The master had a really nice and big tub that we are excited to use. But the drain plug was broken and would not fill up with water. Then we are super upset about the lack of communication and transparency with the pull out couch bed being broken. I specially told the host ahead of time that we have 8 adults. She told me they have a really nice comfy pull out couch bed making 4 beds total. Well we show up and there is a small sign tucked away on the side of a table that says the bed is broken. No one reached out to my to personally let me know ahead of time. No one messaged me about the inconvenience. No one offered a small discount for not having a 4th bed. For how expensive per night this place was, they should be replacing the 4th bed right away. Not just making a small sign saying sorry the 4th bed is broken. I would like to personally talk to someone how that experience and how dishonest it was.

Great location especially for families with little ones. It was on the ground floor so no need for stairs or elevators. It was also super close to the pool, which was convenient for my toddler. The property manager was responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again in the future!

We loved our vacation thanks to Villa 115! It was family friendly, easy check in and out, it was clean and had plenty of cleaning supplies when needed. We especially appreciated the extras for kids, pack'n'play, high chair, extra blankets, snorkel gear, kids flippers, sand toys. It was a great stay, we'll definitely be back!

This fits the ideal location for a relaxing beachside luxury Hawaiian vacation. Having the pool and beach right outside our lanai was incredible. Sunsets were amazing. Snorkeling in the cove was easy for the kids. We were able to cook and feed the 8 of us with ease. Highly recommend!

We stayed for our son’s wedding on the north shore. We had a great time, the Villa and amenities were awesome. The entire Villa resort area was super clean and very manicured. All of the beach gear that came with the Villa was a big help and a ton of fun. Thank you Gina!

We would just recommend that ALL condos use scent free laundry detergent and NO scented dryer sheets. Who needs the extra chemicals. Hawaii is full of wonderful nature scents!

The kitchen has newer cookware and a good assortment of utensils but lacked serving bowls (other than pyrex), did not have a rice cooker and had absolutely nothing in the way of oil, vinegar, or even plastic wrap or foil. Perhaps these items were removed as part of the early COVID protocol.

If you're looking for more space than a hotel room provides for a larger group, look no further! The condo is well appointed and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and a great layout for some extra privacy and elbow room. We loved the large sliders leading out to the covered lanai and lush grounds. The pool and beach are mere steps away and access to Turtle Bay Resort is a short walk down the beach path. There is a storage locker full of beach chairs, snorkels and toys to maximize beach fun and the little lagoon is calm and clear for safe snorkeling and swimming. Turtle Bay is near the grocery store and a cute harbor town with shops and restaurants called Haleiwa. Just 1-1.5 hour drive to Honolulu. North shore is the real laid-back "old Hawaii" feel, which we love!

Very easy access to the property, Greta’s proximity to the beach an pool. Beach gear provided. Only issue was that the oven was not working.

Our stay started out with being able to check in early because we arrived earlier than expected and needed a place to lay down due to medical issues. The villa was so clean and immediately felt at home as soon as we walked in. It is so comfortable and clean. The beds are super comfortable and sheets are really soft. Everything you can think of in a kitchen is available at the villa to cook if you want. There is snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas to accommodate all in your party. Being able to go out on excursions and come back to such a nice relaxing environment, pool, and jacuzzi each day was so lovely. Having access to the hotel accommodations on top of all of Gina, Jennifer, especially Hagan and the rest of the staff at the Turtle Bay Villa's exceptional hospitality just added to their top level experience that they provide. Thanks so so much for such a great time. We will be back soon.

We live in town, but stayed here for the weekend to be close to my daughter's wedding location. This place is amazing! I don't think the pictures do this place justice. The place is an end unit and it was very clean, spacious and quiet. Great place for famlies. If you have little ones, they have a pack 'n play and high chair in the closet and sippy cups in the cabinet. The pool is right outside the lanai and the beach is just a few steps away. We were so impressed with this unit and are considering this place for future staycations. They were quick to respond to my questions and were easy to deal with. This place is highly recommended and exceeded our expectations.

Great location! Pool, spa, good restaurants and the beach are only a few steps away. The actual villa has everything you need.

This was a dream come true. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It was right on the beach. The heated pool and hot tub were great. We loved having access to the storage of beach equipment. Though there were many kids at this place - they were not loud and the windows/sliding glass door muffled any noise. We plan to return. Thanks so much for providing such a wonderful place for us to relax in.

The location was perfect! You were able to use all the amenities of the hotel with just a short walk and it was very private. This condo was an end unit which made it very nice and less noisy. We had a wonderful stay there with our family and would come again!

Villa was perfect! Proximity to the pool and beach was great for our 5 year old granddaughter! The kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking, and the beach locker had everything we needed for time at the beach! Loved Turtle Bay Beach Villas!

This was the perfect location and enabled us to be walking distance to the beach. When we arrived, we were surprised at just how close we were! We have a disabled older teen and this one story first floor villa enabled us to have a place for her to rest without the entire family having to leave the beach for the day. The villa was amazing with everything that we needed. AC worked wonderfully and the lanai was heavenly. We loved having beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, ice chest AND snorkeling equipment all provided! That was an unexpected bonus We did have some difficulties with the dishwasher which was broken when we arrived & we ended up having to hand wash dishes after a repair person came to the villa several times trying to fix it. The pool "security" was pretty rude to our daughter but other than that, everyone was very nice. I would recommend picking up breakfast supplies at the store. There were not any good options for breakfast at the resort at all. Lei Lei's was a great location on the golf course but not worth it for dinner. The dinner service and food was just ok at best. We definitely recommend the villa and will be booking again for our next trip!

The place was nice and location was great. The restaurants near the property weren’t nearly as good but there was a good grocery store down the road 15 min with tons of great food. Snorkeling in the small lagoon and good pool and beach sun made for a nice time. The rooms we stayed in weren’t the cleanest and had a slight odor in one bedroom, but overall we had a great experience.

The resort was amazing ( even though you cannot swim in the hotel pool, only the Villa pool).. we enjoyed sunsets at the pool bar and walks around the property. The villa came with a storage unit filled with beach chairs and things we could use.. there were LOTS of instructions throughout the villa.. sadly you can't lower the sir conditioning past 72 and our week was 30 degrees celsius the whole week and we roasted at night.. esp in the back rooms.. no ceiling fans and the air didn't make it back there as much.. we tried to have the windows open ( on the first floor) some of the nights but were woken up by people walking and talking late at night so we closed it for the rest of the time.. you could see a sliver of the ocean from the back queen room.. next time we might go for more of an ocean view or a higher floor.. kitchen was filled with things we needed and the place was beautiful.. wood furniture was a bit dated.. but the towels and beach towels were great! hair dryers in every bathroom too.. the hosts were great and answered questions very fast! Thanks for the great time!

Everything you need in the place including an incredible array of toys and equipment for having fun in the water. If you have stayed in any of these condos before on the property this one is very similar in layout and tastefully decorated. Best part is being able to open the door and walk right out onto the grass and the beach, our group of all ages loved it and will be back again as soon as possible!
