourth of July holidays and could see fireworks from all different locations. We had seven adults and seven children and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The four bathrooms were awesome to have on every floor. We were in the main suite upstairs with our family members with small children across the hall from us and they apologize for the children being up during the night and we never heard a thing with our doors shut. The pool was such a blessing with the small children we had. The outside showers and toilet was very helpful when getting in and out of the pool and returning from the beach. The rental had everything we needed from pots and pans to pool toys. Even the charcoal was provided for grilling, which we did several nights. I was very hesitant about sharing the pool with the other side of the duplex, but it worked out wonderful. They had small children and we took turns using the property And they were fine with us being there while they were there. The best benefit of this rental is the owner Dennis he was very friendly and inviting and he welcomed and answered every question that we had we really hope to return someday to this property and if you are on the fence! Just do it. We have been to other ocean communities and this by far as moved to the top of our list!

Cute place across from beach access. Very convenient location. We did had some issues with cleanliness and bugs. Previous tennants also hid tiny toys around the house (we found 9 of them, so who cleaned?). When we arrived, there was a ton of garbage around the shared pool. I ended up having to wash potholders and hand towels in the kitchen as they were covered in crumbs from the previous tennants. Furniture was dated and ran down. As stated, there are only towels and linens for 8. When contacted, the property owner kindly had someone come to the house asap to handle the bug problem.

This house was the perfect stay, we loved it so much we want to come back! The front decks are where we all spent most of our time, the kitchen is large and fit all 9 of us comfortably. The bedrooms and closets and bathrooms are large and fit everything we needed! The pool is great, we used the grill twice, and the location to the beach (& restaurants/boardwalk) couldn’t be better. Also, the elevator is a life saver, especially for my older parents! We used it a lot!! We will be back!!

Communication was great, the pool was nice and relaxing, location is perfect..walk across the street and you are at the beach. I would book again in the future. The Sunrises and Sunsets were phenomenal. The elavator was a huge plus.

The house is in a perfect family location. right across the street from beach access. The house is very family-friendly and the elevator was perfect for our elderly grandma.

We had a wonderful stay at the perfect house. There were 8 adults and 4 children. This house was the perfect fit. The pool put the icing on the cake.

The property is wonderful. The kids loved the pool, the beach is just across the street, and the views and location are super. Plenty of shared space and quiet areas.

We had an amazing time. We really appreciated the elevator for ease of access and the pool was such a relaxing place to spend the evenings. Access to the beach was very convenient, we really didn’t mind that it was across the street, it felt very close to the water. All of the beds were comfortable and each room was clean . The views are amazing. Our entire party agreed to stay there in the future.

The home is exactly as described in the listing. I'm big on cleanliness and the home was very clean. The elevator was wonderful for both my Mother and moving the luggage from the carport to each of our rooms. The pool was nice to sit by and chill and watch the sunset. The location was perfect...we were a two minute walk from the beach and a quick drive to all the restaurants. We really enjoyed ourselves...thank you for the stay!

There were 11 of us that Spent the weekend at this property. We had gone down to celebrate my friend Austin’s bachelor weekend. The house was nice and clean, the pool was great, and we loved that the house was close to the beach. Everyone had a nice bed to sleep in and had plenty of room. We would definitely come back and stay again. Austin said he had a great time and said it was the bachelor weekend he had been hoping for. He’ll be getting married next month. We may start coming back to do a long weekend each year, the same group of men. The only complaint I would have is that the bottom level was slightly stuffy at times. I had noticed that the outdoor HVAC unit had some type of plant growing over it, maybe it wasn’t pulling enough air through the coils. Other than that, everything was great!

Great location. Very short walk to the beach. Awesome views. Very nice clean home.

This house was very nice, comfy, and roomy. 6 adults and 2 children had a great time here. The views are beautiful from all the balconies. We were able to watch the fireworks from the third floor balcony. The pool area is awesome. The only problem was the pool table was not in working order, but the owner was aware and parts on order. Also, I could not open the wooden elevator door from the inside on the third floor. The men could though, I guess it was sticking. Overall a fantastic stay and we would LOVE to stay here again.

Well appointed, great location, enjoyed cooking meals together, amazing layout of rooms and such! And very, very clean. We enjoyed staying across the street from the beach plus the canal on the other side. BBQ area and pool were great, well equipped with beach chairs. Seriously great place to stay!

This was our second stay here and it worked well for us. Room to relax, spread out and spend time together with games, pool and elevator too. Five cousins, two adult children, their spouses and both mother and aunt found this a perfect spot for us.

The location is excellent and the property was immaculate! Views of the ocean and marina on every floor were impressive and so many extras were provided it made our stay hassle-free. The pool was good for the kids and everyone was able to gather in a group or grab some privacy. My husband met Dennis who was really pleasant and helpful with my occasional questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway. A+++

Everyone had a great time. Bathrooms and kitchen had plenty of supplies. The dish detergent pod box was empty when we arrived but was supplied with a new box right away when we called.

Really enjoyed our last minute stay at Carolina Beach. This property had a phenomenal location and great views all around. It was very spacious and had anything you needed. The owner is great to work with and is quick to assist on any ask. Would highly recommend!

The house was amazing. The only thing at the pool the chairs had spider web all under them , didn’t look like they have been clean in a while. I was also charged twice for the protection plan. Other than that my husband family and mine really enjoyed our stay definitely would stay here again. Thanks for the opportunity of sharing your beach home with my family.

This was a great family get away property. Something for everyone and plenty of room. Had the pool heated since this is the shoulder season and the nights were cool. Kids loved it. Elevator was great for getting older adults up and down....there are some serious steps in this 4 story home.

A grand time! It was easy to find and check in. Communication with the host was fast and very pleasant. It was well equipped from the kitchen to the beach items. The beach was an easy walk. It was a great place and would return. Thank you for the fun stay.

The elevator made it great for my older parents to save their knees for the beach. The beach access was close, the pool was great, and just enough room for the family. Beautiful views from all the balconies! We may make this a yearly trip.

What a wonderful property. Our family of 8 adults, one toddler and one infant had the best time. Access to the beach was literally right across the street. We will definitely consider coming back. The only unfortunate issue was the clothes dryer not working. It was brand new and needed a part which was on order. We worked around it and all was good
