Beautiful views and very clean. Had a wonderful time.

The condo was great for our family and had plenty of room as well as a beautiful view of the lake and a peekaboo view off the back rooms of Carson Valley. We were confused about the parking and didn't realize that there was a garage until the day we left. We let the company know that we didn't see keys even though they were mentioned in the welcome packet. The house is stocked with most stuff we needed other than scissors and cutting boards. The indoor hot tub was great and takes a few hours to heat up. One of the back bedrooms got a lot of morning sun and my daughter would have loved some darker curtains but otherwise everything was great

I stayed with my family to celebrate my graduation. Everything was great other than a little confusion initially about parking/the garage. The property manager was excellent in promptly responding to our concerns. The only minor downfalls was the fridge "water filter needs replacement" light was on and in my bedroom nightstand there was some left over food wrappers from a previous guest. All in all, we had a great stay and will definitely be back when visiting Lake Tahoe.

This was a family trip with me and my adult children. The condo was perfect! The only downside was it was really windy so we couldn’t use the deck with that gorgeous view of the lake; we did enjoy the view from the many windows.

We had a great spring break vacation. 2 families with 2 adults and 2 children each. There were 8 of us and we comfortably were able to stay in this fabulous rental. The view from the deck really made the entire trip. Heads up for winter and spring trips there is a steep hill so be prepared to know how to use chains and be comfortable driving on what could be an icy slope to and from a garage. Other than that it lived up to its billing.

We had a wonderful time at the condo!!! Million dollar views of the lake!!! Host was amazing and so available for anything that we needed. Would recommend this condo to any family with adult children! We will be back

Nice condo and dog friendly. Beautiful views of the lake and very close to Stagecoach lifts. Would stay here again. Only thing missing is little bar soap and or shampoo and conditioner. I would add that to the bathrooms.

Great spot! My family loved the view and all the necessities of home. The added bonus of the in-condo hot tub plus the bigger, community outdoor one with the pool (which gets busy apres ski) can't be beat. Did I mention our well-behaved four-legged family member was allowed to come, too? We'll be bookmarking this one for our next family ski trip.

Property exactly as listed with great amenities. Perfect for families. I had to purchase batteries for the living room TV remote, the blender didn’t work and some of the pans could be replaced but overall a great stay. Indoor hot tub definitely a hit! Had to carry luggage and groceries up a slippery, snowy incline so be prepared if you’re visiting during snow season.

Amazing view and great space! The building is a bit dated, but the interior is very comfortable and the view is spectacular. 3 bathrooms and bunk beds for the kids made it a perfect spot. So close to skiing, but Nevada lifts were closed. Would definitely stay again!

This is a very cool condo in a nice quiet part of town near the Heavenly ski lifts. Unfortunately the NV lifts were closed this time around in the early season, so we did not get to take advantage of a key perk of being so close to the stagecoach lift. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Property managers were communicative and helpful. The driveway was a little precarious as it was steep and very icy, but that was disclaimed in the booking process. One of our cars could not make it up the hill, and we were a little worried about the outdoor parking down the hill because the email mentioned something about parking permits in the house and we could not find any such permits anywhere (so perhaps that was an outdated comment?). The checkin/checkout info was a little confusing, as I got multiple emails with slightly different information, but we figured it out without issues. The house could have been a little bit cleaner - the hot tub was just slightly funky and there were a few random things from previous guests laying around on countertops and in drawers, but considering the price was very reasonable, the condo is very comfortable with good indoor parking, and the location and amenities were great, I would recommend overall.

This condo is a great place for family fun the condo has lots of games to play, pool table and a wooden monopoly set for 7. It is spacious, clean, and cozy. The only thing is it has a steep hill to get into the parking garage and in the winter if you have a car use other parking. Over all we had a great time here.

This condo is tucked up in the mountains facing a beautiful lake! I enjoyed the condo, the area and the pool of course! The condo was clean & we found it stocked up for our needs of 3 days. The parking is small. We only fit one Highlander. But again the description in the app did give us a heads up! We did not find a parking permit anywhere in the property, so that made me nervous for tickets on the other car that we had to park outside. But Nothing happened! Absolutely comfortable! Will keep marked in my favorites for when I come back to Tahoe!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is well stocked and the view is spectacular (just as advertised!). Carpets had just been cleaned, a nice surprise given this is a pet friendly unit. Dining room chairs and barstools were stacked in the kitchen, tables were on couches, area rug was hung over the kitchen counter and was badly stained on the back (ugh!). Kitchen counter under the area rug was filthy and the unit was very dusty primarily in the areas where carpet cleaning had been done and including the dining room table (table also had pet marks and particles and splatters underneath). Prior to settling in we had to wipe down all surfaces in the main living area, not a great way to start our stay! The mirror in dining area was dirty, the freezer hadn't been wiped out, the pool table had lots of debris on the cover and felt-- a follow-up cleaning post carpet cleaning should have been conducted. The parking passes and TV remote for back bedroom were missing, and we were not provided with any complimentary shampoo and soap for the bathrooms (no biggie, but would have been a nice touch!). Prior to arrival we reached out to the property manager to see if we could check in an hour early, which he advised would be fine (thank you!). We ended up checking in after 5pm and immediately reached out to the property manager. We did not receive a call back for a couple of days and had already left (a day early). Post call and upon the manager's request, we sent along the list above as well as supporting photos. No credit was offered for our inconvenience at the time of our call, and after further consideration we decided to ask. The property manager contacted us post our email, and we were advised that the owners would be willing to extend a discount on our next visit. We declined the offer, and after further discussion, and with some encouragement we were ultimately offered a small discount for our stay. We felt the customer experience could have been much better.

Wonderful views as advertised. Location up the mountain offers cooler weather, coffee shops and restaurants away from the crowds in S Lake Tahoe. Easy to get around the lake for excursions. Would come back again and suggest others looking for this type of rental to go ahead and book. Never had to contact the managment company because everything met my expectations and there were no surprises.

We needed to make an emergency trip to Tahoe and this condo was perfect for our family. The location was great, 15 mins away from Stateline. The kitchen was functional and the pool table gave our family a fun way to relax in the evenings. We did not use the hot tub, so I cannot comment on that. And while it was not ski season, I can imagine this being an ideal location for a ski getaway. In short, a perfect fit for a short stay for our family: clean, comfortable, functional.

Perfect for our family of 4 and small dog. Easily could have 2 families stay comfortably. House was clean with all amenities you could need. The view is Amazing!!! Would absolutely stay again.

Decent studio apartment, but could stand update and would be great to have more ability to cook/clean dishes. Major issue was loud music from beach bar EVERY NIGHT that made it hard to converse, let alone sleep before music stopped

Pros:Excellent condo. View is superb, ceiling is tall, grill, pool table, deck, kitchen is nice, bathrooms and bedrooms are comfortable. Garage parking is easy. Cons:Hot tub never worked during our stay. Tried to contact property manager during my stay as it was one of the reasons we selected this condo but was skiing during the day and decided it was not worth the effort as this proved difficult for me to coordinate a technician to help fix it so that was unfortunate for me and my group. Add’l: 4x4 is recommended. Stagecoach is a 20 min walk. Didn’t bother with the shuttle but one exists that can take u there.

First, I would say that the property manager was very reliable. We had a few issues arise and they were handled promptly and professionally. The condo is very cozy and the view of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains is incredible. We loved the fireplace and the pool table. The location of the condo is good as well. We happened to be there during a snow storm, and the roads surrounding the condo do get crowded and gridlocked during storms. They did a fantastic job of keeping the parking area clear after snowfalls. I will say that the garage is up a steep incline and can be tough to get up to when conditions are poor, even for AWD vehicles. Keep in mind that the gridlocked roads during storms can prevent Heavenly's Nevada side shuttle from running on time, so we did have to walk to the lifts a few times. The Boulder Lift is about a 12 minute walk down and 25 minute walk back up. Stagecoach is a little bit closer but uphill on the way there and downhill on the way back. For anyone interested, the indoor hot tub was not what I would describe as hot; however, I am sure that the property manager would address this issue if it was important for your stay. For us, we didn't really plan to use the hot tub that much anyway. We did walk one night to the community hot tub, which was nice. That is located at the very front of the parking lot, which is about a 5 minute walk from the condo (at least when there is a lot of snow).

The best part is the amazing view.

The property was in a good location and had a great view. But the cleanliness could have been better. It was also disappointing that the hot tub in the property did not work and we were not told that the community pool and hot tub would not be available to use. There was no soap or shampoo available in any of the bathrooms which was very inconvenient.

I highly recommend this unit if you want an amazing view of Lake Tahoe. The place was just perfect for me and my teenage boys. Boys could ski daily right from StageCoach lift and at night we played pool! Plenty of room and the garage was a nice extra.

Rented in end of March. Very good lake view. The place is very clean. It is located up on the mountain so very good views. Would definitely recommend renting this place.

Location and views are unbeatable. The property is dated style wise and furniture wise, with some things kind of broken, chipped, and in need of repair. Kitchen is well stocked with most basic items, making cooking a breeze - a big clean refrigerator is always nice! I stayed in august 2021 and booked this march vacation before I even checked out last time. Lived up to my expectations, a good spot for chilling and being cozy with plenty of bathrooms for privacy!

The property was spacious and clean, lots of cooking wear available! The fireplace heated the common areas well, but didn't reach the rooms in the front of the space as easily. The ceilings seemed thin as we were woken up by kids running around early in the morning. Would recommend a 4WD vehicle to get up the steep and icy hill to reach the garage. The view was gorgeous and hot tub super convenient. Would definitely like to stay here again!
