Every year we plan a ski vacation with our kids (6 and 9) and grandparents, so we have experience with various mountain accommodations. We loved our stay here. The little details make all the difference. All the bathrooms had new soap, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens and included spices and come dry goods like hot chocolate. We cooked most of our meals at home so this was very helpful. Kitchen also included kid dishes as well. The sauna was great after a long day in the slopes. The location was perfect for us, easy to walk to ski school (about 2 blocks plus stairs), across from the library and park which included little sledding. The beds were clean and comfortable. A few things that would really elevate this place would be: First; smart streaming TV- sometimes our kids wanted to veg in front of TV after skiing and there was no streaming capability which limited availability of kid shows. Second would be a hot tub. The weather was amazing and it would have been nice to soak in a hot tub watching the snowfall. And third, some kind of boot and mitten heater. We often had to run the dryer for our gloves and had soaked shoes for a majority of the vacation so would be nice to dry our things every day on a drying boot rack. All in all, would recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo in downtown Park City. Was perfect location with just a short walk to Park City mountain for skiing. The condo was spacious and well-stocked and the owner, Randall, was professional and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this stay for others!

We had a great time at this property. The proximity to the slopes is a plus. We rented our skis and snowboards instead of flying with them and it was great to check them in each day so that we didn't have to carry any of them back to the condo. Made it a super easy walk back. We would definitely stay here again.

With an unprecedented amount of snow, the property owner, Randall was in touch with us to provide direction and help with any issues before they arose. He was helpful and always available at a moments notice. The house was VERY well equipped with everything you could think of. The setup and location could not have been better. With a party of 9, and 2 families, we never felt cramped. The heated floors were a favorite! Due to our late flight on the day of check out, we requested a late check out and Randall was very accommodating. The check in and check out process was incredibly easy. Loved every single minute!

Walking distance to park city resort ski lift, shopping, and parks. House was very well stocked and very clean.

The home was VERY well appointed - from kitchen pots & pans to measuring cups, seasonings & laundry detergent (we had brought our own, but having it there for guest use was very kind!). The best appointed place we have stayed at and we are frequent travelers. The location couldn't have been much better - right at the base of PC mountain's parking lot. The ability to store our skis in the garage helped us from hauling it up the long side of the building every day. The beds were comfortable and heated floors were lovely. Randall was over the top wonderful - very responsive when we needed gas for the grill. They even had a welcome bag of treats and wine sitting out for our arrival. Hands down one of the best hosts we have had! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us - we look forward to returning next year!

This was a great spot for our family ski trip. You can’t stay much closer to the slopes in a house. The hosts are great as well.

The condo is very clean, well-stocked and in a great location in Park City.

Comfortable and well maintained 3 bdrm condo. A plus was the sauna on lower level. It is 10-15 minute mostly uphill walk to the the main park city lift area. Convenient to old park city restaurants and shops. Great vacation. Host was accommodating to our needs. Thank you for sharing your vacation property.

We LOVED this property! Very spacious, clean, and better than what was listed! One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is the basically a primary suite. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and spices for cooking. Our host was beyond nice and very responsive! We can’t want to come back next year! We have full intentions to stay at this property again!!

Everything you need for a great vacation in Park City. Just steps away from the ski hill and close to the stores and restaurants downtown. I highly recommend this property!

I chose this condo to meet for my birthday with family and friends. We love to ski but also love local town atmosphere. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the lift that will take you up the mountain. It is also in walking distance to Main Street and all the park city feels. The condo was a perfect size for our group of 8, two parking spots were available and the condo has a sauna! Andrea and Randall we wonderful hosts! Great communicators and felt right at home. We had a great time.

Great property with easy walking access to Park City Mountain Resort (5 minutes) and town (10 minutes). Layout easily held 8 guests and Randall was super responsive when we arrived. Three levels gave everybody space when needed and kitchen and open area allowed us to gather to eat and talk about the day. Kitchen had everything we could want. Great stay. Thank you!

We loved our stay in Park City and at this condo. It was in a great location - a quick walk or free bus ride to the shops and restaurants and easy to get in and out with no traffic for trips to Midway, Heber & SLC for activities. Our kids took advantage of the great big lawn at the library to run around (and play with all of the friendly neighborhood dogs) and the City Park Playground and Rail Trail is 3 blocks away. You are also only a staircase away from the base of the mountain with chairlifts for hiking, the alpine slide & coaster, mini golf, etc. The house itself was very comfortable and having the patio for meals and just sitting out with coffee or a cocktail was lovely. It's laid out pretty well (with a lot of stairs which is common for homes around there) and everyone's bedrooms felt private so we could take a little break from each other when needed! We had one little issue with the patio door lock and our communication with our hosts was prompt and helpful. It's clear they care about their property and we did our best to take good care of it too! Thanks for a great stay!

Second trip here. Fantastic condo and the garage parking spot is located like 100 ft from the pcmr parking lot. Perfect location. Highly recommend.

This house is within walking distance of the slopes and the main town. Such a great location. We had 10 people in the group and we never had any issues with space. The only small negative I would say is the stairs. The house is 3 stories tall. However the stairs, in the end, helped me with my step counts. The homeowners are very communicative and flexible. The welcome gift was the best surprise ever. If we ever come back to Park City, this house will be first on our list to check availability.

I took my college-age kids for their week of spring break and we had a great week. The home was super close to the main ski area easy walk with all our gear. Home was clean and cozy. Owners were easy to communicate with

After skiing all day, returning to this place was like going back home. The only drawback was the no hot tub.

We had a wonderful time in Park City and the location of the condo is perfect for skiers and non-skiers alike. The owners were very responsive when there was a system-issue in the condo and had it resolved as soon as possible.

Location, location, location!! We have been out to the Canyons/Park City multiple times and we loved the ease of getting from the condo to the mountain for skiing. When lugging gear and wearing ski boots, location matters! Condo is nicely decorated and very clean. Plus, having 3 full bathrooms was a real treat. The attention to detail on the owner's part was obvious. The only reason we didn't give accuracy 5 stars was that in order to sleep the amount of people the listing gives, it requires more than one person sleeping in a full bed. If your group includes children or you are accustomed to this, then it isn't an issue. In fairness the description listed the size of beds. Would we want to rent this listing again?- without a doubt YES!!

We could not have been happier! This is the perfect location! Very clean! Plenty of room for 5 adults. Incredibly clean and luxurious. Andrea had thought of everything, even up to a goodie bag and activity suggestions awaiting us upon arrival. I had questions about a few things during our stay (user error) and Andrea responded very promptly even though it was Christmas vacation. We could not have been happier! Thank y'all for helping to make our Christmas vacation amazing!

This home is wonderful! The location was perfect and it was very easy to walk to Main Street and enjoy the beautiful area. The home was exceptionally clean and the owners even had thoughtful touches like mini shampoo bottles, lots of extra fluffy towels, great coffee, and many other pantry items. The owners are terrific to communicate with and they even helped us with suggestions to make it a great trip. We hope to be able to visit PC again someday and this is where we will want to stay.

You cannot go wrong with this multi level, beautifully decorated and fully equipped ski vacation home. When you are welcomed by a bottle of wine a welcome card and snacks, it just kicks off your vacation in the perfect way. Randall and Andrea were amazing and have an amazing home. The location is fantastic and they also have a garage to store your gear overnight. We go on a ski trip every year and have used VRBO every year and I have to say that working with these two has been one of the most easiest and inviting interactions I have had. Additionally, their house is great. Slept 7 adults very comfortably and has a great view. Would definitely go back. Enjoy your future stay and thank you Randall and Andrea for making our vacation so memorable.

Well located near base of PC and walkable to Town Lift/Main street. Great common area and kitchen. Great master bed/bath. Good bunk-room, but full-bed room is very small for any adults.

The rental condo was just as described. The location was excellent to walk to the slopes each morning. The location was excellent to catch the town shuttle. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped for a cook. OK now for the fun - We loved the place! It was super clean and the remodel on the unit was beautiful. We cooked, we played games, we watched the snowfall and we watched the Winter Olympics on the flat screen TV's. Several days we even came back to the condo for lunch and then went back out to ski. The ski shop recommended by the condo unit owner was great AND we received a discount with this vrbo unit. We loved the welcome bag from the owner's and their willingness to communicate with us directly. Good job Randall and Andrea!!
