My family and I just had a lovely stay at Tom and Laura’s beautiful house! The home is lovely and very well appointed. We slept great in comfy beds with AC, enjoyed the beach and had great dinners grilled on the back patio. We have been to Maushop for years as a family and love this section of the Cape, Tom and Laura’s home and as hosts were a standout experience for us. We look forward to returning. Thank you!

We just returned from a week's stay at this property, and had the best time! The cottage was thoroughly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already provided in the cottage. Tom and Laura made us feel welcome from the start, and their check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. The beach was a very short walk, as well as the local village with quaint shops, mini golf, a marvelous indoor/outdoor restaurant (The Raw Bar) and a cafe. The cottage is conveniently located for day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. On the back patio we enjoyed coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings. It is a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Should we visit Cape Cod again, we would not hesitate to book our stay at this cottage. It was a wonderful vacation!

Our family of 4 had such a wonderful time at the cottage! We were sad to leave for home today. The village is so pretty and the ocean views/beach are breathtaking. The neighbors are friendly and inviting. Tom and Laura are so courteous and thoughtful. The cottage is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need. A trip to Martha’s Vineyard and a whale watching tour are an absolute must! The ocean water is so warm and the beach is soft and smooth. Overall, a fabulous time was had by all. Our hope is to return soon—this is the best place to stay!

Laura and Tom provided the perfect vacation cottage minutes from the beach. Everything that was listed on VRBO ( walk to the beach … 300 steps or so, cute shops, great places to eat and lots to entertain us for the week) was spot on. Taking the HYLINE to Nantucket was fantastic and an easy commute. We intend on returning to this piece of heaven on earth!!! Tastefully decorated and so comfortable. Thank you!

This was the perfect spot for my sister and I to enjoy a few days at the Cape. Tom and Laura greeted us and showed us around their cottage. They were so kind and their place immaculate and supplied with all the necessities. The beach was great, very walkable area and such a beautiful spot. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

We have stayed in Maushop Village multiple times now and each time have been fortunate to have impeccable and stylish accommodations, and this home was no exception. We always enjoy the private beach, the village market and visiting the surrounding areas, and all are an easy and enjoyable ride from New Seabury including Chatham, Dennis and even Province Town if you are up for a longer trip. This time the weather was not great so we took bikes (rented from Rideaway in Popponesset market) to Martha's Vineyard from nearby Woods Hole and also explored the Mashpee Nature Preserve which is less than 15 minutes away by bike. At the end of our days we loved returning home to our cozy cottage where we enjoyed movie and game nights and casual dinners on the outdoor patio. This was definitely the prettiest and most spacious patio we have had! We had to fly in this time as we moved to Chicago last summer, but Tom and Laura have the cottage so well stocked that we did not have to fret about bringing boogie boards, beach toys and chairs or towels, which was great. I really cannot say enough about this special little community and this lovely home away from home. It was a 5 star experience and we hope to return many times in the future!

We rented this cottage to be close to other family During thanksgiving week. Tom and Laura were extremely easy to communicate with and very welcoming! I would highly recommend. Ps the full bath upstairs is nicely remodeled with a lovely rain shower head! So relaxing :)

We very much enjoyed our week at 5 Milestone Way in New Seabury. Tom and Laura's cottage offers everything you may need for a relaxing beach vacation - to have a cottage with both front a back patios is quite rare in Maushop Village. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed to prepare food, go to the beach and relax inside on a rainy day. The cottage is in a perfect location - steps to the beach and a short walk to the Village Marketplace. Communication with Tom and Laura was fast and easy. This cottage will definitely be on the list for a return visit. Thank you for a great week !

Tom & Laura were gracious and checked into to make sure everything was ok. It could not have been more perfect. This by far was the best VRBO that we’ve ever stayed in. We are so excited to go back. The location, the decorating, the amenities….just beautiful.

I can’t say enough about this adorable cottage. From the moment we walked in I was in awe of the nautical design & decor and attention to detail in every corner! Even the plates and glasses were tastefully chosen to compliment the nautical theme. The cottage was freshly cleaned and smelled amazing. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and fitted with the softest sheets! There was even the cutest welcome basket with a hand written note and some goodies! Everything we could possibly need was provided for in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owners, Tom and Laura, were gracious, helpful and responded to any question we had within minutes! The cottage is a very short walk to the private beach and also not far from the marketplace. My kids loved spending the day boogie boarding and playing in the sand. A quick walk over to the marketplace and we were able to get seafood dinners and ice cream. We’ve rented houses down the Cape for 10 years now and this was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in thus far! I highly recommend this cottage and location (beautiful landscaping with gorgeous hydrangeas) for a getaway! We hope to return soon!

The weather did not cooperate much of the week, but we still felt at home, and we all had space to read, play games and recharge. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. The kitchen and appliances are new and easy to use and enjoy. This was our second trip to Maushop Village and we will definitely be coming back! Tom and Laura were great and highly responsive to any questions before or during our stay. Thank you for a great week!
