My wife and I spent a 3 day weekend for her birthday at this condo with a beautiful view of Lake Dillon. The condo was very clean and comfy with a nice deck with a grill, wood burning fireplace, and amazing views. Will definitely return and highly recommend staying here!

Great lakefront condo!! Easy to get kayak from the parking garage just a 100 feet to launch on the lake. 3 miles from epic golf course. Gorgeous lake and Mountain View! Great communication with host. Would for sure stay here again!!

Wow you guys this place was WONDERFUL! My mom and I took a girls trip and picked this place as our home base. We were NOT disappointed! The lake was absolutely beautiful and this area was just so quiet! So so peaceful! We spent our down time reading, enjoying the balcony and the views. Everything inside was so nice and clean. Exactly like the listing showed! The location of this condo was great too. We were so close to everything. Silverthorne was just a short drive and we were really close to Frisco and Breckenridge. I would 1000% stay here again! The only little snafu that we had, our last morning there we woke up without any electricity and it had been out for a while. I contacted the host, and told him what was going on and the only response I got was that he hadn't heard from the power company or the resort manager. There was no further communication after I sent a couple other messages. It turned out to be a city wide outage because the traffic light in Dillon wasn't working when we went through. But the lack of communication was a little frustrating. We decided not to push the issue because we were checking out that morning so it wasn't going to be a major inconvenience for us. But with all that said, I would still book this place in a heartbeat if we ever come back to the area! The views are seriously gorgeous. Don't pass this one up!

We needed some time in the mountains for some R&R. Fortunately for us this condo was available. It’s tastefully appointed, has great views, on the lake, and is close to town. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if afforded the opportunity.

This Condo was perfect for our recent ski vacation. Nicely furnished, clean, and great location. The check in/out process was very easy thanks to great communication by the owner. This was one of the nicest properties that we have stayed in and would definitely book this property again.

We needed an affordable place close to Keystone and within reasonable distance of Vail. This was perfect. My son (20) found the couch a very comfy place to sleep, I enjoyed the bedroom, we had separate TVs, everything worked, was clean, well-stocked. Ten minute drive to slopes and exactly as described.

The condo location is wonderful, the photos don't do it justice. The kitchen had a few items like spices, etc and filtered water in fridge so you didn't have to buy at store, greatly appreciated. Wonderful view from kichen, living room and deck overlooking Lake Dillon. Lots of trails nearby

The place was very nice. Appointed well enough, beautiful view of the reservoir. The gripe, the owner told me told two weeks in advance that the hot tub was broken and might be fixed. Got there and a resident of the condo said that it had been broken all year and a special assessment had be issued she was compaining of it's cost, then I realized I had been duped.

Had a wonderful time, nice size unit for my wife and I. Would be a little tight with another couple.
Missed not having a workout room, TV in lounge would have been nice, also hot tub and sauna were not working when we were there in mid January 2023. Unit has very nice finishes older unit with new look 👍. We had a small rental SUV but if we had our suburban the parking under the building would not have worked.
Being older and retired not having an elevator was hard on us we were on the second floor.
Property was well supplied with towels, spices, utensils, dishes, etc. This is an annual trip for us and if it works out we will be going back there next year.

This was our first trip to Colorado and it was amazing!! The condo had everything we needed plus more! We LOVED the wood burning fire place. The location was so close to everything and easy to access. So glad we found this place. We look forward to next time. Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon!

Fabulous condo, we will be back!
Paul's condo could not have been any more perfect for our stay. It was very clean, updated, and had all that we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, a great sound system for music, big TV, the linens were comfy, all the comforts of home! It even snowed some (June!) so we used the wood burning fireplace a few days, so nice! My husband is a foodie and loves to cook so we really enjoyed having the gas grill on the back porch....yes the back porch with the view of heaven! Amazing! I loved the separate sink & countertop that is in the bathroom as well, very convenient. We used the hot tub, the sauna and the pool table in the clubhouse, we felt like we were at a resort. The location is centrally located to all we needed but still hidden away and in a quiet area. A nice walk around the lake got us to the marina for our boating day. (TJ Maxx is just a few blocks away for those forgotten items of clothing or shoes ladies!) We visit Dillon/Keystone a lot and we will certainly be back, we just hope Paul's condo will be available because it'll be hard to beat!

Great view, great location! Dillon is a great ski destination. It’s 15 or 20 minutes away from Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain. The condo is in good shape with a terrific view over the reservoir!

2 night stay
We arrived after a long ski day to find the apt clean and as described.
Unfortunately it is located furthest from the parking lot so unloading was a chore.
Convenient location for Abasin ski area, Keystone or Dillon area businesses.
Spacious one bedroom was perfect for our needs.

Comfortable and quiet
This was a perfect place to get away from the ski crowds but yet close enough to any of the ski areas in Summit County. The condo was cozy, clean, quiet and very well equipped. The fireplace was a bonus! It is perfect for two; four will work just fine if you don’t mind a rollaway. Communication with the owner was great…quick to respond and very helpful. We highly recommend staying in this gem of a place!
