great location and lots of space - will def stay there again

Had the chance to take our grandkids to Keystone for their first time on the slopes. This condo is in the perfect location to walk to the beginners hill each day. We enjoyed the fireplaces, pool table, and full kitchen. It was a wonderful stay.

Great property that is easy in/out and about a 300 yard walk to the lifts. The inside garage is great, the unit was clean and more modern and updated than the building it’s in. The views are excellent, loved having the fireplace, the unit was stocked with all the basics and even a few more. Only small negative was the laundry situation. There is a small laundromat in the common area, but takes quarters, which were hard to find, and one of the washers ate as many quarters as it gave us credit for. Overall we truly enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again. Our group of 8 had tons of space, could easily hold more. Also, dos locos was a fantastic spot to eat just right across the road next to the ski rental. Very convenient setup.

We drove up to Keystone for a 3 night stay over the New Year. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and a friend. The place was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The pool table and fireplaces were a bonus! The lifts are a short walk from the condo. The view of the mountains from the living areas is fantastic. We enjoyed watching the New Year's Eve fireworks from the comfort of our warm condo. Check-in directions were accurate but wished we didn't have to make the extra stop to pick up the keys.

We were able to walk to & from the ski schools and restaurants. Ski school was about a 5 min walk. Restaurants next door and across the street. Enjoyed it watching the slopes through the floor to ceiling windows. Every one slept well in comfortable beds.

Overall very happy with the process and place. I wish they could just email door codes instead of having us stop at a different location to pickup them. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely stay again.

A really nice condo. Having 2 bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom upstairs was great. The view out of the living room is awesome. We would stay here again.

This condo is great for large groups or big families. There are three bedrooms and plenty of sleeping options. My sister and her daughter had one room, my brother and his son another, and my husband and I shared the master with our two small children. The location was perfect and close to everything. My only complaint was the toilet in the master bath is ancient and doesn’t flush effectively. It was constantly getting clogged even with no toilet paper. Also my daughter found a piece of paper under her bed that had been colored by another child which obviously wasn’t a big deal but if you’re looking for somewhere that it is meticulously scoured and cleaned this may disappoint. On the other hand the condo has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels, extra sheets, fans, humidifiers, toiletry products in the shower, a stocked spice rack, and plenty of extra trash bags and toilet paper. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area with a large group.

We had a great time! While we were there we had a minor issue with a light fixture, we called the number on our way out for a hike and it was completely fixed by the time we returned. They were friendly and easy to work with. Everything was exactly as described and we have no complaints.

The place is huge and we had plenty of space to hang out and to sleep. We used the pool table quite a bit. And the view was beautiful out back. Very comfortable place. When we are anted to be warm, we were able to warm the place and when we were hot, we let the breeze in. Not to far from Dillon, Breckinridge and lots of other places to see! Pool and hot tub are not in the very best shape, but were clean and quite warm! Would love to stay again!

Place was clean and no strange smells (which makes me cringe), had all the kitchen utensils you would need and the knives were sharp! (thats a great thing if you are a cook). Windows on the second floor need replacing as the seals are comming out of the window frames and the catch (when you close the windows) does not grab the window during its final closing stage. It was really tricky getting them closed once they were open. Overall nice place and underground parking was included.

The kitchen was very well equipped, unit clean, and comfortable. The only reason for not giving it a 5 star was the windows in the upstairs would not close properly so there was a draft, and the blinds did not work. The cable picture quality was poor (assume that is an HOA issue). The DVD player upstairs require a person to unplug the cable box and plug in the player in order to use (only 2 outlets behind the TV). There needs to be additional outlets. Otherwise, the unit is very nice.

Fantastic for multigenerational ski group. The college freshmen stayed upstairs to play pool and watch TV. Plenty of dining room space and well stocked kitchen. Steps from swimming pool and hot tub. 7 minute walk over two small bridges to Peru Express. Highly recommend!

Mountain House was the perfect location for skiing at Keystone, and the heated ski lockers were convenient. Walkable (about 10 min with ski boots on) to the Mountain House base area. The condo was clean and well kept. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I've ever had in a rental (pots/pans, crock pot, sharp knives, utensils, etc.). The host was quick to respond and proactive with solutions when the internet went out (whole building). We will definitely be staying again.

Everything was as described in the listing, this was a very spacious, cozy, and well furnished condo with great views of the mountain. Our kids loved the pool. There was an issue with the toaster and they delivered a brand new one right away. We hope to stay here again in the future!

The size of the rental is very nice. Easily fit 10 people. It is on the older side of a building. We found many windows that were letting cold air in very easily causing a draft and under the fire place which made the floor extremely cold. It makes sense because it is a old building that hasn't been renovated much. But other than these little things, the rental was great.. close to Peru lift and the two available parking spots is also a win for us.

Great location to mountain, rental shops, restaurants and grocery/liquor store…all within walking distance. Property layout great for family and having two “living rooms” to allow kids to escape upstairs. Overall complex is dated and greatly needs to be refreshed and updated, but the room was well kept and kitchen included everything needed for cooking and preparing meals. The other downstairs queen room does not have a connected bathroom, so that is a little inconvenient and uncomfortable for family using that room. Great wood burning fireplace and allowed us to make many memories around living room with the family!

We had 2 large families- 4 adults and 8 kids here and enough room for everyone. It’s a short pretty walk down to the lifts which was easily doable with our group (maybe 2-3 city blocks)- you can even grab a wagon to help with gear- ski storage in the garage was a nice as well. Enough space for all of us in the cabin with a great view of mountain house side of keystone- would definitely stay here again due to location, price, and easy access to everything

Came out as a last-minute reservation the property was wonderful the house was clean and tidy the hot tub was great. I would recommend to a friend

The arrangement of the condo suited our family needs. The condo was very clean and well supplied. It is close to the gondola, so a mountain hike was easy to obtain. The only downside was the morning sunlight heats up the condo and with no air conditioning it was quite warm. Due to the poor air quality from the forest fires, we couldn’t keep the windows open. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to stay.

We actually stayed at Gateway, due to closures of The Mountain House. It was very nice. Lots of kitchen extras! Close to Keystone gondola. We were on 3rd floor - got a little stuffy at times., but overall, we loved our space.

This property was everything we'd hoped for. There were 3 family's getting together for a fun weekend ski trip. The kids had a blast and the adults could easily relax while the kids played. We'd stay here again.
