This property is absolutely gorgeous! The owners do such an amazing job at keeping everything looking nice, new and functioning properly! The condo was equipped with everything we needed. There’s a Walmart less than a mile from the location which saved so much time in grabbing what we needed so we could spend more time doing what we wanted. The condo overlooks the pool with stunning views and the little shop that serves food as we’ll definitely came in handy on days we were too tired to go out or cook. There is a fitness center that has both weights and cardio equipment which made squeezing in that workout easy! I’m so happy we found this gem of a location and definitely plan on coming back! I have not a single negative thing to say…. From check in to check out was exactly what was communicated and the owners were very quick and thorough in responding! I really appreciate all of it!! We had such a great time!

Our family (kids ranging from 2 to 17) had a wonderful stay here. If you’re looking for a great pool view, this top-floor corner unit is it! The pool, splash pad, and water park were great, and we took a day off from Disney just to have a pool day. The splash pad and water park are only open until 6, though, while the pool itself is open until 10 pm, so plan accordingly. Everything in the condo was great, from linens to available kitchen items. Everything was clean and seemed allergen-friendly (no stinky laundry detergent used on linens, no air fresheners, etc), so that was great for a allergy-prone family member. The location to Disney is perfect—a couple days we came back for nap time then headed back in the evening for fireworks. 100% would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay, especially if you are doing Disney. About as close as you can get to the parks without being on sight. Place was clean and welcoming, great place to chill after a day at Disney. Pool are was awesome and the water slides are legit. Would definitely stay there again, thank you!

This was a pleasant condo to spend 4 nights in with 2 adults and 2 kids. The king bed was comfortable, and the kiddie rooms were well decorated. The view was great, and the amenities were also convenient and top notch. Last but not least, the owner was extremely accommodating and communicative. She went above and beyond and put up blackout curtains for the master bedroom following my inquiry. Amazing overall.

I really like the place, especially for the price. The pool was definitely as good as advertised. I really liked the TiVo when we were in the condo. You never know what kind of TV setup you’re walking into. Considering how cheap TV’s are, though, I think they should buy TV’s for the kids’ rooms. The Internet worked great. The check-process was easy. It’s definitely interesting. It’s like staying at a hotel. You have to check in at the front gate, every time you come back. The condo itself was clean. The living room was very comfortable. The beds are another matter, though. Those beds are oddly uncomfortable. I’ve slept on mattresses that you buy at a department store that are far more comfortable than that. Again, it’s really just odd. They’re very stiff but they just feel weird almost like there’s a layer of cardboard. But again, considering the cost, it’s definitely 5 stars.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Grandview condo at Windsor hills! Everything from the very beginning with communicating with Carolyn, to the very end. Everything was clean, there was plenty of room for our family of 6, and the pool and water slides did not disappoint the kids!! The drive to Disney was so easy too…the longest it took us to get to a park was 12 minutes. We never hit traffic and it was a straight shot. Such a perfect location if you are going to Disney! We will definitely be staying here again in the future and strongly recommend!

My family had a great time staying in this property. It is very close to all 4 Disney parks which made traveling back and fourth extremely easy. The property manager was very quick to help when we had an issue and it was nice to know that someone was available if we needed them. We only went down to the pool once as we pretty much stayed at Disney from sun up to sun down, but my kids had a great time playing in the pool and on the slides. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful communication from Carolyn the owner who was very pleasant. Property was nice and so was the staff. It was easy to find the location and to check in. No problems ordering food or finding our way around. The property had some nice amenities and also came with dishes and household products except laundry soap and hair shampoo. The only complaint I have was that through our whole stay every morning somewhere between 6-8 they were doing maintenance outside around the pool and grounds and they used a very loud machine. There was no way we could sleep in at all any day of our stay. Other then that it was amazing!

The owner of this property was incredibly responsive and provided clear directions for everything to make all processes easy! The location was wonderful for both Disney and Discovery Cove, and the condo was very clean and comfortable.

We had a great time during our stay ! The condo was very nice and clean and view was amazing. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony and our kids had the greatest time at the pool ! Loved the process they have set up... download all the forms. Stop by guard at gate give voucher get parking pass... Codes to door and wifi all on the papers. No fuss no muss . Very easy and straight forward. Condo perfect...kinda big furniture..but all workable....kids loved Micky room. The pool only goes to 4 ft deep, perfect for kids, and they let the kiddos into the hot tub to warm up if needed...only place I've stayed that does that... Water slides were a big hit... Great location...the Walmart there was slammed every time we went ...lots of dining. All in all a big thumbs up

The condo was great. Short drive to Disney. The view was amazing. First time in 11 years of using VRBO that this particular kitchen had everything I needed to prepare snacks and some meals. The couch was comfy. The beds were firm but I slept so well every night. I almost emailed the owners to ask them the brand. The communication with owners was a 10/10. Absolutely amazing resort style living. My family and I booked a last minute visit to the Orlando area and stumbled upon Carolyn's listing. She was an absolutely amazing host.. We will definitely stay again.. The resort offers so many family friendly amenities(basketsball court, waterpark/water slides ,kiddie playground, arcade and movie room) its near so many stores and restaurants including Walmart..

Condo was neat, clean and well decorated. Location was so easy to get to Magic Kingdom-12 Mins. The owner was super responsive and provided lots of extra info for our stay. Food was good at the snack bar. Pool was fun for the kids. Cant wait to come back!

Our next trip to Disney will definitely be back here. It was home away from home.

This condo was perfect for a week at Disney. I loved being able to have plenty of space, a kitchen, laundry room, a pool and was very close to the parks. I even got the checkout time wrong by an hour and everyone was still very nice and helpful while we ran around trying to pack everything up very quickly. The only things I’ll note in case you’re like me and take very a good nights sleep very seriously: the two rooms overlooking the pool mean loud noises outside (quiet time starts at 10 I believe?) and the pool lights never turn off, so the rooms will be very bright all night. Not necessarily a dealbreaker, but if you need total darkness to sleep, bring a sleep mask! Overall, it was great and I would definitely book with this seller again!

My husband and three girls rented this beautiful condo for 8 nights. The view and location to the pool is perfect. We loved sitting on the screened in porch in the evenings. The condo had everything we needed. This trip we were just here to enjoy the sunshine, but if we would have gone to Disney it would have been a quick ride. Thank you!

Our family( 2 adults and 15 year old) had a 8 night stay at the condo and it worked perfectly for us, plenty of room, 2 bathrooms( much needed with a 15 year old), proximity to pool area, the list goes on. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs and we were close to local dining and stores. We would recommend to our family and friends for future and how to return in the future

From the start, communication with the owners was excellent regarding questions and information about the property and surrounding attractions (Disney, shopping, food, etc). The condo and community was very clean and safe. It had all the amenities for adults and kids. The pool is huge with lots of lounge chairs and tables; we were able to get the property passes early to enjoy the heated pool prior to check-in. The condo itself was super clean and perfect for our family with everything we needed for our vacation. The kids bedrooms had really fun themes too! You can absolutely tell that the owners invested a lot to make this a perfect vacation spot. We loved it and will definitely be keeping this property in mind for the future. Thank you!
