The cottage's location is perfect for mid coast Maine getaway. It is situated in a very cute neighborhood resort close to many things to do. We appreciated arriving to a clean, comfortable space in a peaceful, quiet area.

Cozy cottage with a nice view , well kept landscaping, even not right on the water. Kitchen well stocked (we like to cook😀) , very clean and nice area all around. Wiscasset is very close with good seafood restaurants. Boothbay Harbor is about 25 min away but a lot Going on there as far as shops and restaurants and cruises. Had a great time

Stunning sunrise @ sunsets right outside your door. Location to Boothbay Harbor @ Botanical Gardens. We are frequent flyers and will definitely book again.

Host is fantastic and helpful in every way.
Property is clean, spacious, and encouraging. I love the signs saying “Serenity”. That’s just what you get on this wonderful property with fantastic view of inlet and quiet cottage resort.

It is always great when you arrive at your property to find it exactly as was portrayed in the photos and description. If anything, the owners under-sell this property as it has amenities that weren't listed (a nice Keurig machine, for instance). The property has some of the best bathroom linens we've ever found at a VRBO or similar property.
The views from the cabin are spectacular. There's a very good restaurant about 500 feet away, and it is easy to reach from Portland to Camden to Augusta all being about an hour or less away.
We certainly hope to return in the future.

Nice views of water and quiet location. Good base from which to visit many sites in the area. Property was clean and private. River across the Lane. Easy area to walk our dog.

Cabin is roomy and well equipped. The setting on the water is quiet and convenient to Booth Bay, Botanical Gardens and surrounding villages. We love the mid coast area.Only suggestion we have is the VRBO email received 3 days before arrival with the door code should remind you of the check in time. The booking paperwork has it but that was done months in advance.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights with our teenager. There was plenty of space to spread out. Between the bedroom and the futon we all had plenty of space. The property was clean and had a beachy feel. Checkin and checkout were easy. The cottage gave us easy access to the Boothbay area which is a hidden gem.

Customer service was great. The house is close to everything you can go in either direction and spend days exploring. Lots of vegan and pet friendly options on this trip and the property is beautiful. Right on the water in a really quiet location

We have stayed at this location a couple of times because we enjoyed it so much! It is generously spacious for two people, which we like much more than staying in a hotel room since it is more comfortable to have a bedroom in addition to a kitchen area and living room space, especially since it is dog friendly! It is always very clean and nicely decorated, has a comfortable bed and great shower, and couldn't be more convenient to all the places we go (Boothbay Harbor, Daramascotta, Bath, Reid State Park, Brunswick, and all the beautiful hiking spots in the area). We love this part of Maine and visit often and really enjoy staying at the Sheepscot Harbour Village because it is such a lovely setting, right on the water where you can watch gorgeous sunsets and feel at home.

This cozy cottage had everything we needed for our stay including a lobster pot! Our dog loved the bed that was thoughtfully provided. We had a lovely view of Wiscasset across the water and the property was very convenient to Route 1. Would definitely recommend this property.

Property was as described. Property was set up for short stays. Kitchen utensils were minimal and not conducive to preparing food.
Good property if you plan on restaurant dining. The Sheepscot Resort is a very nice well maintained property with beautiful river and Wiscasset views.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It was very easy to get to. The hosts gave us all the information we needed. The view was amazing.
The only suggestion I have is, it would be nice if there was a grill and a small seating area outside. it would have been nice to sit outside and eat when the weather was nice.

Exactly like the pictures presented! Beautiful high ceilings, impeccably decorated, spacious open concept living room and dining room and fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make any kind of meal. Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom with lots of towels and amenities. Powerful A/C units and ceiling fans in livingroom and bedroom. Just wished it had a dryer for beach towels and a hamper for used bath towels. Would DEFINITELY rent this VRBO again and again! Thanks for making our stay in Wiscasset, Maine a memorable and extremely wonderful experience 😍

Enjoyable Stay at the Rangeley in Sheepscot Village
My wife and I stayed a week in the Rangeley at Sheepscot Village in late October and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We have stayed at Sheepscot Village, which we like very much, several times but this was the first time in this cottage. The unit is attractively decorated, comfortable, and very clean. It has a view of the river and we especially enjoyed watching the sunsets. We would not hesitate to stay in the Rangeley or in Sheepscot Village again.

Great Place!
We absolutely positively loved it here! Our cottage was beyond our exceptions. Great size and the view out the windows was fabulous. Clean and all we needed. We love to travel but the pandemic stoped any out of the country traveling. Well we saw a beautiful part of ours.

Very accomodating
The cottage was lovely and just what we needed. I made a mistake and booked 1 less night than I thought (one less night than we needed!) , but the local manager and property manager were very accommodating and were able to get us that final night in another unit. Both units were lovely, and I would definitely consider staying there again!

Just Perfect!!
Our vacation was wonderful and the rental couldn't have been better. It had everything we needed , kitchen was lovely, bedroom was comfortable and even had a computer table for our laptop. Bathroom and shower were wonderful, everyone needs a good shower with good water pressure. We had no complaints only praises for the cottage. Most impressive was the view we woke up to every morning when we opened the shutters. Priceless!!! We will be back again and would love to stay in same cottage as this time.

We only heard the neighbors twice though during our extended stay so it did not turn out to be a big deal.The cottage was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to use the ceiling fan and air conditioners as it got really hot while we were there.Part of the reason we got the cottage was so that we could do our own cooking. There were very few pots and pans with lids. If that was added it would make the space even better.Overall, this was a great home base for exploring all over Maine!

Great place & location!
This property was just as pictured. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The owners sent you plenty of information to use everything in the cottage. The location is great to many towns. We were busy everyday. Can’t say enough - it was a great vacation! Thank you for hosting us.

Adorable lake view cottage!!
Pictures do not do this cottage justice. It is just adorable! The high ceilings make this anything but small. It should also be highlighted that it is a short, very enjoyable walk into town. This was a great location. It’s always nice when you can leave the car and walk to shops and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely go back.
