The house is great with lots of room - pool was fantastic but needed some cleaning. We rented boats on the lake and enjoyed having access to the lake and the nearby campground for walking. Anthony is a fantastic host!

We had plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms for our group of 14 adults to sleep over. Anthony was very open to communication and called as soon as we got there to make sure everything was fine. Check in was super easy as was check out. My favorite space was the screened porch--perfect to get away from the chaos for a bit and sheltered enough to be cozy with a blanket even in cold weather.

This is a nice property that is close to lake Lanier. The house is on a quiet road with very little traffic. We had a great time on a long weekend and utilized the pool and hot tub since the weather wasn’t great. I would recommend this rental to friends.

House was nice plenty of room. Pool area was nice as well. And loved the fact that there was a boat dock.

This home has absolutely everything you need. While I was only visiting with 1 other person, I can see this being a fantastic home for a group that wants to spend time on the lake. The home is in a subdivision but feels like a secluded private property. Anthony is incredibly responsive and very accomodating. This house is literally about 40 minutes from Downtown Atlanta but seems like a remote getaway. I cant wait to come back.

We really enjoyed time there

We had a group of 10 guys for an annual getaway and Anthony's property was the perfect spot for us. The house was very well appointed with adequate sleeping space for the 10 of us. We spent our entire extended weekend hanging around the house, whether it was in the private pool/hot tub, large kitchen, screened in patio, or living room. The house was close enough to any store you could possibly need (Kroger, Target, Lowes, Costco) that we had no problem running out for anything we forgot. While it wasn't at all a concern for my group since we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out indoors or by the pool, Lake Lanier is not visible from the home and is a bit of a trek away on a dirt path through the woods. If your hope is to enjoy the lake itself, be sure to have a boat. If, like us, all you need is a quiet getaway with some nice touches, Anthony's home is perfect. Had a blast playing pool downstairs and swimming in the pool outside and in the lake. There’s a lot to do inside and good access for a boat by the dock had a great time

We, my family of sixteen, had a great time in beautiful Angle Cove. The biggest problem was getting everyone out of the pool long enough to long enough to eat.

We had a marvelous time at this beautiful home. Plenty of room for my large family, including my 5 grandchildren, who loved the pool, which is great! Highly recommend!!

Great home

We rented the house for 5 nights around Easter. The property is in pretty good shape overall and has a good layout for big groups....around 12 to 15 (overnight guests) is okay. Looking closer, most all of walls were scuffed up pretty good so the interior could use a fresh coat of paint but overall the house was clean. Linens were decent and plenty of towels were available. Kitchen was well stocked with labels on cabinets which actually helped. Good instructions were found throughout the house for systems ie TV, DVD etc. The house sits in a wooded setting which was really nice on the screen porch. Dock was also sufficient with easy access for jet ski or boat. Most everything worked at the house except for the spa and pool. ...Since it was Easter, it was difficult to get someone out to fix it....so our gang of kids were really disappointed about this. House manager worked with us on it adjusting the price so that was fair in the end. The reason for the three out of five is really related to price per night for the property. This was unfortunately never really clear for us. Owners confirmation was different then the VRBO engine. So...we kind of wound up in a shell game in the end. Recommend to call and clarify up front.

We were most impressed with both the property and the owner - From the initial inquiry through to the checkout, everything went smoothly. You won't believe how everything in the house is labeled, making it easy to find absolutely everything you need. House was great, basement awesome for a group of kids. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!!

Had a great stay here, I had a surprise 50th Birthday party for my wife. Layout of house was great and pool table downstairs was used a lot. House was clean and everything labeled to where it is to go, so very easy to find things. I would recommend staying here again.

Anthony, the owner, is very responsive and polite. Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion. House is well-stocked with amenities for cooking and entertaining. Lake is just down the path behind the property. I recommend this property for your planned family function or your get-together with friends. We had a great stay.

Home away from home. Only 20 minutes away from Alpharetta, but secluded enough and quiet for a relaxing long weekend to make you feel like you are miles away. Easy walk to the lake. Will definitely be back.

Pros: Property owner is easy to contact and replies in a timely matter. The pool was in good condition. Quiet. Cons: Advertised as sleeping 20-30 people (depending on the page you look at). In actuality it only sleeps 10-12 comfortably. Both the grill and firepit had to be cleaned by us before either could be used due to rotten meat left on the grill and non-burnable trash in the firepit, all left by previous guests. There were plumbing issues that were caused by the guests before us that were unable to be fixed by our arrival, therefore the kitchen sink was unusable.

Owner is very responsive & easy to contact. Great location, we rent a house on the lake every year in the same area. Close to the boat ramp & Publix. This was the best stocked house we have ever rented. Great grill & smoker we cooked at the house every night. Stocked with board games, Movies, electronics (PlayStation & WII). Loved the pool which is stocked with floats. We brought 2 boats. The only negative for us was the dock. We were hoping to be able to have people hanging out at the dock swimming, sunbathing while the others were wake boarding, kneeboarding which is what we have done in the past. We had a fabulous time.
