House was as described! Perfect location, the house was roomy enough for all! Bedrooms are large, it is nice that they all have bathrooms attached! Kitchen had everything one needs for cooking! We had our 4 year old & 10 month grandchildren & they loved the pool & beach! Complex Pool could use a makeover (no fault of the owner), but overall we had a AMAZING time! Made lots of great memories! Definitely plan on staying here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay here; kids had a great time at the beach . Pool was quite busy, so we opted for the beach instead. Unit was ideally set up for a family vacation with four bedrooms and a quick walk to the beach.

My family of 4 and my brother’s family of 6, plus a boyfriend, enjoyed this spacious and well laid out unit. With 5 active boys between us, it was essential that we had plenty of room to breathe but still spend quality time together. With beach access on the property, a large storage closet by the stairs to store your beach paraphernalia this was an ideal location to prevent the daily fatigue of going to the beach. We had such a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked to prevent the need to eat out. Michelle was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed during the week. I HIGHLY recommend this listing if you are looking for a stress free stay 😊🏝️

What a wonderful place to stay. The property was great and very clean! With grandchildren it was a great location and close to pool and beach. Nice park nearby! Would recommend this property!!!

The condo was perfect ! Loved the bathrooms and layout!

We were pleased with the accommodations. They were as advertised in the description. We were particularly pleased with Michelle's (host) great responsiveness both pre-stay and during stay. All of her communications were extremely prompt, and she was helpful with everything from pre-arrival prep to dining recommendations during the stay. We had an extended family visit (all adults) so we found having a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom a big plus. Can definitely recommend the property and the host!

My granddaughter said this was the best most exciting birthday ever and Hurricane Ian just added to the excitement.

We had a very nice beach trip as a family. The beach access is a little walk through the parking lot and it’s right there. House was very accommodating for our group. Neighborhood is quiet and Doordash does deliver but you’ll have to meet them in the parking lot because it’s hard for people to find the house. We actually couldn’t find it when we first got there and had to call the host. Overall great stay definitely would like to stay at this beach again.

Very easy to find. Close to the beach. The swimming pool was great for the grand kids. Close to stores especially ice cream.

Overall, it was a great experience. The proximity to the beach is nice, and we enjoyed the pool. The dining area and kitchen were a little small when all 12 of our group were there. There was plenty of room in the bedrooms, however. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner was responsive.

Great place for a family vacation. Located near the property's large pool and just a short walk to the beach made this a perfect choice! If you are looking for a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere, then you will find it at Windjammer!

A fabulous experience from booking, communication with property owner, arrival, the stay, and sadly checking out. The property description was spot on and easy to find on the island. It accommodated our entire family for the week. All information provided was accurate and made for an easy transition into the perfect vacation home for the week. Highly recommend to anyone planning a vacation at OIB.

First I would say that Michelle was the best host. She sent out personal emails, texts, and was available anytime there were issues (we did not have any). The house was great for us. A bathroom per bedroom is key for a large family. House was stocked well. Lots of beach items in the downstairs closet (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc). It is a quiet spot despite being in a condo-type arrangement. I was worried about the distance to the beach but it was just as quick as the long walk from our beachfront house last year at OIB with much fewer steps! Nice shower area. The beach was a bit crowded but welcome to OIB.I missed the ocean view but the sunsets from the deck were fantastic. Would stay here again.

We had a great time with family at the Windjammer BB! Great location and easy walk to the Point to see sunsets! The house had everything we needed and easy access to the ocean! I'm ready to go back!

We loved staying in this 5 bedroom home on the beach! It was perfect for our mini vacation with my dad, siblings, and spouses. We had easy access to the beautiful quiet beach and the pool was never crowded. Our hosts were easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions! I would highly recommend this home!

I had myself and 6 friends staying here during our trip. This was a very quiet area. While we weren’t visiting for the beach, it was a short 2min walk to have your feet in the sand. Parking if 3 vehicles was ideal. There was room for additional vehicles in the general parking area. Michele was a great host. Communication was ideal and everything needed was attended to. We had no issues. I’m planning to visit again with family now that I’ve seen the place and liked it.

Michele was a pleasure to interact with - an amazing Hostess. She was timely and informative in her responses to my questions. Our group had a wonderful, relaxing at the beach at this property! It had plenty of space and parking and great access to the beach.

We had a fun stay. The good: location to the beach is a breeze! Such a short walk and easy to get to. Short walk to the pool also. The supply closet outside has a lot of equipment (beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc). We organized it while we were there. I think there are six beach chairs or so, and Several sand anchors for umbrellas. Also, the house is very well equipped with kitchen supplies! There was more there than we expected. The A/C in the unit is fabulous. Felt so nice in the condo. Lots of bathrooms and they all came in handy. Water pressure was great. Never ran out of hot water. Finally, several of the mattresses are brand new and were delivered when we arrived. That was great. The not so good: the Unit wasn’t super clean, but we think this was a result of both a miscommunication on check in time, combined with cleaning crew staffing issues. Everyone has staffing issues right now, so we understand that this can happen. There were plenty of cleaning supplies at the house so we did a quick cleanup and it was fine. The main issue with the unit is the carpet is super dirty, but unless I am mistaken, I think I read in another review the owner is planning to replace the flooring soon. I don’t think a deep clean will help the carpet much. I am sure a full replacement is tough to do since the unit seems to be frequently rented. Once that flooring is replaced, though, I think it will make a HUGE difference in the look and feel of the condo.

What a wonderful condo in an amazing location!! It is not only very well-stocked with things throughout the condo but it also has plenty in the storage closet for your beach and pool time! We have never had that much room on a family trip and we loved it! HIGHLY recommend staying here!!!!

We had a great time here! Nice big unit that doesn’t feel crowded even with 14 people. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and each room having it’s own bathroom is a very big plus. Very nice kitchen that’s much larger than most places, also very well appointed with appliances, utensils, etc. The main level balcony is huge, plenty of space for lots of people to be out there without feeling cramped and the upper balcony is also a nice size. Everything was clean enough especially considering it’s the middle of peak season and the cleaners literally only have a few hours to do such a large unit. Definitely nothing to cause any concern. Plenty of space under the unit for parking or hanging hammocks, playing cornhole, or whatever if you need a covered outside hang out spot during rain. Parking is great, lots of space under the house or plenty of close spaces right beside the pool. The storage room underneath was also the best stocked I have ever seen with chairs, umbrellas, beach and pool toys, etc. We had plenty of space for the stuff we brought but we honestly wouldn’t have even needed to after seeing what all was there. Super short walk to get to the beach was nice although be aware there are only stairs for beach access so if you like to load up wagons or wonder wheelers with all your stuff like us or have anyone with mobility issues you will have to negotiate those. Not a big deal just something to be aware of and plan accordingly if that is a problem for you. All in all this was a great place to stay, we loved the location and how nice the beach was, and how nice and spacious the unit is. 10/10 we would definitely stay here again!

The area was very calm and relaxing. Getting to the beach was difficult at times going underneath the condos due to other renters leaving their beach gear scattered about. Mattresses need to be better quality. The two bedrooms with one bed in each were impossible for the guests to rest comfortably. We had to switch beds during the week each night so everyone could rest. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and will visit Ocean Isle again.

This property is well maintained IT is older than a few we have stayed at but it had character and it was comfortable and we had the convenience of being right there on the beach Lovely home !

The condo was great, very clean, very roomy, excellent service by owner, very responsive....... Great price for a week during prime summer season! I would stay here again!

unit is great - not handicap or limited ederly friendly (just as an fyi) - location is quit and easy access - need ssome updating but nicely usable - planty of bath rooms for all
