This was our third visit to this property. We so enjoy coming to Saint Helena and staying here. Sandra is a great host always getting right back if there are any problems. Not that there is any. The house is centrally located walking distance to downtown. Neighborhood is super quiet. As a guest we respected that as well. Great backyard for just sitting enjoying a bottle of wine or using the backyard cookout. Kitchen is well equipped, house is very clean. We visited five wineries and played three rounds of golf. Never traveled over half an hour.

Beautiful home with lots of amenities and close to downtown.
We really enjoyed staying at this home. The artwork was outstanding! The home was very welcoming and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable! One of the things we liked best was the outdoor space! It was beautifully landscaped and it had many seating areas. The hot tub was awesome! We were so close to downtown St. Helena, we walked there every day to get coffee and enjoy the wonderful cafes and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly to anyone visiting the area! Sandra was so kind and readily available!

Beautiful St. Helena Home
Our son recently was married at the Beringer Winery. My husband and another couple stayed at the Carrs’ beautiful cottage for 4 days. This is a well appointed home with great aesthetics— an eclectic art collection, lovely furnishings, up to the minute technology, and gorgeous outdoor living spaces. We enjoyed the outdoor patio areas and recently installed hot tub. Although we didn’t have time to use it, the back garden area also includes a gas fire pit.
Communication with our host, Sandra, was prompt and helpful.
The location was perfect for us as it is a short drive to the winery and shopping.
We had most meals out, but appreciated the well stocked kitchen.
If you are looking for a quiet, beautifully curated home, you will be delighted with this vacation rental.

Delightful
What a great home to stay in while visiting the Napa area! It was even better than in the pictures. Easy walking and driving distance to food and wine experiences. A magical backyard set up to hang out and enjoy time together or to just sit back and relax. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

St. Helena Getaway
The house and grounds were absolutely perfect. Extremely comfortable, quiet, private, and everything we needed to cook/grill some outstanding dinners after wine tasting at the many wineries. The house was perfectly located to allow walking to the downtown bakery, shops, and restaurants and short drives to some of the best wineries around. There’s no question we will stay here again the next time we come to Napa.

What a fabulous cottage!
We could not have been more pleased with this beautiful cottage. Both indoors and the back yard were comfortable and inviting. We spent our first night grilling steaks and then enjoying wine around the fire pit. And the location was so convenient to town. We will definitely return.

Fantastic
We stayed here for my daughter's wedding which was nearby. The home is welcoming and comfortable. It clearly feels like a home. It is easy to walk to St Helena. We loved our stay very much.

Fantastic long weekend
What a great house. Everything was just perfect. The kitchen is equipped with anything and everything and all the fresh herbs in the yard were really great to have as we love to cook. Such a great location for a wine tasting long weekend. Highly recommend this home

Perfect trip
We have stayed in Napa many times but my husband and I were overjoyed with this property. Close to everything and just so nice and peaceful. The owner was great to work with and the house was well appointed and very comfortable. We plan to come back soon !

Cottage Gem
I cannot rave enough about this property. 5 stars across the board! We enjoyed the short walk into town to visit the galleries, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The cottage is lovely and cozy. It has many personal touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen and cupboards are fully stocked and everything is well organized and spotless. Whoever cleans this home is exceptional! The outdoor patio is spacious and private. Finally, I can't thank the property management person who was so responsive to all of my messages. Excellent service. We would love to come back again soon!

Perfect, Again
This home is perfect. We were a party of four adults who stayed at Sandra and Jackson's home last year. We loved it so much that we booked it again within 6 months. We are booking it again for next year.
The home is immaculate and absolutely perfect for two couples. The kitchen is ideal for folks like us who love to cook. The appliances are all professional grade, with everything you might need to stay in for an evening or two. With terrific weather, we often started our wine happy hour on the front porch, moving to the beautiful back yard as the sun shifted. On the nights we stayed up late, we used the fire pit.
Communications with Sandra were easy and accurate. The internet and DirectTV easily met our needs, with Netflix when needed.
This unit is not appropriate for more than four adults, but is perfect for two couples. We will certainly be back.

Wonderful stay. Great house and location.
We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. The house is beautiful with all the amenities you would need and the backyard is a gorgeous retreat to relax in the morning or after a day of wine tasting. The front porch offers nice shade in the afternoon on a quiet street. St. Helena is a quieter and more quaint city than Napa to relax and the house is a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Highly recommend!

PERFECTION
This house is absolutely perfect for 2 couples!!!! We had a beautiful weekend! Home is in a great neighborhood with super friendly neighbors and Very close to town (approximately 1/2 mile). Everything was very clean and well stocked! We enjoyed the front porch sitting areas as well as the backyard areas! I can’t say enough great things about this home and will definitely be back!!!!

Come up for memorial weekend to relax and have some wine. This house was amazing for just that. Loved the outdoor space and location was awesome! Highly recommended.

Great house in great location in Napa Valley
We really enjoyed staying at the house. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. The highlight is the beautifully landscaped back yard and sitting areas. One evening we made pasta with a lemon butter sauce picking a lemon from the lemon tree and using herbs from the garden. Saint Helena is a quiet town and centrally located in the valley so a great location as a home base.

Wine Country Cottage
This property was the perfect house for our wine country get away! It was great location blocks away from shopping and restaurants in downtown St Helena. The house had a great backyard and fire pit that was great for enjoying coffee in the morning and wine at night. We ant wait to come back and stay here again!!!

Absolutely Perfect!
Our group of 4 consisted of two couples who love wine. From the original booking, to the necessary postponement of our August trip, to our perfect 7 days in October, Sandra was the perfect host. She was extremely flexible and answered every question we had.
The cottage was immaculate-the pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen was perfect for cooking in, with professional appliances, a fully stocked pantry, and even sharp knives. Sandra's artwork throughout the cottage added great color and personality. Even after 4-5 days we were still discovering pieces we had somehow missed.
The neighborhood proved to be quiet, safe, and perfectly located. We spent lots of time on the very comfortable front porch and even more time around the fire pit in the beautiful back yard.
This is a perfect getaway location for four people. We will be back for sure. Thanks, Sandra, for everything.

Better than Expected
this St. Helena Cottage sure did exceed our expectations. The property was extremely clean, cozy, comfortable (and super quiet) and the location was superb. The on-line photos do not do the property justice! The well appointment home and grounds were the perfect getaway for our trip to wine county. we will definitely be back next year!

5 days in Saint Helena
This place is just really pretty and located in one of the best areas of Saint Helena. The house is very clean, furnished with good taste, well equipped in the kitchen and in the dining/living room area, definitely comfortable and relaxing. The backyard is beautiful and even the front porch is cozy, with a beautiful olive tree at the side. I wish I could have seen the wisteria in bloom. We were able to take beautiful walks, around the neighborhood, surrounded by vineyards, olive and oak trees, but only early in the morning and late in the evening, because of the excruciating heat that exploded during our staying: two/three days with 106 degrees. But the air conditioning was very helpful and effective. It's a perfect place to experience social distancing during this delicate and dangerous time because there are very few people, almost nobody, in the streets. We surely would like to go back, whenever we can.

A wonderful house in a great location with a fantastic kitchen and outdoor space. Finding the key was a little tricky and that was it for issues. A great base for exploring wine country and we would definitely stay there again.

St. Helena Perfection!
If you are looking for a spot close to "the action" of St. Helena and the wineries, this is it. While it's close, it's SUPER quiet; we sat outside almost every night and barely heard a peep. But we were within 15 minutes of every major winery in the area. House was so wonderfully quaint and decorated nicely. Many of the paintings were a topic of conversation! Kitchen was gourmet to the hilt. The views from the front porch with morning coffee in the AM were incredible. Would stay here again and again!

Relaxing and peaceful stay
The house was charming in a quiet residential neighborhood. My wife and I really enjoyed the outdoor firepit nightly along with beautiful morning walks amongst the neighboring vineyards. We would return again.

Niece house for two couples in quiet neighborhood close to town
We rented this very well kept property for a long wine tasting weekend in Napa and Sonoma. Kitchen is *very* well equipped with pretty much any cooking utensil you could possibly need. The backyard has plenty of space and sitting options for two couples. Airconditioning is quiet and doesn't 'blow' cold air. We'll be back.
