Great stay

Kaci was an exceptional host. The house was beautiful with some great Memphis art decor. If you are looking for a great location to Beale Street, then this is definitely the place for you!

We were very pleased with the proximity to activities, restaurants, etc. The property was great for our group especially with the rooftop patio and bathrooms in each bedroom!

We can't wait to return! Excellent property in the heart of downtown! Everything is within walking distance! Off street parking (garage/gated) is a big plus!!!! Kaci was wonderful and quick to respond to all questions that we had!

This property is super cute and in the perfect location! We were there over New Year’s Eve weekend so it was loud everywhere. The white noise machine in the master bedroom was very helpful! We walked to most of the places. With the attached garage, we didn’t have to worry about street parking or safety. Kaci has everything marked on what everything is and how to use it. (Light switches, tv remotes, temp controls, etc.) Very helpful binder with directions and sightseeing options as well as dining info. Would definitely stay there again.

We rented this property from Dec 26th Thru Dec 29. The property is in a great location. Beale Street as well as other landmarks are all within walking distance. Even though it was cold we loved the rooftop patio. The bed rooms were large and each had its own large bathroom and shower. We had a very open area downstairs and a nice kitchen that was well stocked with equipment. One of the things we loved most was our vehicles were in a very nice garage. We had the pleasure of meeting Kaci as we checked in, very personable and was a wealth of great tips while we were in town. Loved this VRBO, wished we had stayed longer. If were are ever back in Memphis, this would be my place to stay.

This property lived up to the listing. Everything was well thought out and the instructions left were great. The roof top patio was amazing and the location is within walking distance of many attractions. Would love to come back and visit again.

Convenient to Beale Street but extremely noisy because of Night Club across the street until 2 am. House was vibrating and people were partying in the street outside. Disappointing because the place was clean-ish, not by a pro. Bathtub and toilet had hair, and toilet backed up 2xs, carpet was crunchy. We had no tissues in any bathroom. Microwave was filthy. We were asked not to raise thermostat to above 72 and it is left at 60 when you arrive, and we were so cold for first two days. Main issue was with the noise every night. Not worth the price with all the excessive fees!

This property was perfect for our trip. It was close to all downtown entertainment and attractions. Only 15-20 minute ride to Graceland. Kaci was very accommodating and attended to all our request and needs. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Thank you for the memories.

5 of us stayed at Kaci’s place for our annual girls trip. It was a great location- short walk to the Main Street and the a few walks to Beale St. Kaci was very willing to work with us on our requests and was available when we needed her. The place was well decorated and had all the amenities in the kitchen that we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for all 5 of us! There is a club in front of the location and it was definitely hopping on Friday and Saturday night but the noise levels were tolerable - if you are a light sleeper, sleep in the back bedroom because the noise will keep you up. We loved the rooftop patio and the little fridge at the top of the steps! We kept that well stocked and it prevented us from going up and down 3 flights of steps when our beverage cups ran dry. We also liked having a garage to keep our cars safe while there. The only issue we had was that the 3rd bed was literally in a closet - no room to move - and the closet led into the bathroom. We knew that the bed was in a closet but having it open up into the bathroom caused some logistical problems with 3 of us trying to get ready at the same time. We made it work and it wasn’t a deal breaker. We all agreed that we would stay here again if we came back to Memphis but probably with no more than 4 adults due to the sleeping arrangements. This is a great listing for a family unit. Plenty of space, 2 & 1/2 bathrooms and well stocked withe necessities like coffee and tea.

We loved this house! It was me and my 2 grown Sons (21 & 23) and my friend and her grown Son (22). We all had our own space and the property was close enough to all the action that the Boys were able to safely walk, Uber or scooter back to the house! My only complaint, and it is super small, is we were so excited to find the binder all the local restaurant info and menus but then bummed to realize they were all outdated.

Wonderful place in Memphis just steps away from the National Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street and nice neighborhood coffee shops. Garage parking is key and the rooftop was perfect.

This rental was perfect for our group of eight women. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and well situated. Free garage parking was a plus.

Bright and catchy decorations in this attractive location! Beds were comfortable and so was the couch downstairs! We were very close to great restaurants and Beale Street! We'd definitely stay there again!

Great place, great location. Beale Street is a couple of blocks from the Condo. It is very nice having a garage to park in and its gated to get to the garage area, nice safety feature. You are walking distance to a lot of things. We would stay here again.

Great vacation spot and only a couple of blocks to Beale St., the National Civil Rights Museum, FedExForum and many others. We were able to walk to all of these as well as many others. The townhome is beautifully furnished with lots of Memphis decor. The rooftop patio is an added bonus but the private, gated parking is what sealed the deal for us. We did not have to worry about having our vehicle parked on the street. There is a club across the street, which is stated in the host's description, but this was not an issue for us. We even popped in and enjoyed the music. All the amenities that are needed for a relaxing stay was available to us. There was an issue with the hot water when we arrived; however, Kaci did inform us of this prior to our arrival and worked expeditiously to fix the problem. We enjoyed our time in Memphis and will definitely consider staying at the Bluff City Blues Pad when we return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kaci's beautiful townhouse. It was conveniently located with access to the trolley and many attractions within walking distance. We especially appreciated the secure garage since street parking can be challenging when arriving home during busy hours. The unit was beautifully decorated; loved the art. The rooftop patio was a wonderful place to relax when family returned with us after dinner. We were only able to enjoy it one evening since the weather was hot and humid for the majority of our stay. Felt very safe throughout our stay with a security system that was easy to activate. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Would not hesitate to stay again the next time our travels take us to Memphis. This home was perfect for our Memphis stay. Walking distance to pretty much all the sights, with the exception of Graceland. We appreciated all the comforts of home- soaps, coffee, extra pillows, condiments, blankets, lots of dishes. The art work and little touches made this a quintessential Memphis stay! The security system and gates, as well as the enclosed two car garage was appreciated, although we did not feel unsafe at any time during our stay. The owner was in great communication with us, and we will certainly stay here again, should we return to Memphis.

We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Memphis. The location was perfect as you could walk to everything on Beale Street, the FedEx stadium, and too numerous to count restaurants. The Orpheum theater is just several blocks away. The two entry ways from either the private garage or easy access from the street are added benefits. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

The property was very nice and had most of what we needed. The gated garage area was great and appreciated. The location was very good as it only took a short walk to Beale Street. My only issue was it said it had room for 6 which would include two people in a smaller bed or on a pullout couch which seemed misleading. However, everything else was nice and as advertised.

This property is within easy walking distance to Beale Street, The Peabody, food etc... plenty of space for multiple couples or a family to spend time together or have space for privacy.

Unassuming from this street, this comfortable townhome is beautifully furnished and ideally situated in the heart of Memphis! Walking distance to cafes, world-class bbq, the Civil Rights Museum, and Beale Street. For evenings in, the rooftop patio is a fabulous bonus.

This condo is in an amazing location if you enjoy the ability to walk to so much around the downtown Memphis area. It met all our needs and wants and was super cute. Enjoyed time on the rooftop patio for morning coffee and evening chill time. Also greatly appreciated the owner's top suggestions manual.
