We booked this property on short notice for 14 days. When we arrived, it appeared that the house hadn't been inhabited in a while. The HVAC was off and it was musty. After a day of cycling the AC, the musty smell went away. I attribute all of this to our short notice booking.
We enjoyed the pool, the pickleball court, the amazing view, and the short walk to the beach. All of this was outstanding.
My interactions with the property manager, AMI Locals, were mixed. For some simple matters, they addressed my concerns with quick and friendly responses and fixes, which I greatly appreciated.
There was one significant issue: The spa jets didn't work. I reported this right away. They told me that they would dispatch someone. I called back the next day, no update. I called back the day after that, and they told me that the owner refused to fix the spa jets. I expressed concern because I had booked the property in part for the spa. I asked for some financial accommodation for that, and they told me that I could get passes to a nearby resort and use their pool facility if I wanted.
Then, Blaize from AMI Locals told me that the spa doesn't have jets. I took some pictures to prove her wrong, but she stuck to her position. I feel like AMI Locals decided to lie to me, so they didn't have to act on my request to fix the spa or offer me financial accommodation.
In summary, we loved the house and location, but don't trust the management company/owner.

The home amenities, location and views were great. The floors were in need of a good scrub, and the ice maker did not work. We did not request maintenance or cleaning as we did not want to be disturbed - please fix for your next renters!

It was an amazing experience beautiful house super clean I had no complaints even though I read the reviews and they said that it was not clean I had not a bad experience the only thing was the hot pool control cable was a lithe off that’s minor dangerous but nothing that could be fix with communication

Beautiful house with a ton of space! The views were great and the place was very clean. The AMI group was great with communication. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. No downfalls about this stay, it was great!

Disappointed
This house needs some major TLC -- maintenance issues in every room of the house, the home was not clean, the pool is an oversized hot-tub with zero sun. The only thing good about this home was the proximity to the beach and Bridge Street. We did speak with the property management team, several times, and while some of the issues were addressed not everything could be taken care of while we were there without disrupting our vacation. This home is not maintained.

Great home that fits a large group
Great place to get together with family and friends. Initially we had some minor issues but the management company took care of it fast. Walking distance to the beach and few places to eat. Would stay here again.

Great location the house could have been so much better!
Overall the stay was great and the property is in a fabulous location albeit the road is loud and very busy at times. It is such a shame that we had several issues With our stay and only being there 4nights made for a disappointing experience with this property. I made sure to contact the agents about all the issues of which they resolved most of them - below is a summary;
Extremely dirty - even with finding false eye lashes in the bathroom
Not enough glasses, cups and sharp knifes missing
No brush and dustpan
No iron
Spa not heating initial and light not working.
Only 1 beach chair
No sofa seating by the spa(As per photo)
Cigarette ends on all of the out door balconies(we are non smokers)
Front door very stiff and hard to open.
Utilities like glasses , bowls, serving spoons etc very dirty.
They never commented on the dirty photos I sent or the lack of sofas by the spa. However they did provide us with more cups, knifes and the other missing items. We paid full price for our stay and full price for the cleaning- I only hope future guests have a better experience as all of the issues we had can easily be mitigated prior to people booking the property.

Great time with family
My family and I spent a week at this property and it was great. More than enough room for 7 adults and 2 kids. The management company is very responsive and sent someone to fix a door handle and TV right away. As other reviewers have said, the stairs are inconvenient for toddlers and elderly - this is very true. If you have a baby/toddler I’d recommend bringing a gate for the stairs. Also, the house is not very soundproof - the living room/dining room is right above the 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor so I’d recommend noise cancelling machines be installed in the bedrooms. Nevertheless, the beach is an easy 2min walk and the pool area is a nice place to enjoy the outdoors in the shade. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend this home and the management company!!

This was our first trip to AMI and we loved it! The beaches were beautiful. Probably the best beaches we've been to in Florida. Location of the house is excellent. Short walk to the beach and Bridge street. The house was a good size for all of us. Overall clean, besides the pool and pool area. Which I messaged about and was never responded too. The home could use an outdoor shower area for all the sand. They do have a water spicket though. The stairs were alot, but we were prepared for that. Wouldn't work for young children or the elderly. The balconies were beautiful. And the kitchen and living space were very nice with ocean views. The house could use one big table by the pool. Because that's really the only place our whole group could gather. Its a little broken up. Overall we would definitely come back to AMI but probably find a different house.

Beautiful home near the beach!!
Great stay. AMI was easy to communicate with. The house is nicely laid out and well-positioned near the beach. The only complaint would be the three king sized beds are on their last limb—you sink into them in the middle and it’s not comfortable. If these were replaced the house would be perfect!

Great Views!
Great location, great views of the ocean. You might see dolphins while doing some dishes :) Big house, enough to accommodate a big family. I will say it’s not small kid friendly, because of all of the stairs. We rented some baby gates from one of the local rental company called “Fun and More”. The house was clean, modern, close to everything. It has everything you will need, from all of the kitchen appliances, down to beach toys, cart, cooler, umbrella etc. However, some of the beach chairs need to be replaced due to rust, also all of the lamps are due for replacement or fixing as they wobble. The beds might need some adjustments too, they we’re kinda uncomfortable and made so much noise, which isn’t great when you co sleep with your little one. Overall we loved our stay.
The staff from AMI locals were very pleasant, and responded quickly to questions or concerns. We loved the Anna Maria Island. We plan to revisit again next year 😀�

Family Vacation
We had plenty of room to stretch out in this home. The pictures are accurate. It is directly next to a small park . The had just put in pickle ball courts which was alot of fun . We had a couple of minor issues which were taken care of quickly. Pool was a quiet oasis away from the beach. Thank you for the memories.

We had a great week in Anna Maria Island. The property was as we expected. Very convenient location, walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. Fully equiped with everything you may need to go the beach. I'd recomend this property.

What a gorgeous home! We had a group of 16 and a small dog.. PLENTY of room for everyone. Short short walk to the beautiful beach. The home (yes home, not house) was exceptionally clean. I was very impressed with everything. The pool was very well kept and our 9 grandchildren used it every day- either before beach time or after. The kitchen was large and had everything you could need for cooking.. we cooked dinner every night but one. Very large kitchen table with benches and there was even a small children's table and some toys on site. The views from the multiple decks were amazing. Just a wonderful place... we had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Most uncomfortable house ever.
I moved out in one day and rented a suitable house - so many things-
very small bedrooms, Dishwasher broken - little water pressure and 3 very steep fights to the dining area and master bedroom.
I did not complain, there it was too overwhelming.

Three families rented this for our spring break. It was the perfect house for us. The location is fantastic! It's a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. They are shaded which makes for a nice break from the sun. They also enjoyed the crow's nest up on the roof which had a fantastic view of the ocean and the town of Bradenton Beach. We also made use of the grill. The two teenage boys also loved the pac man machine.
The adults loved sitting in the upstairs living room. From there we had a fantastic view of the beach. The kitchen is a good size and we cooked several meals there. There are also lots of great restaurants within a few blocks.
The house manager, Ashley, was very attentive. We had one minor issue and it was fixed immediately.

Spent my birthday weekend with family and friends and I must say we all enjoyed our stay here. We were all pleased with everything and loved every bit of the house! The view from the balcony was amazing, we were able to see the sunset as well..The kids enjoyed the hot tub and games!
The home was fully stocked and very clean, we had no issues and would definitely rent again.. Looking forward to coming back soon!!

Enjoyed my first stay on the beautiful gulf coast of Florida. This home was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful views from several rooms and of course the rooftop. Experienced really comfortable weather and used the pool and hot tub as well as crossing the street for sun and a swim. Few minor problems that were addressed promptly by property manager. Would certainly stay here again and highly recommend.

Spent a long weekend with friends and family and we all enjoyed the house .... it felt like home. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We could go to one side of the house and watch the sunrise and the other side to watch the sunset! It was too cold for us to use the pool but we enjoyed the hot tub. We will be coming back!

We absolutely loved this home. We have rented from this owner before and love their homes but this was in a different location then we were use to but the owner convinced us and we love it!!!
We loved the beach house restaurant was so close. Also bridge street is a blast always something to do. And a marina a block away and a kids park next door and private tennis!
We now consider Bradenton beach the real anna maria!!!
This is a must try home! We really had a great family vacation and will return.

7 of us, 3 adults and 4 kids rented this property for the Christmas Holiday. This was our first time renting a house instead of the typical hotel room. We were all pleasantly surprised at how easy, affordable and convenient this property rental was! The kids loved the heated private pool and hot tub. Beach access is across the street. There is a small community play ground and tennis court literally in the back yard. There are dozens of shops and restaurants within walking distance and large grocery store and shopping mall within a short drive. The house itself was brand new with great top notch finishes. There were 3 master suites with private bathrooms, 2 rooms with bunk beds, and large living area and kitchen area. There are also 3 decks and 1 rooftop balcony with great views. We loved it and will definitely stay again!
