Condition: Numerous light bulbs out. The theater projector did not work. Coffee pot did not work, also it is an old fashion drip pot. Snow was covering most of the patio outside, most of the grill, the fire pit, totally, part of the hot tub. The driveway was not totally plowed making it difficult to turn into the garage. Someone came by to fix the theater while we were gone, but it was not fixed when we got back. The note said do not touch so I didn’t touch it for two days and finally, I decided to reset it and we had the theater working for the last couple days. The place was very large, and it had supplies that you would expect in the kitchen and bathrooms, and we had a great time, but it was not the high-end quality I was expecting in the building itself.

After a two-day ordeal, our family from around the country was able to settle in for our family reunion. Minutes after notification that the property was ready, we were informed we could expect a multi-hour delay. The management company, Pinnacle Lodging, located an adequate property a few miles away for our first night. This caused a major disruption and stress to our elderly family members at the start of our stay. On day two we had to wait for many hours for the okay to relocate to Snow Mansion. We learned miscommunication between the owner and Pinnacle regarding the timely readiness of the property caused the initial confusion. Once we moved into Snow Mansion, we learned equipment was not properly functioning to include the main floor refrig, smoke detector, most televisions, and the movie theater. This began a series of phone calls and emails to Pinnacle, some answered, most not. The last thing we wanted during our family reunion was to deal with problems that took up precious time. After spending a great deal of time sending emails and after many phone calls, we were able to speak to a Pinnacle manager. We received a two-night refund for the rent, it didn’t include daily fees and service charges. We remain disappointed at Pinnacle’s unwillingness to compensate us for all charges for two lost days in Breckenridge. While the property was gorgeous, consider carefully before reserving a property managed by Pinnacle.

Great home with plenty of space to accommodate our group. Very kid friendly with amenities for adults. Close to the Troll hike and walkable to downtown. Comfortable sleeping accommodations and the check-in and out process was seamless.

House was as expected and was amazing. Everyone enjoyed there stay. We got good use of the movie projector and ping pong table. Some minor inconveniences: the air hockey table would not turn on, the coffee maker took over an hour to brew 10 cups each morning, the handle to the left of the main entrance handle is broken (so we left it cracked open). We also appreciated the easy check out process. Thank you for not demanding a ton of extra chores as some properties demand.

Great, well equipped place! Feim the kitchen to the grill, firepit, and the jacuzzi, we met and had a great experience before and after clmbing a few local mountains. Close to Breck.

This home was perfect for a family gathering in the mountains. Plenty of space to comfortably sleep and play. The large kitchen could accommodate multiple helping hands preparing meals. The house was very clean! The location was great and a short walk to downtown and the train park. Would highly recommend to others and would stay here again!

Our stay with 10 adults and 7 grandchildren was outstanding. the house was clean, highest quality and well located at the outskirts of Breckenridge. The firepit at night was great for family conversation. We have vacationed in Colorado as a family six times and this house was the best we have found.

So close to town, maybe 3 blocks to first restaurants on the south end of town. House was awesome. Huge bedrooms. Great patio. Great host and commutation.

The kitchen is the most equipped rental we’ve ever been in. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable. And the couple of times that we needed to contact the rental company they responded very quickly. The back patio was so relaxing and the view is gorgeous and it was just a short walk to town.

Spacious house and good location. Grill, Firepit and hot tub all nice. Kitchen well equipped but for no working ice maker (4 plastic trays was insufficient and inconvenient). BR 4 & 5 TVs did not work. Carpets were pretty dirty. Place could use some refreshing (paint, carpet, updates to decor). Note to renters that shampoo/soap was one night supply.

I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a large group to enjoy Breck and all it has to offer. It was easy to cook large meals in the kitchen and the outdoor space had easy access for enjoying the fire pit, hot tub, and grill. Great overall amenities from towels, appliances and utensils, soaps, detergent, etc.. The large garage space makes it easy to strap on ski boots and load up gear. Some cons I will point out is that the theater room needs a new/modern TV and/or Projector and the air hockey table is unplayable. We did not utilize the basement to it's potential as the screen was unviewable in any light. This was a bummer as the NFL playoffs and basketball being in full swing and it is the largest space to host the entire group at any time. 9/10 would stay again. Easy to book and access the space. Upgrade some media and outdated items and you got a near perfect getaway.

We had a great weekend and this is a perfect group spot. The place was well stocked and they gave detailed lists of what was in the kitchen. The pull out beds were a little broken so you need some muscle to pull them out and the check in info was not sent on time but they quickly fixed the issue. The checkout was one of the easiest ever and the location is really unbeatable.

We had a family reunion with 15 family members from Wisconsin, Colorado and Australia. The house was amazing, very spacious , close to town. We all loved the rec room with movie theater , fire pit and hot tub. We made many memories. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

This house is great! It has a lot of potential but needs some maintenance. The dishwasher was leaking, the air hockey table wasn’t working properly. The DVD player had a lock on it. Some of my concerns were about the windows upstairs not being in good condition and potentially dangerous if kids leaned against the screens. The number of bedrooms was the main reason we booked this house and location was perfect. However, for the price- I would have expected a few more higher class amenities. We were a family of 14 people and used EVERY room and every bathroom. When we asked about some basic housekeeping mid week, we were told it would be quite expensive. It seems steep to me given that we paid so much for the week to stay there. In my opinion, I think that one mid week housekeeping should be included in the week’s price. Overall, we honestly had a GREAT time! We used the hot tub almost daily and the fire pit as well. There are PLENTY of towels so big plus there. And The washer and dryer worked great so we even went home with clean clothes! Breck is a great town and we walked to and from there almost every day! Recommend this house for big groups and the ideal location.

We had a great 2 weeks for a family reunion - easy check in/out, phenomenal location for easy walking to activities, ample room for multi family gathering and activity spaces for games, dining, and relaxing, very responsive property management to any questions. Hope to return and enjoy it again!

We had a nice time, the pictures of the house are probably a little better than the house itself. The master bed frame broke out of nowhere and when we moved the mattress, we saw a piece of plywood- as if someone had tried to fix it but didn’t actually fix it. We did report it in the morning and a technician came in to fix it fairly quickly- luckily no one got hurt. I would say a lot of things in the house seemed pretty old and instead of updating them, they are just waiting until it breaks. Every room had its own private bathroom which is really nice. Location was really good, walking distance and the management company was very good at communicating via text.

With it's 7 bedrooms and 7-1/2 bathes it easily accommodates our family of 16. In addition to the overall spaciousness, well equipped kitchen and gorgeous view of the mountains, there is a large movie screen and theatre seating in the lower level and a great big hot tub and fabulous fire pit on the back patio. The location is close to numerous trail heads for hiking and an easy walk to downtown Breckenridge. When there was a problem with the hot tub, Pinnacle Lodging responded quickly to make the necessary repairs. The only negative is that some of furnishings and carpet need replacing. That being said, we will hope to return again next summer!

The property was amazing. We had plenty of space to sleep everyone in our group comfortably, and then some. The location is perfect for a quick walk to downtown.
