Great home! Well-maintained and laid out. Needs a grater in the kitchen. Did not like guest mode on master bedroom Roku. Porches are great!

This house was perfection for our family of 5! Close to Publix, Watercolor amenities, and Seaside, but still tucked away on a quiet street. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been to Watercolor before but this house was just perfect for our family! From the beautiful house to the location - everything was just perfect! We also couldn't have asked for better service from the Sanders rental company. Hands down the best service we have received. Their communication was amazing. We loved everything about our stay and even rebooked for next year! Watercolor is our happy place and we can't wait to return and create more memories and 37 Red Cedar Way is the perfect house for us!

Perfect location if traveling with kids!
We just got home from a great family trip to Watercolor. The house is just a block from the kid’s area of the resort so location was perfect! House was clean! They let us check in early which was so nice. We will be back!

The house had plenty of space for our family of five, including a four-bunk room for the kids. Screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing and big dining room table had room for all of us, plus puzzles and games. Beach access is easy through the pools and beach club and the milkshake counter was a nice addition to the pool area. Bikes were all in great shape and Sanders Beach Rental made it super easy to add a bike for our youngest. All around, a great stay in a very nice, well-maintained and like-new home – thank you for a much-needed fall break getaway!

We picked this property because it was a one story option. Because we had small children with us we thought this would make the stay more enjoyable. This house is perfect for families with small children. There are not alot of "breakables" to worry about. It is comfortable, well stocked and ample room.

Great home and a great location
The home was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog. You could easily fit a second family in the house as well. The location is great and safe for the kids to be on the bikes on the street. The location near Camp Watercolor (kids pool) was perfect as well. I'd 100% recommend staying here!

Such a relaxing and well decorated place to spend the week. The Porch swing was a favorite hang out! All beds were extremely comfortable. Will rent again!

Spring Break 2020
What a great trip we had. In the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, we felt we were in a safe oasis! The house was very clean and the staff was very responsive.

Water Color
Beautiful home. Great area. Priscilla great to work with. Just be aware that if you go in the winter months not all the Water Color amenities may be available due to renovations, repair etc.

Beautiful home and perfect size for our family of 4
We loved the location so near to camp watercolor and we loved the one-story layout that felt open and spacious yet cozy. We loved being able to bring our golden doodle and we will definitely consider this property again for our future vacations to 30A!

We had a great family gathering, 2 -little ones, 2 -4 legged ones and 2 teens and a few adults, this House was perfect, very CLEAN, in a great location for us, loved the screen porch, loved it so much would like to build this house for myself!! Never said that before and I have rented 20 plus houses with VRBO.

Great house and location. Super prompt service and all in all a wonderful experience. The house could use some updates but none of them are any big issue. Would recommend this place anytime and certainly will consider this property during our next visit hopefully soon

Home is very convenient to Watercolor amenities. Nice layout and nicely decorated. The Sanders staff was extremely responsive to any questions and concerns. Really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing, well kept home!
We had a wonderful stay at The Sunny Side. We particularly loved that it was pet friendly so we could bring our little guy. We loved everything about the house - it has a very warm and inviting feel, and it doesn't get much better than the location with the new Watercolor Camp pool going in (note it is under renovation currently). We will definitely be be back!
Pro top: there are no basic items stocked such as olive oil, butter, etc. So if you are going to be cooking, I recommend you stock your own essentials !

Perfect spot for family getaway
Our week in Watercolor before our college kids headed back to school was lovely. The house was perfect for us and we loved having bicycles to use. We needed a lightbulb and Connie arranged for it to be delivered to us. The only thing I would change would be an upgrade to technology. We would have loved to play some music or had access to a smart tv.

Wonderful property and management company!!!
We loved our stay at The Sunny Side! Although Camp Watercolor was closed, the other pools were a quick bike ride from the house - we loved the easy accesss to Watercolor and Seaside by bicycle. The house was clean, well furnished & comfortable. There was one minor issue with the grill ignition not operating, and Management came immediately to check on the grill
and ensure the issue was corrected. The house was pet friendly (we did not bring pets), but had no signs that pets had been there previously - a potential worry for an occasional allergy sufferer. Highly recommend the house and Sanders Beach Rentals.

We loved everything about this place!
We loved the house and the location. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed both porches and the outside shower was very handy to clean our beach chairs each day.
The management team was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the easy access with the combination lock. The home was just a short ride to the beach entrance, Seaside and many other fun places to eat and shop.

We enjoyed our stay. The size and layout of the house was perfect. However, compared to the other homes we stayed at in Watercolor, several things need to be updated, including decor and TVs/technology. Also kitchenware and tools were lacking.
