We thoroughly enjoyed this Albuquerque home! It is clean, well-stocked and very tastefully stylish. The gated community is very nice and the area is very safe and convenient to things to do in the Albuquerque area. We attended the Balloon Fiesta and found this home to be an excellent base from which to attend, even riding bikes to the event one of the days. We enjoyed the private patio off the back and found everything about this home to fit our needs. I would highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved this condo! It is located on the NE side of Albuquerque near the Sandia Tramway. the view out the front door of the Sandia mountains is beautiful!. The condo is fabulously furnished, very roomy. Even the neighbors are nice to renters! We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for our stay, and we chose it for the quiet, safe location. The home was clean and well maintained. Our only drawback was that we could have used more towels. We will certainly consider staying here again in the future.

After making the long drive from Memphis to Albuquerque, it was a huge relief to not have to worry about check in or any of the issues we’ve experienced at hotels in recent years. Could not have asked for a better experience. All the arrival info was very clear and informative. The home was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors were friendly as well as the guards at the guard boxes. Definitely a high point of our stay in ABQ for the week of Thanksgiving, and made it so we could focus on enjoying our time with family.

Overall this is a stunning property in a super safe location. The pictures don't show it but there are about 7 sky lights throughout the house that allow amazing light to brighten up the space. Everything we could have wanted was provided including 2 bottles of water in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

This was our second time we have stayed here, a month each time. It has been perfect! Great house, great location. We have never had a problem. We will be staying there again!

Even though the sessions we chose for up close ballooning were a bust due to weather conditions, property was located where we were able to view the mass ascensions that took place over the rooftops and had a fabulous view of the Sandia Mountains from the side yard and breakfast area. We were also located within a 3 minute walk to a Park and Ride option for the festival so we didn’t have to fight the traffic. The gated community was quiet and located close to so many things to do. Loved our stay and would love to stay again.

I live in the same neighborhood and booked this property for my cousin and her children to 'get away' because she is going through a nasty divorce. I was only present at the house during check-in, as I was busy with patients during most of their stay, and at check-out. After they left, I received a message from the host asking where the TV remote was located. I messaged my cousin who said she last saw it under the ottoman because it dropped and rolled when her youngest son turned off the TV as they were rushing out the door for the airport. The host said the home was "trashed - candy wrappers and glasses everywhere". I apologized and said I would have cleaned it myself had I known. I even offered to pay additional monies if the cleaning fee was insufficient. The host replied "That's why we charge a cleaning fee. " So, there was nothing lost & no damage to the home, yet this unthoughtful & uncompassionate host gave me a negative guest review when she knew full well I didn't stay there and was willing to compensate her for anything the cleaning fee didn't cover. Note: The location of the home is deep within a golf course community and they can't provide gate access to non-residents so there's a bit of a drive.

From the minute you walk in the front door, the place feels like home! A huge hit was the “Welcome Book” containing step by step instructions on how to use the home technology, as well as very useful guidelines to make the stay completely worry free. We appreciated the literature of things to do in the area and restaurant information. The home was safe, spotlessly clean, and any items needed were available; from personal items to kitchen utensils. We loved everything about our stay; the location, the quite quite neighborhood, the view, the sunny breakfast area. The home was so comfortable and welcoming that we didn’t want to leave it to take in the area attractions. As a result, we can’t wait to come back again!
