Hard to find the property in the dark. Limited parking inside the gated hotel parking lot.

There is no spa

1. Beautiful design & view 2. Easily accessible to the pool, elevators, and dining room.

1. Dinner was overpriced 2. Drinking Water was not accessible only located by the cafe. 3. Restrooms were only in one area.

Location and the staff is very kind

We came after 2 hours drive, but were not allowed to enter the hotel area until 3pm, not for putting the luggage nor for using the bathroom. During the stay, we found out there was no place to change cloths or take shower indoors in the pool area, which was needed after checkout. Price is higher than what we closed.

The hotel is peaceful and beautiful backing right onto the sea of Galilee. The staff were so so helpful and kind, especially Abla and Asma at the bar. The food and breakfast is amazing and the views are so beautiful overlooking the sea and Tiberias. We had an amazing stay - really peaceful and everything was catered for us. Highly recommended.

NO OPEN TOILLETS NEAR THE SWIMMING POOL! THE TOILLETS WERE ONLY INSIDE THE HOTEL NEAR THE RESTAURANT.

The room was very comfortable with a view to the pool and the Kineret. Even though the pool was very noisy, when you close the balcony's window you hear nothing inside. The food was delicious. Too bad the coffee machines aren't working on Saturday, but you can make your own coffee. The pool was fine nothing special. The hotel has little access to dive in the Kineret which is really cool. There is a big grass area where you can chill.

On check in, we waited approximately 20 min to get service. After this long journey to the north all you want to do is to get the room and relax, but unfortunately the check in area was very busy and it took me forever to get the key.

Friendly atmosphere. Good quality food and big choice. Omelettes in the morning would be nice.

All was perfect apart from a lack of coffee machine in the rooms.

EVERYTHING! Super clean room and spacious! Our room had a balcony that overlooked the beautiful Sea of Galilee! The breakfast is absolutely AMAZING! Fruit, all kinds of salads, cheese, quiche, waffles, breakfast pizza, olives, yogurt and all the toppings, all kinds of nuts, plenty of hot dishes!! Whatever you want it’s there! Food is delicious! Staff are super friendly and helpful! Beautiful pool with lounge chairs and wicker bucket chairs! There is even comfy beds down by the sea to sit and enjoy the scenery! I can’t say enough positive things about this place! It gets a 10 from my husband and I! I wish I could rate it higher!

Breakfast spread was really good.

We felt cheated...the hotel stated it had air conditioning whereas it was only offering heating at 24 degrees centigrade. Isrotel should know that globally air-conditioning as an amenity is giving the traveller the option to set the room temperature to their comfort. We might as well have taken options where there was no air-conditioning at much lesser rates. Management response to the discomfort our group of 7 members faced was disappointing. They stated that we had been offered fans in the room which is a blatant lie that the duty manager came up with. Infact when we requested for fans we were informed the hotel does not have this provision. Overall we are very disappointed since we were not rested after our stay which is what travellers look forward to after a day of travelling.

The hotel is clean spacious and at a great location.

The food at the bar was too fat and acidic the menu a bit too limited. And if there were a spa and the outdoor pool covered and heated it would have been perfect. Generally we really enjoyed our stay and can recommend the place. There is always space for improvement.
