The home was perfect for our family reunion. The location can’t be beat and the description was very accurate. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay directly on a private beach.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location! The house upgrades were lovely! The location is ideal! So close to the beach and away from the crowds! Lesley, the owner, is a great hostess and always available to answer questions! I would highly recommend this property for your vacation!

When rented this property in order to celebrate our son's 18th birthday party with a couple of friends and family. We played games...made great food in the big kitchen, and watched sunrises and sunsets from both lower and upper porches. The house offers easy proximity to grocery stores (10 min away) and lots of different rooms on three floors. This gave our kids and friends lots of their own space when needed and at the same time, the great room on the main floor was able to accommodate all of us for meals and when we all wanted to be together. I found the flexibility of the space especially useful when a few people wanted to read and others wanted to play games or watch a movie. The house offers multiple ways to do this and over the years, our best houses have been the most flexible ones....This house was great for this. The recent kitchen renovation was awesome and well-outfitted with plenty of cooking utensils and bowls/trays/etc...The beachside porch on the main floor has lots of seating and offers great views. We would definitely rent this one again. Thanks so much for letting us host our celebration here!

Absolutely loved this beach front property!! The owner, Lesley, was super helpful with all of my questions and suggestions when I needed help. My only tiny, little issue was the winding stairways for my elderly parents. This was a bit challenging for them and for us to bring bags up the stairs.

The home is right on the beach. The views from the bedrooms and the living room and the large new kitchen were beautiful. We enjoyed listening to the sounds of waves and having breakfast on the deck overlooking the ocean. The host was available to answer any questions. The only thing there are steep spiral steps to the first and the second floor. Overall, I would strongly recommend this house for your vacation.

We have stayed at this beach house many times before and were amazed at the updates to the kitchen and bathrooms! The owner was accessible to answer any questions as always. Is it time to go back yet?

This house is fantastic! The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen and all of the bathrooms are brand new remodeled. There are views from most of the house, including two of the bedrooms, of the ocean. The deck is big and has both lounge chairs and a table that 8 of us had dinner on one night. One tip: bring toilet paper and paper towels or plan to head to the grocery store the first day/night (Hockney's Grocery is less than 10 minutes away) because there is apparently a shortage of drivers for the grocery delivery services, which we learned when our order was rescheduled for 10:30 that night and then canceled altogether.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience renting this property. It was perfect for a large group of guests.

This house is the best beach front place for a family to hangout. We had the best time - walk directly into beach, enjoyed sun sets from deck, also saw dolphins swim by. Beautiful ocean view from living room and bedrooms. Lesley was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. was also very responsive and communication was super easy and quick. I would definitely come again and absolutely recommend to stay there!

Incredible location with breathtaking oceanfront views! Gorgeous double deck! The house is beautifully renovated with an amazing open concept main floor and gorgeous kitchen. The bathrooms are impressive, too! Plenty of room for a large family with the 4 bedrooms and fun kid loft. We had a great time and would love to return! The spiral staircases took a minute to get used to, but weren’t a problem for all ages. Owners were gracious and super easy to communicate with. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We are a group of eight women who have been friends together for over 30 yrs and are now enjoying get away weekends to celebrate birthdays an undisclosed number. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach. Location, location, location! Right on the beautiful beach. Caught spectacular sunrises and beautiful sunset on the bay Plenty of room to spread out to separate or be together as a group. The property was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. A verity of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas at the house is a nice bonus, a couple of things you don't need to pack. Lesley was always very quick and easy to respond to any of our questions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We love this home on the beach! It is the perfect place for our large family to get away for some time at the beach. Leslie is a wonderful host and is very quick to respond to any questions.

Ideal location for those who love the Ocean. It was fun taking a beach walk to the Indian River Inlet and enjoying the beautiful September weather. The deck is large and we enjoyed sitting out their in the evenings and watching the moon over the ocean. The surf fishing was even great! For those traveling with older family members, there are three sets of spiral stairs you should probably be aware of. One to get to the main level, one to get to the bedrooms and one to get to the third story bedroom, which we didn't use. The steps from the ocean side of the building are much easier to navigate especially when carrying luggage and groceries. Parking: You can definitely fit three vehicles in the space provided under the house & another vehicle behind those which was amazing.

We have never stayed in a better property. The location is everything. We had two older adults who can no longer walk the beach and when you sit on this deck you feel like your toes are in the water. There is lots of room in the downstairs so everyone can find their spot. Gorgeous sun rises and moon rises. Thank you.

You couldn’t beat the location of this house… right on the beach! This house was roomy and well equipped. The spiral staircases were a little difficult to maneuver with small children, but we just had to be more careful There were some cleaning issues, and the owner was very responsive when notified. We had a great time in this house!

Nice open floor plan with wall of windows looking out on the beach. Well stocked kitchen with 2 bar areas and large dining room table perfect for puzzles and games. Lots of seating in step-down living room. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Off-street parking for at least 2 cars.

This was the perfect spot for our family's first post-Covid expedition. We had all the privacy we wanted with the never-ending view of the ocean. Personally, we couldn't ask for anything more. There is a grill and table for outdoor dining, and fully equipped kitchen for the rest of our needs.

For a beach vacation you can’t get a much better view. Great view downstairs and from upstairs bedroom. Well stocked kitchen and outdoor items for beach. Host was excellent and the beach was wonderful. Only issue is the bathrooms are extremely dated but that’s one small quibble for a great stay

What a wonderful location and time of year to visit Bethany. The beach was empty, the air was cool, and the sun felt amazing! Lovely property situated right on the beach. Lesley was wonderful and accommodating; 10/10!

Family friendly place. Easy to communicate, renter answered quickly. The house was beautiful & the view was breathtaking. Got to see Dolphins daily, and the beach was less then 1minute walk. The layout was very open and super cozy. Plenty of room for everyone, clean and driving distance of town, less then 10mins away. Would recommend this place. Also small play ground just down the street.

We stayed at Tower Shores for a weekend winter getaway and could not have been happier with our experience. The views were incredible, and the beach and neighborhood very peaceful. We loved the large downstairs living area and easy beach access. Additionally Lesley was very attentive and easy to reach. We would love to stay here again.
