The place was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean and just as advertised.

This is a great little condo right on the beach with everything you need! We have stayed here twice now and really enjoyed glasses of wine on the deck overlooking the ocean and the short walk to the North Topsai Market and Tiki Bar, which is a hoot on karaoke night! Close to the Seaview Pier and the North River inlet if you enjoy fishing!

This is the perfect retreat for two. There is no beach. Low tide was while we slept.

Comfortable setting with an outstanding view of the ocean. Within walking distance pf the North Topsail Tiki Bar where the locals go to cut loose and have fun. Good restaurants nearby and place to walk, collect shells and fish. We will be back.

My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. The best part of this rental is the view! The balcony is literally on the beach. Fran was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was very nice to communicate with.

First, Fran was the best condo owner I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with!! Fran treated me like family during this stay! I consider her a great friend now. The condo is immaculate!! All of the furniture, appliances, and location are top-notch. The view from the deck is AMAZING!! On top of it all, Fran even had fresh beautiful flowers waiting for us in the condo! I had mentioned to Fran that I was going to propose to my girlfriend during our stay and Fran added the perfect touch with the flowers for me. Overall, this is the perfect condo to stay in all of Topsail Beach if you are looking for a quiet and romantic vacation. I can't wait to bring my new wife back to stay here again next year!! We have stayed at this unit several times. The owner is easy to communicate with and the location is on the part of the island we prefer. This year the unit has been updated a lot and new furniture as well. We will be back!!

Beautiful views! Nice condo!

The property was great! It is in a great location with amazing views from the balcony, which overlooks the beach. Super quiet at night. It was an amazing vacation for me and my boyfriend. We didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, with amazing views, this is the place. :-) C&D

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is small but had everything you need. The little things made me happy, water filter, ice maker, night lights, remotes for the lights, the duel coffee maker big hit for me! The bed rattled but mattress was comfortable and slept well. You can not beat the beach view and access to the beach. I did not spend anytime cooking but there seemed to be everything you woud need. I was also a fan of the shower and it was nice having a washer and dryer. If you have trouble with steps or have a large crowd this wouldnt be the place for you... otherwise i think it was a great rental.

The condo was the absolute cutest, with the best view. I loved having my coffee on the balcony, watching the ocean, and listening to the waves.

We stayed again for another glorious week in this beautiful clean condo. Fran was fantastic she was upfront about the balcony removal and possible replacement during our stay. She did give us the opportunity to back out if we wanted. Which we were not going to. Look forward to another vacation next year in the same spot thanks Fran you are the best

Owner was honest in making us aware that balcony was being replaced by HOA. We were given the opportunity to back out from renting the property. We chose to continue with our plans. We had a wonderful experience and would rent this property again.

I have to start by saying the owner of this condo is the sweetest most pleasant person I have ever had the pleasure dealing with . She goes above and beyond in assuring your stay is a fabulous week, from the time of booking until your last day. I have booked this condo twice a year for two years now and will continue to come back year after year as long as I am able to climb 3 flights of steps! She has a new cleaning lady now who had the place so neat and clean, that is very important to me. I love topsail island and the abundance of sharks teeth I find on the beach here, and watching the dolphins pass by everyday. Thank you Fran for all you do to make it such a wonderful experience! Everything was what we expected other than needing to drive so far for evening meals

This condo is on the water front so you can hear the waves all day and night. Each building has a set of stairs to access the beach. A small patio is furnished with a nice table and chairs that provide an excellent location to enjoy refreshments with a view. Although there is no central air, a breeze keeps the unit comfortable and two wall units can remove moisture when humidity is oppressive during the hottest part of the day. Best suited for two adults. The sofa bed may be okay for children but can’t recommend it for adults. If you are sensitive to fragrance or odors, give this one a second thought as there are multiple Fabreze canisters to mask a strong mildew odor that is likely caused by venting a clothes dryer into a closet - the odor escapes when the cabinets under the kitchen sink open. Over all, there is much to enjoy in this very small unit.

This property was gorgeous inside and out loved the decor of the place. Well priced for our family to stay and enjoy there vacation.

So close to the ocean that my son had to talk himself into going out onto the balcony! Owner is awesome and very responsive.

The property is very nice. It’s clean & meant& everything works. It’s not like a 4 stAr hotel, but it’s very comfortable & has everything you need, kitchen & fridge, good seating, AC, nice bathroom, and that incomparable view from the nice deck w furniture. I would definitely re rent this property if I get days off work

We spent 5 days in paradise, Fran the owner was great, very responsive with any questions we had and provided answers fast.. For a clean freak that place was spotless, the view was wonderful. We will be back!!!! Thank you Fran

Beautiful location right on the beach. We loved it!

The second time we've stayed at this property. There have been a few updates, which were just fine. Everything was perfect, as we expected. The location is great, the space is just what we needed, and the amenities were great. We'll be back.

We loved the view from the patio, but the overall condition of the condo was very tired and needed updating. Overall we had a lovely time.

Considerably smaller condo property than others nearby = less people = quiet and peaceful. Just what I wanted!

Frances was a pleasure to deal with from the start! I LOVED the condo—the deck especially! It was clean, comfortable and in a relaxing location. I was a little worried about the beach being crowded because it was a condo complex, but it wasn’t AT ALL! I loved it!
