The condo is beautiful and the views are awesome. The property manager was on spot with a welcome and letting us know about an accident blocking the bridge getting onto the island. She responded quickly when needed. The only downfall to this condo is the patio. The pictures show a hightop table set for dinner with the view of the ocean in the backgroung. We paid the extra money for ocean front only to find a small roung table and two short chairs on the patio. The safety rail is about 6 inches thick and is just the right height for your eyes. In order to see the ocean we had to stand. we were not able to enjoy an ocean view dinner on the balcony unless we wanted to eat standing up. Looking around many patios had the high top tables. Would suggest this owner purchase this or change your on line pictures to show what is really offered. We will come again to this resort but not to this condo.

We have stayed at this location several times before but this was the first time in this particular condo. It did not disappoint. Especially loved that the screen doors didn't have blinds (windows were tinted to prevent folks seeing inside), which meant that the incredible view was always there! Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great condo. Many of the Breakers have been updated and this one has been done well. It has a really nice kitchen. A clever expandable table/desk in the living room. A comfortable bed with generous storage. A combination washer/dryer. Everything is clean and convenient. And — I’m not gonna lie — it’s a million-dollar view. A generous balcony with an unobstructed direct oceanfront look out over the beach and the waves. The beach park is close by as well as lots of shopping and restaurants. Walk to all of it easily. Exceeded our expectations, and BeachBumPropertyManagement made the whole process seamless.

View was better than expected. Apt was clean and full kitchen is great. Property in general is very well maintained. Close to everything. I noticed that other units near us had cocktail like chairs and table on deck. My wife is 5ft tall and higher chairs would better to see over railing. All in all a great place.

Great view in the heart of Coligny., apartment was small but nice and clean. Teresa keep us informed and appraised every step of the way and went over and above to help us when a small mishap occurred.

The condo was absolutely LOVELY! The condo was spotless and smelled wonderful when we arrived. Very cute with lots of cabinets and drawers for unpacking. The view was beautiful - a rare find! Teresa was very kind and responsive to our questions for HHI recommendations!

We love this complex for the location and atmosphere. The condo has been beautifully remodeled and very functional. Teresa was amazing with communication and helped with any questions we had. We will definitely be back 🙂

New inside, beautiful views.

Our manager Teresa was awesome, provided us details to get checked in and out and answered my questions. The condo was clean and decorated for the beach. Walls various shades of blue. Carpet was worn, but not overly much. View of the beach from our patio balcony was fantastic. Only negative was walking up and down the stairs, so if you are older and cannot navigate stairs easily - not for you. But we are in our 60s and did just fine. Would stay again!

Loved how close to the beach this condo was. The pool area was great too. Within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Owner was a breeze to work with. Definitely a place to stay for another visit.

Teresa was great advocating for us given a parking problem. Due to her help, the issue was resolved next day. Nice touch as she checked in with texts/ calls to ensure we were doing okay. Excellent location and view! Condo could use interior updating and deep cleaning. I will provide a list of suggestions as Teresa requested.

Very crowded beach next to public beach. If you like the hussle and busses then this is the location for you. Condo needs some general maintenance. Really only enough for two adults to be comfortable.

Third floor unit, not prepped for no elevator, property under construction. Learned day of arrival our unit number. From picture we thought it was first floor. . My girlfriend was in a knee brace. Manager Theresa did say we could enter early, appreciated this accommodation. Had trouble with password told she had 28 properties to care for, had knee surgery and couldn't come up or talk tous.. Did text but felt we shouldn't bother her. Did not feel like we could truly go to her for help. Seriously did appreciate letting us in early. Walked in to must mold smell. Have pictures of mold on ceiling and vents. Fans & vents had dust/dirt. Disgusting dirty dated carpeting covered warping floor. Everything outdated and dirty. Found socks under bed. Blankets were clearly not washed with smell and cheeto stain. We washed them. . Rust and dents in refrigerator. The cheap plastic overlay on cabinet kept coming off. Appliances very outdated. The "foam" on couch bed is not a mattress and could not sleep. The bed mattress is old and poor quality. Bathroom wallpaper border peeling off. The door window to deck is stained and difficult to open. The deck cheap vinyl is warped. The beach chairs on deck are ripped all the way and need to be thrown out. The pool area is nothing special right out of 1980. The only thing accurate is property location & view.. Final dissatisfying item is paying a 175 cleaning fee and we had to take all linens/towels off and empty garbages. For that amount and the filth of the condo and this fee is a disgrace for 600 sq feet. Would not recommend. Have pictures willing to submit to support of all these items.

This was my 3rd time staying at The Breakers. Teresa was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely return again!

This condo is in a perfect location, in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery store. The balcony was private and overlooking the beach.

Condo was as advertised. Clean, great location. Tight quarters if there were more than 2 but we didn't go there to stay inside!

Great location! Condo was a little small for a family of 4, but we had a great time!
