My husband, 17 year old nephew, 2 pups and I just returned from a 3-night stay at this property. It was better than expected with ample room for the 5 of us. The hosts thought of everything and had all of the supplies we needed. Enjoyed using the kitchen for some meals, the backyard for the pups, and of course the proximity to the beach. The hoses and shower outside were so handy to get the sand off after our adventures. Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend.

The property was clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised. Rich and Adrienne were available by text or phone if we had any questions. They checked in to make sure everything was good, sent us a link to things to do in OB, and let us check in early. It was great! We highly recommend this property!

Love this place and the owners. This is our 4rth year , returning as an annual family tradition now. Friendly to our pets, and we all enjoy the San Diego vibe, Ocean Beach and Dog Beach. Our pets are at home and secure there. There are plenty of facilities to keep up with beach house sand/salt water cleanup so the mess does not build up. Quiet and respectful neighbors and environment all around. We feel welcome and fit in. Really enjoy our stays there!

First and foremost Rich and Adrienne's communication was excellent- veryresponsive. And it's obvious that they take pride in keeping up their home. We used to rent out our beach house and were premiere hosts as well and we got from this host just what we gave to our guests. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

This property was just as described! The location was absolutely perfect and it had everything we needed for our stay and more! A personal thing for me was I wish the beds were a little less firm but that is personal preference! Otherwise the communication was amazing and all the beach gear worked wonderfully! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was just as described...very clean, very comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. The location was great...walking distance to the beach and great restaurants, and close to so many of the attractions we wanted to visit. Rich & Adrienne are great hosts!...They responded quickly to all of our questions/requests. (We loved all of their restaurant recommendations...) Highly recommend!

This property was an outstanding choice. It was well-stocked with many items we didn't expect. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. The location is a block from Ocean Beach and about 4 blocks from numerous restaurants. The proximity from the beach is critical if that is your main entertainment. The owners supply a great selection of high-quality beach items so you'll have a fairly big load of things to carry for a great day on the beach. I loved that some of us could go, some could stay and we could walk back if we forgot something. You'll have a spacious, off-street parking space. There are so many things to do and see only 10-30 minutes away. Highly recommend!

We had a great week at Ocean Beach! The property was perfect for our family of four and there was plenty of room for our dog to relax and stretch her legs in the backyard. Location was perfect - a five minute (max) walk to the dog beach and to the restaurants in town. The cottage was extremely clean, had very comfortable beds (and soft linens and towels), and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach gear was also top quality. I wish we had had more time. We will definitely try to stay here again when we are in Ocean Beach again!

We had a wonderful time at this place! The property was just as advertised, and we had a wonderful relaxing vacation. The location is hard to beat, and it walkable to many different places in the Ocean Beach community as well as a short drive to downtown. Having the dedicated parking place was clutch! Great hosts, and I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the San Diego area for vacation.

Cute beach cottage with great location. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. My toddler appreciated the outdoor area. Check in process was smooth and I was grateful the reserved parking space, as we had a lot of stuff traveling with 2 kids. Overall, the space worked well for us for the few days we were there.

Very clean house with a nice fenced backyard. The owner thought of everything that you possibly could need if you arrive with dogs (couch cover, very high fence, even a dog bed). Very good beds, nice bed rooms, fully functional kitchen with Kitchen Aid and Bosch appliances. Highly recommended, especially if you stay for longer. It was hard for us to leave.

We spent our Spring Break (Family w/ 14yo girl and 12yo boy) at Rich & Adrienne's spot, and had a fantastic time! The home is exactly as advertised, Rich and Adrienne are great hosts (feel better, Rich!!), and OB is just amazing if you like cool, finky, and mellow beach towns, in a huge city...
I cannot say enough good things about the stay and the hospitality. Everything we needed was there, and Rich and Adrienne were always available if needed.
We had an amazing time, and will likely return if we can!

We had a great stay at Rich and Adrienne's play in Ocean Beach. The place is clean, bright and delightful. It's in a great neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, coffeeshops, stores, etc. To have a designated parking space was amazing and made the stay less hectic as we were coming and going to events all weekend. Rich and Adrienne were very attentive yet allowed for privacy at the same time. We highly recommend their place and would stay there again.

My family and I were so grateful for this home, the amenities, perfect location and communication. We loved the backyard space, perfect for my 2 year old to romp. The walk to the beach is literally twoish minutes and the home is walkable to lots of amazing food and shops! This home was the best and a rejuvenating getaway for me and my fam.

This property was perfect for my stay with my 2 dogs. The beach was a short walk away. It was quiet and felt safe. Loved having my own parking spot so I could come and go any time and not worry about parking. That is like hitting the jackpot in San Diego.

Short walk to dog beach, restaurants and shopping. Communication with owners was excellent. Parking spot for home was easy for us to park in, just had to watch for others cars in the alley driveway. We liked the enclosed outdoor space for grilling, our small dog able to run around and do his business. We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home,
