Staff are very friendly and nice

Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, big room (lucky), elevator. If you are hungry at the morning, go to “Ovgat Restaurant” and “Alico restaurant”. Your staying in this hotel will be better👍😅

Far from being a 4 star hotel. More like a guest house or motel. The pillows are old and hard as stone. We asked for a softer pillows, they replaced it, but it still turned out to be tough. The blankets are also old and all crumpled. The mattress is very uncomfortable. The wind blows very strongly from the windows and the balcony, the wind “howls and whistles”. The handle of the sink is torn off, but it works😅 the mirror is also broken in the corners. The toilet flush button is barely pressed, you need to make a lot of effort. The shelf in the bath is barely hanging. The sofa in the room needs to be dry cleaned. Weak light in the bath and in the room. Not even light bulbs in table lamps. Everyone smokes in their rooms, the hallway smells of cigarettes. The roommates are very noisy, they brought the girls to their place for the night and it was impossible to sleep because of the screams .... Maybe we just got unlucky with the room. There is NO breakfast. In the pictures everything looks beautiful, bright, fresh, but in real life it’s……🫣

- Rooms are big. - Very close to main bus station in Baku and also to a metro station. - Reasonable price. - Helpful staff.

- Bathroom is dirty. I didn't ask for cleaning every day but when i asked for it please clean it properly. It was disgusting. - Bed is not as comfortable and also i got bitten by something many times, like mosquito bite but way more painful. - TV doesn't have remote controller. It's pretty much useless. - Internet is not consistent. Get disconnected many times.
