Lovely place. Enjoyed our stay. House was well equipped. Could have used more blankets for sleeping. But overall loved our time there.

Home is fabulous. Quiet neighborhood. Loved having our own pool to relax in. Peter is very responsive. Home has everything you need to make meals or just sit back and relax. Wifi was spotty but we didn't care. Casita was great for my daughter to get away and feel she had her own space. Would love to stay again if I make it back to the area.

Everything is exactly as described in the listing! What the listing can't describe is the peaceful ambience of the home, especially at night. During the day, it's fun to watch the golfers and listen to them complain about their shots. At night, it is absolutely silent. Kick back and stare at the stars with a nice glass of wine. Plenty of everything you need, including toiletries, paper towels, bath and pool towels. The beds are comfortable, but bring a sleep mask, as the blinds are not room darkening and since AZ doesn't change clocks, the sun comes up at 5AM during the summer. Not necessarily a bad thing, as it gives you more time to enjoy the home and surrounding area. The speakers in every room and the patio are a great touch. It was great to play Pandora on the TV and listen to it throughout the house. My Son stayed in the Casita and absolutely loved it. It is a bit of a drive to Scottsdale proper, but well worth it for the solitude you get to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this home if you're looking for a place to relax and unwind.

Excellent communication - Peter is very quick to respond. Loved this home! Had everything we needed for a relaxing week away - nice pool and quiet neighborhood. The lemon tree in the back was the highlight of our trip -we loved having fresh squeezed lemon juice for our drinks! Would definitely return!

Peter was really great to work with even during the booking process he was so helpful. The check in process was super easy. Upon arrival there was a book of everything you needed to know about the house. The house was clean and well appointed with everything you could want. The set up and furniture were great! It’s a beautiful house and great location for us who love to stay pretty North in Scottsdale! We definitely plan to come back and stay here. Thanks Peter for everything!

We enjoyed our stay at this outstanding Legend Trail home. The home was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view from the yard overlooking the golf course and mountains was so welcoming to wake up to each morning. We had a minor issue during our stay, we reached out to Peter the owner and he was quick to respond and got the issue resolved. We would highly recommend this property and plan to return again in the future. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Our stay was delightful. The neighborhood is quiet and you have great views out back of the golf course and mountains. We couldn’t get the pool lights to work on our first night and the owner responded immediately apologizing and with updated instructions as the system has just been upgraded. He was on top of everything and very helpful. We loved the decor in the house as well! We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, probably our best experience with a vacation rental of any kind. Peter was great to work with and described the house and most important the location perfectly. The Pool in the back was so nice as Scottsdale gets a little toasty this time of the year. Decor of the house is really nice. Kitchen had absolutely everything you need to cook or bring in take out. Plenty of room for four people to spread out. Landscaping and patio were covered from the sun and a great place to hang out at night. Definitely a 5 star Plus rental!

We have a really nice time at the property and the pool is beautiful. Beds were super comfy as well. Some of the pool chair cushions need replacing and a smash items need to be fixed but overall it was a really nice house and stay.

Our July 2020 visit was great, the perfect spot for us. Quiet, peaceful and super clean. Big rooms, high ceilings, cool artwork...lots of tall windows to look out toward the mountains. Fully stocked...linens, beach towels, cookware...whatever you need! 5-10 minutes to a REALLY nice Safeway (groceries) and Target. Take out from The Spotted Donkey (Mexican fare, 5-10 minutes @ The Boulders Resort) was excellent. Peter was a pleasure to deal with. All in all, a wonderful experience! We will be back...:)

We LOVED our monthlong stay at this beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Plenty of room and so relaxing away from any traffic noise. The home is very clean and nicely appointed, with a gorgeous patio. Excellent golf course adjacent to home and easy driving distance for groceries as well as hiking trails. We were fortunate to spend the Christmas Holidays with our family at Peter’s house in North Scottsdale. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Great layout, beautiful design, tastefully decorated, comfy beds, very clean. Legend Trail was a great and we enjoyed our walks through the neighborhood. The pool and spa were pristine. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our dinners. Grill out back was great and was used multiple times. The ping-pong table out back on the patio was also a nice surprise! Nice flat panel TV’s throughout the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed for 8 days and barely left! The house is beautiful and the pictures online do not do it justice! Peter was amazing to work with and a return trip is definitely in the picture!

Our November 2018 stay was great. The property was in excellent condition and clean. All the essentials for a great stay were provided and we plan on returning regularly. The location of the property was ideal, right on the 7th hole of Legend Trail Golf Club. A great view and only 3 minutes to the clubhouse. Having only one neighboring house with the other side desert made it seem more private. A very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors was a bonus.
