our stay was amazing, it was break taking, it was more the expecting. We love Nikita and Maria they were the best. Nikita the food was amazing no complaints and the grocery store run I love you for that. Maria thank you for cleaning everyday and going above and beyond for us. Overall we had a good stay, however the property is in need of a refurbishment and is as stunning as in photos or video when originally done. There are several areas which are a bit worse for wear. The rail on the steep steps to beach only goes half way, as has obviously rusted off years ago and unless you are agile could be dangerous. Certainly would not recommend if you have young children. The villa is in a good location 15 minutes form Bridgetown or Hole Town and on the bus route. Beach is 5 minute walk where the La Calabane restaurant is also located. We stayed in master bedroom on the top floor which is huge and has a terrace with fantastic views and a very comfortable bed. Good bathroom apart from mirrors which on only good if you are 4ft tall, I had to kneel to shave! Nikita greeted us on arrival, which was half hearted at best and felt like we were an inconvenience. We got the impression that she was miffed we had not booked her to cook, but we like to go out to the many good restaurants along the coast. She never announced her presence, when turning up in morning and was not very cheerful and hard to engage in conversation. As this is a high end villa we would of expected a few thoughtful touches such as milk, bread, water and butter in fridge on arrival which would of been a nice touch.

Really good location especially if u want to spend time in the water. The home next door was under some disrepair and had a loud dog. Additionally road traffic was somewhat loud. That said, we were able to spend a LOT of tim on the water and the beach near by is fantastic with a tremendous outdoor restaurant, paddle boards etc. Best aqua blue water vacation our family has had.

Our stay was amazing. Both Marie and Nikita were great, helpful and more than accommodating. Steps from the beach, it was so cool to see the house while on a boat ride with extended family. More than enough room for our whole family. Wiuld love to book again.

We spent 9 nights in Ocean Heights and we loved every minute! It's spacious, the view is gorgeous, the location was perfect for us. I can't say enough about Nikita (cook + more) and Ms. Marie (housekeeper) they were absolutely wonderful. Nikita was a fantastic cook, amazing resource for island happenings and extremely patient with my reaching out to her "after hours" when I locked myself out of our bedroom. Everything was as advertised. We loved having access to a small beach right by the house and when the tide is low you can literally wade through the water to Batts Rock Beach just down the street. Both La Cabane and Cala Roca restaurants are nearby. Bridgetown is an easy bus ride from Ocean Heights. If you want to be in the thick of Bajan nightlife this is bit off the beaten path (though accessible by cab or car), but if you want to enjoy the ocean, eat good food and relax this is the perfect place.

House was beautiful and right on the water. Both Nakitas (housekeepers) were very helpful and accommodating. Nakita set up massages and jet skis for us. The food they cooked was delicious. We had an amazing stay in Barbados.

The house is almost exactly as you see in the listing and extremely comfortable, especially the beautiful master suite. You can swim from the steps of the house but it is also very close (4 min walk) to a wonderful beach and restaurant/beach bar, with the bus stops close by on the main road to easily get to other parts of the island. The views from the terraces are spectacular, especially at sunset time. However, it was the lovely staff who really made it for me because they were both friendly and helpful. All the meals cooked by Nikita for my large family of 12 were delicious and having my laundry neatly folded each afternoon was a treat. I’d love to return some day.
