We enjoyed our stay and love that it is pet friendly. It can be difficult to find pet friendly locations and we love to bring our furry family members with us. I would love to see more pet friendly locations in the future. We have rented through Mountain Top Realty many times. We take advantage of the "4th Night free" and enjoy the ease of payment and quick service. Any time we have had any issues with a property the staff has responded quickly.

We had a great and relaxing vacation!! Our favorite part was the porches and hot tub! Mountaintop Realty is the best and only one we will rent from. Becky is amazing hands down!!

We had a great relaxing stay. This was a perfect place. Loved the inside space, fire place, and hot tub.

We loved Dream Catcher, the kids really enjoyed the hot tub. The decks off the master suite is such a great spot to relax, the stream that runs directly behind the house is so peaceful to listen to in the morning with a cup of coffee. The open concept was such a nice feature of the house. It accommodated 4 adults and 5 children very nicely. Only area in the house that was hard to maneuver in with all of us was the kitchen, so only 2-3 of us could really be in there at a time. The front porch was so relaxing to just hang. Only thing we could complain about was there weren't very many bowls or pans to cook with; there were tons of pots, pans, plates and silverware. And the drive to the cabin from the guard shack is a good ways away. But the peace and quiet you get out there is completely worth it!! We would definitely consider renting dream catcher again! We have rented from Mountaintop several times in the last few years and every time their team is so cooperative, their response time is always so fast and they are always very sweet and considerate when you have questions and concerns. We also love the book 3 nights get the 4th free, that is a deal you just can't pass up for this beautiful area.

We spent a lot of time enjoying the back deck and hot tub! I love the layout of the house! We have been coming to Canaan for the last 25 years. We always leave (sadly) relaxed and refreshed. It's a very special place. The properties are outstanding! The staff as always goes above and beyond to meet your needs/wants! Very friendly!

You might ask your cleaning team to check all appliances in the kitchen. It would take an extra 10 mins of their time. This is necessary because it appears the previous renters did not use the Dreamcatcher kitchen. I feel for other renters who come in expecting to cook up meals that require functioning appliances. A two-burner Coleman camp stove would have given us as many features as the Dreamcatcher kitchen. And please don't bait future renters with the hope of remedies. Move them to another property. We will not use Mountaintop for future trips to WV. Not good.

This cabin was so beautiful. Everything you need is there. It is close to many great places and our host was so awesome at answering all my questions when I asked. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed every minute of it. We will be back to this area again and stay with Mountaintop Realty again.

This is a beautiful home in a gated community that has easy access to the complex network of trails located in the beautiful Dolly Sods Wilderness area. We were pleased to be able to park and access one of the head trails directly from within the gated community. The home itself is cosy and can accommodate large families. We really loved our time here.

Spacious and secluded spot in the mountains. Wish there was a little bit of flat land for some yard games, but it is the mountains after all. Would gladly stay there again for another family get together.

Dreamcatcher was the perfect place for a peaceful Thanksgiving vacation for our family of 6. It was such a perfect cabin in the woods getaway. We loved everything about it and we hope to return in the future. We loved Dreamcatcher! We loved the fireplace, , the log cabin feel, the openness, the bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect for our family of 6 as well as the large dining table. The extra room upstairs was a nice bonus. We loved the private wooded lot and of course the hot tub! Overall this was a wonderful experience for us and we hope to return. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

We couldn’t have asked for more. It was a great trip. We’d love to come back one day. Everyone was nice and welcoming.

We had a really great time! The house perfectly accommodated our 8-person party, and it was much closer to Sand Run lake than we initially thought. We love walking around Sand Run so this was a plus. Also, the hot tub was of better quality than those we've had in the past, and it was huge- awesome. Everything was simple and quick.

We had a wonderful time and will be back! This is our second time staying at Dream Catcher, and we love the property - beautiful house and large open great room, coupled with several lofts and nooks for catching some alone time. Our absolute favorite feature is the large porch and hot tub - perfect for catching the stars on a clear night. We've rented from you around 5 times now, and we have continually been blown away by your team's responsiveness and flexibility. Thank you!

It was close to the national parks, restaurants and ski mountain as well. The only down side was the owner should really put a reflector up in front of the pond when you drive into the property upon arrival at night. All four of our cars almost ended up driving straight into the pond when we arrived after dark. It is awkwardly located at the front of the drive way in a blind spot. Other than that we would definitely book this cabin again! Great weekend getaway :)

This is the second time we have stayed in this home. It is cozy and the kids love the upstairs loft area. Only problem is that there are no screens in any of the windows or doors, so can' t get fresh air without letting in lots of insects. Be sure to bring all supplies, not much included. All in all it is as advertised and a great relaxing getaway.

Pros: Great location. Hot tub star gazing was amazing. Layout of home worked great for two families. Cons: Railings and stairs not very safe for young folks. Overall was clean, but very dusty and cobwebby in spots, especially upstairs in the loft bedroom. Absolutely no sound proofing between rooms (can literally hear folks in other rooms roll over in their beds). Not knocking the place at all - we had a great time, but there were some things that could and/or should be improved.

The location in the woods is amazing! So secluded, plenty of space, the creek running through the property.
