We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Water Beach House. The house was great. It had everything we needed and never felt crowded for our party of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). The pool and hot tub were perfect for when we got tired of the beach. Speaking of the beach- it was great as well. It was soft white sand and not very crowded at all, and the best part was it was only a couple minute walk. The owner, Missy, was very responsive and a joy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

I was quite worried about planning the first multi-generational trip for our family of 8 (6 adults and two children)! My daughter had been to Anna Maria Island Holmes Beach area with her husband and first son in 2019 and just loved the area so much that she convinced us to take our first family holiday on AMI. The minute we pulled up to the house I felt good about it and entering the main floor living space, saw it was exactly as it appeared in the VRBO photos. Everyone loved their rooms…especially the 3 and 6 year old boys who shared the bunk-bed room, safely next to their parents’ room. My son and his financee had the 2nd level rom with the ensuite and loved it too! Every morning I would put the coffee on at 6:30am and head up to watch the sunrise over the bay…and almost every evening, we would enjoy the sunset over the gulf. The pool, hot tub, foosball table and retro games were a great way for everyone to relax and have fun! My daughter said the Bradenton Beach location was better than Holmes Beach as it was much closer to everything. There were a few issues, as you’d expect with any rental, but as noted in other guest reviews, Missy was extremely helpful and prompt in finding solutions. We hope to return soon to create more family memories in this house!

This is not the first time for Anna Maria but our first time with The Prout's, Missy was by far the best hostess we have ever had!! She is personable and always available if we had any questions. It was ready as promised, clean and smelled great!! The pool is why you would want to rent this house. It is small but with the winter weather it was warm every day!!! The hot tub was great. We usually go to the other end of the island for sand dollars but found 40 sharks teeth on the beach by the house. I would definitely recommend renting it. We had kids ranging from 7 months to 4 years and having their bedrooms upstairs was great. Hope to enjoy this house again!!!

Beautiful roomy home, great location with easy beach walk, nice amenities all around! Lots of separate bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large family requirements, yet still felt close in the great kitchen to gather for meals and fun. We really enjoyed the relaxing pool area with the sitting space, grill, bar, very large eating table, foosball table, and outdoor TV for viewing and music. Above all, the host, Missy, was easily accessible, quick to respond and friendly for any of our needs.

A couple of minor tech issues which were rectified very easily by the owner Great place ticked all the boxes for comfort, decor, position and beaches Loved it

I wanted the big house experience with my friends for my retirement. It had everything we needed. With 10 people you need the privacy decks and the four bathrooms, but also the big kitchen and table for 10 for big meals and gatherings. The trees all around the pool was wonderful for privacy from neighbors. I loved the rooftop deck!! Many sunrises and sunsets watch there! The decor was awesome. It was clean and maintained very well. Thank you, I'd highly recommend this VRBO.

We would definitely stay at this property again. The walk to the beach literally was a 5 minute walk, the property was so huge, accomodating, clean and provided the room we needed for all of us to be comfortable but not cramped. Lastly, there were 3 lthings that made our trip outstanding by staying here at Avenue C: 1. Nice pool and hot tub with an outdoor grill and TV set up were nice extras after spending time on the beach 2. Huge common areas that allowed our whole family unit to be together and enjoy each other 3. Perfect location to enjoy the gulf from the upstairs balcony and quick access to restaurants and Publix. Thumbs up to Missy and the team! Finally, an online description and photos on the internet that are accurate and not misleading. It made our trip perfect! David & Marcia W

It was perfect for our Florida vacation, everything that was advertised including the pictures were up to date. Everything was clean and kept up as shown and communication was excellent! Would definitely come back for another stay.

Tremendous house and location. Short walk and I mean short…small children didn’t mind the walk! Beach in the morning, back to house for lunch. Then relaxing by the pool in afternoon.

The home was clean, comfortable and met everyone's needs. Missy, the owner, was responsive to my questions. She even sent a text asking how everything was going. We loved our time!

We had such a lovely time celebrating our wedding at this house with our families. The home has everything you could think of and need for a week+ stay. The pool, pool area and outdoor dining set made for gorgeous dinners Al fresco. We also loved having coffee and watching the sun rise on the roof deck. The host was super responsive and flexible with all my questions and needs. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!

The most amazing week in the most amazing house on the most amazing island. Plenty of room for our 3 families and anything we could need or want for a comfy home away from home. I hope we are lucky enough to come back someday!

Outstanding rental and the best host we’ve ever had. Everything about the property was as advertised and was a perfect fit for our party of 8 adults and 4 young children. The property was just off the beach and an easy walk with umbrellas, chairs and carts. We had a couple of TVs that weren’t working and the host had a repair man there the next day. Fixed one and replaced the other, the same day. Check in and out were simple and efficient. We had a great time and highly recommend this property.

We rented this property for a family get together during our grandkids spring break. Kids are 9,8,8,&5. They lived the pool and the beach. The house was perfect and Missy was a delight to work with. Would rent it again

Our family of 12, ages 19 mo.-64 just returned from a wonderful week enjoying this spacious house. Great location to beach even thou most wanted to just stay and swim in the pool! Foos ball table and arcade game also entertained us all. A nice little park a short block away which has nice little playground and a basketball court. Several bikes which we used a lot and plenty of pool/beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. Made for a great week!

We love our stay! The house is perfect for larger groups - we had 4 adults and 2 teenagers that wanted their own room. Everyone had a queen or king bed and their own bathroom which is hard to find. All the bedrooms have USB charging hubs, which I thought was a great add since most people have multiple charging devices. The pool, hot tub, and backyard amenities were great! The backyard gets morning/early afternoon sun so we would hang out by the pool during that time and head to the beach which is only 1.5 blocks away for the rest of the afternoon. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time here, no major issues with the house whatsoever, no complaints, no pool issues! Made some great family memories!

This house is very nice, and close to the beach! Has a nice pool and hot tub, too. The owner was very nice and responded promptly to any question I had. Very nice and easy to work with! I would highly recommend!

This is a lovely, well maintained property with lots of extras like beach towels/toys/wagon/chairs/bikes and a well equipped kitchen. The pool area is a private oasis screened off from the close neighbors. It's a very short walk to the beautiful beach, and from the roof you can see water in two directions. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive and provided lots of great local recommendations. Our teen loved the arcade game console and foosball table, and all ages enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. It's close to grocery and restaurants. Would recommend for a family or group getaway.

Absolutely loved the house and the location . The outdoor spaces from the rooftop to the underneath patio/entertainment area was amazing we spent every night down and every morning watching the sunrise and sunsets. The owner Missy was absolutely wonderful and always responded immediately. Highly recommend this home it was beautiful and the location was perfect .

Location was great and the house was a nice setup with the pool.

Whole family went here 13 of us with ages from 60 to 3 months old!! Lots of room with all of us having our own space and the pool was great for all ages! Walking distance to the beach and we also rented a golf kart they enjoyed! Would go back in a Heartbeat
