We did a lot of hikes but loved our stay!

Took an adventure trip with my sister-in-law to Golden. Booked this condo through Vrbo... Definitely did not disappoint. Was very clean and accommodating. The views were amazing. Only steps away from the resort and about a 15 min drive from Golden.

Easy to find, amazing views, great amenities. It was comfortable and very relaxing, The proximity to the resort for skiing and biking was amazing - anyone who is coming for mountain activities, you will love this place.

Jason is a spectacular host—communicating and working with us throughout the entire stay. His home on the top flour (the unit to the left for anyone who might get confused at the top of the stairs) is gorgeous; the patio is perfect for entertaining, with a grill, patio chairs, and a hot top with magnificent views; and the beds and rooms are quaintly decorated and clean (fair warning to all those staying in summer—there is no AC, so prepare accordingly). I could not recommend enough!

Had everything we needed. Beautiful views from the deck. Loved the hot tub. Got warm at times without AC but cooled down for sleeping with windows open.

We had a great time staying here. It was nice to be away from town and it’s so beautiful and quiet at the resort. We went white water rafting, highly recommended Kootney River Runners. We had wings and a couple drinks at Peaks on the resort, great food & service. The condo was just as advertised. Very clean, comfy beds, everything you need is in that kitchen to prepare meals. The furnishings were also comfy and clean. I would say the sofa bed is good for small children but not comfortable for an adult/teen. The deck is amazing, beautiful view, lots of chairs and we loved using the hot tub in the evenings. It was a great time and I would recommend it to anyone, hopefully we’ll be back to enjoy it again.

We were visiting the national parks, and this was a great place to stay. It is on top of the mountain in a ski resort. It’s 15 minutes up the hill out of Golden. The hill was a great way to get away from people and relax in the evening. Owner was great! communication and directions were very clear about what to expect. Had a well-stocked kitchen with lots of extras, hot tub was great to relax in each night or morning. Very quiet neighborhood and each room had a fan or ceiling fan. It was cool at night.

We loved visiting Kicking Horse in June! There was snow on top of the mountain! The condo was just perfect: very comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, relaxing hot tub, and great location. This was a great place to stay. It was central to all of the things we wanted to go out to do, with a great view of the mountains and the comforts of home. Communication with the host was always pretty quick the few times we needed to contact them.

The property owner was very helpful and prompt, in helping me sort something out, and unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and it was very cozy.

Wonderful place to stay at Kicking Horse. We often stay at the Aspens (twice/year) in different units. What makes this unit special? Top floor (no noise above you). Wonderful host - thank you for not putting age restrictions on kids the way some others do. Our kids have outgrown high chairs and playpens, but I noticed they are tucked away for use. Everything you need to enjoy the kitchen (aluminum foil, spices, coffee, tea, etc). We lucked out on a 40cm snow day and really enjoyed the ski out, ski in! We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bed was comfortable. View is amazing! Very close to Kicking Horse resort. Also went to the Bugaboos, Mt Revelstoke and Glacier NPs.

Exactly as expected, well maintained and perfectly located. Loved it.

Property was just as described. It was terribly hard to get into places to eat in Golden. I would suggest buying food at the grocery store & fixing your own food. Don’t be late leaving to get anywhere, because everyday we were stuck sitting at train track for atleast 20-30 minutes.

Views better than expected and loved the amenities to help get us through the stay. Much appreciated. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. It's spacious, cozy, comfortable and welcoming. The hottub on the deck is perfect. The property is fitted with all the necessary appliances and the check-in process is seamless. It's a wonderful getaway in the mountains!

We enjoyed our summer stay in this comfy condo a few minutes drive from Golden, by the Kicking Horse ski area. It’s a cozy two bedroom place with a great deck, bbq, hot-tub, Wi-Fi, garage parking, laundry and amazing views. Was exactly as described. It’s a top floor of a five-plex, so was hot but easy to cool off as nights cool down nicely in the mountains. It’s not air conditioned, non of the places around there are, which means it’s super quiet at night. We felt instantly comfortable as it’s set up well, with coffee, spices, good appliances and any kitchen stuff needed to make meals. It shows it’s age and use a bit, but that was part of the reason we felt comfortable. Internet was good so 3 people streaming and working was not an issue. Golden is a great place to visit. If we go again we’d stay here without hesitation. There are great drives, hikes, and mountain biking within a reasonable drive to some of the best parks in the country - Yoho, Glacier, Banff.etc. Within walking distance there are hikes and mountain biking, and of course skiing. A hike literally out the front door was great, but buggy as we got into the brush. The condo and deck were not at all buggy, so sitting out not an issue. In Golden, the IGA was easy for shopping and restaurants were good. Bars and pubs in BC won’t allow minors after five pm, so that caught us off guard with a teenager but restaurant options were easy to find. If you’re planning a trip in the area Golden and this rental is a great option.

We had a great stay while we were in the area to do some hiking. The apartment was clean and organized and had everything we needed for a great stay. The hottub with mountain views was. Above way to relax after long days on the trails.

The condo was perfect. The property manager was very responsive. We highly recommend renting this condo.

Came for a short weekend get away and can't wait to comeback. The condo is perfect for a family of four with lots of entertainment options, comfortable beds and an amazing deck and hot tub. The views from the large deck were enjoyed by all. Jason was a great host and we will definitely be back!

Came for 3 nights to ski. Location is fantastic, ski in ski out. You can get to the door if there's fresh snow on the road. Kitchen was well equipped and great entertainment from games and TV. Very comfy couch and LaZ Boy! Would definitely stay again.

Great location, very clean. Jaccuzzy and BBQ on top floor balcony with magnificient view, can't ask for a better place for a ski vacation! Excellent service with fast reply to our questions.
