The island was dirty when we arrived. I replaced outside hose because existing leaked in several places . No basin to dip feet. Brown carpet showed everything , did a lot of vacuuming but admit I am a neat freak

The house was perfect for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the dock across the street. Made some great memories.

A large spacious home right on the beach. We had a family reunion and everyone enjoyed it. Needs a little TLC but overall a great place.

We absolutely enjoyed this location. If I had to come up with one thing I didn’t like I would say it’s the living room furniture. It’s beachy wicker that is just not comfortable. Other than that I love the size of the home and it’s perfect for a family.

I loved the house, it was beautiful! The access to the beach was perfect. Susan was very communicative and quick to respond when I had any questions. I will definitely be looking to rent this house again.

We had a wonderful week at the beach. Before the week was over we tried to book again for next year but the week we needed was already booked. This house provided everything we needed for everyone there. The beach felt semi private due to retaining walls. The ocean waves were perfect for boogie boarding (our neighbors had surf boards and were surfing). The kids enjoyed going to the other side of the retaining walls to find beautiful shells. The Grandparents enjoyed watching the kiddos from an ocean front deck that was full shade and comfortable furniture. In the evening the sunset from the front porch rockers was beautiful and peaceful. The Inlet dock across the street provided a great area for fishing, crabbing and throwing a casting net. The kitchen was set up and stocked with everything we needed to cook almost every night we were there. At the time of our stay the dishwasher was out of service but we didn't mind. The house layout was perfect. Split floor plan on the 1st floor with 1 bedroom having a king bed and bathroom. The 2 other downstairs bedrooms (1 room with a queen bed, 1 room with 2 twin beds) that share a bathroom. The 3 upstairs bedrooms all had their own bathrooms. We will defiantly watch the calendar for another week that will fit into our schedule.

My spouse, siblings and family celebrated my retirement here. The house was spacious and homey. We all enjoyed having our own space and the great beach.

This was perfect for our family trip. The beach was beautiful and quite. Having direct access to the beach was amazing with 4 kids under 7. No fighting traffic or crossing streets to get to the beach everyday. Only other people on the beach near us were all staying in the houses to the left and right. So we never had to worry about overcrowding. The house was spacious and plenty of room for the family to hang out. The private dock across the street was fun to have. I will definitely be booking this one again in the future.

The house is in a great location and the beach is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and loved the area. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The house is dated, but that didn’t bother us in the least . Fun week!

Great location and love the layout of the house. All upstairs bedroom have private bath and walk out to balcony with fabulous ocean views. Ample parking and plenty of space. Steps connecting to beach. This home will not disapppont and we plan to book again. A few things to note: couch in living room is not very comfortable but ok..but we spent most of time on the porches overlooking beach so was not an issue. There is only bedroom with a TV.. we will bring portable DVD player next time

Beautiful property, lovely home...made me feel at home. View was fantastic...saw dolphins,permanent, sea turtle, etc. Very clean, huge dining table we could all set at. Entire said it was THE best trip ever. Thank you

We stayed for a week before taking my son back to CCU. There were two senior adults and four 19-year-olds. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Well, two shared a bathroom, but there were plenty to go around. Each had their own space to relax, study, read, watch TV, be on their computer, fix food in the big kitchen, go out on the front or back porch/deck, walk on the beach, etc. Weather-wise, it was pretty cool, so we didn't spend most of our time outside, But the nice thing about the rooms is that all face the ocean and have doors out to the deck except the one with the twin beds. So you can be in your room and watch/listen to the ocean. So relaxing! I would love to come back sometime. Thank you, Susan!

Family gathered at the beach to celebrate Christmas together. It was a wonderful experience and all enjoyed the home and the area. Plenty of room for all!

The very open layout provided lots of open space for the whole group to interact. Well-stocked kitchen. Great views of sunrise and sunset, plus some star gazing on the boardwalk. Nice walk to the inlet when the tide was mostly out.

Mostly very clean in the things that matter, kitchen, bathrooms and beds. Lots of room and great views of ocean and back water canal. Kitchen was well stocked! Good parking areas, and very well furnished and decorated. Wifi was on and off at times, but mostly on. A few ant problems in kitchen, but would definitely stay again if we choose Garden City again.

We really enjoyed our time staying here. We were down for an annual golf weekend. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of space and the living area was great for watching college football and playoff baseball at night.

The location of this property could not be better, with the ocean in the back and a private dock across the street overlooking the inlet. Although the interior was dated, it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the luxury of this huge house for 5 of us (6th person couldn’t make it). So we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is amazing! Even though the beach is public, seems like only people staying in the area take advantage of the beach as there doesn’t seem to be a lot of areas for public access. Many times the beach in front of the house was empty, else just a few people swimming, fishing, or surfing. Sitting on the beach and watching the surfers right in front of you was amazing. We even had a full moon rise in the east the first few nights…beautiful to see it reflect on the ocean. The house and decks were awesome. So much room. Needed to get tp, paper towels….right away, but many close stores. We gave VRBO some suggestions for some improvements after we got home (nothing major) and they responded very positively and thanked us for our feedback. Communication with Susan during our trip was quick and informative. Strongly suggest getting beach chairs upon arrival. We bought some used ones on Facebook Marketplace. Best moments were sitting on the beach while the tide was coming in. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Inlet Harbour! It was a great day on the beach and the house/location was absolutely perfect! The property owner and cleaning staff were extremely accommodating to our travel plans. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

The location of this property was excellent--right on the beach on a dead end road. We had 11 people and we were very comfortable in the house. However, the WIFI didn't work and there were several things that needed to be fixed. Overall, it was a very fun time.

We had an amazing time with our family celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Susan was amazing and went above and beyond our needs. Would love to stay here again!

The owner was wonderful, her house was perfect but I mentioned some things that she might consider letting her cleaning crew aware of but other than that we had a marvelous stay. Great house! I don't think you could ever find a more bezutiful view. The house had 6 bedrooms & bathrooms and all were extremely nice!
