This property was beautiful, had everything you needed when you are away from home. Not far from the beach and wonderful neighborhood, deer are everywhere and the island has beautiful views. The home had beach chairs and a wagon to use if you needed one. It was nice just relaxing and enjoying family. Recommend this home for a family vacation. Also, has a bunk bed in the downstairs bedroom.

Great location on the island. A beautiful walk to the beach. A big porch to see falling stars & grill out with a small view of the beach. Open dining, kitchen and living room. Good natural lighting. We were all very comfortable! It’s clean and well equipped. Would definitely consider staying here again. A consideration is the downstairs doesn’t have a shower. They do have a sink and toilet however! If you’re not familiar with the island, anywhere is a great location as long as you have a golf cart. I particularly like this area of the island as the beach is vast and beautiful. It’s also close to the Beach Club. The southern point of the island has the Cabana Club. The pool has a lot more activity for children and the beach views are STUNNING! It’s just a pleasant ride away on the golf cart. For the most spectacular sunsets I recommend golf carting to the southern most part of Tarpon Blvd and/or reserving a sunset dinner at the marina. Fripp is a gem! Thank you for sharing your home!!

The location is perfect. We all enjoyed the house and the great ocean view from the deck. It was the cleanest property we have rented on Fripp. Also, the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again.

Beautiful house, mostly renovated. Excellent location with ocean view and quick access to beach club. Most beach amenities there. Would have been nice to have a cooler and an umbrella but other than that had everything we needed.. We’ll definitely return.

The property is just steps from the beach, making it perfect for a family beach vacation. There was plenty of room and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our week here and hope to return!

Fully stocked towels for beach and bath. Fully stocked kitchen with plates, cookware, utensils. Plenty of room for everybody. Deck was wonderful. Quick walk to the beach. Loved the place.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, so much more than we expected with the house!! Owners communication is top notch and the house is just adorable. Perfect location, perfectly stocked and the extras with the pool included, bottle of wine and more. Highly recommended!!

I cannot say enough good things about this home. It was the perfect house for our stay in Fripp Island as it is laid out perfect and you can't ask for a better location being right across the street from the beach and next to the Beach Club. The new deck was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and evening cocktails with a great view of the ocean as well as watching all the deer around the house. I found the house to be very clean and well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen as well as a nice grill on the deck. The only negative thing I would mention was the propane tank was empty so we had to go trade out the tank in order to use the grill. I highly recommend this home if you are a beach lover like me. The owners were very easy and accommodating to work with on this rental. I will definitely rent this house again.

well appointed and comfortable house in a good location.

We had an amazing stay at 706 Rock Beauty! Location can not be beat. Despite not being directly Ocean front hard to argue you could find a better view of the beach and ocean from the porch. Steps away from the beach walkway and can be down to the water with a 2-3 minute walk. Also, a short walk to the Beach Club, Sand Bar and Food Court. Property Owners are great and very responsive to questions. No issues at all. TVs are brand new, awesome to have an additional fridge in the garage to store and load drinks into your cooler each day before heading to the beach. Beds were also very comfy. Definitely would highly recommend this rental to anyone!

Very poor communication from owner and multiple issues with property. We were so frustrated we left early.
