This condo was very spacious, clean, and very convenient to all the amenities in the area. The owner was especially easy to communicate with. Great experience! Hope to go back . . .

Great location. Nice development

We have been going to Myrtle Beach for golf vacations multile times, and this place was as great as always. Location for golf is amazing, the condo was exactly as advertised, nice size rooms, well equiped kitchen, even the beach necessaries were at our disposal. Thank you May for being so responsive when an issue came up with the Wifi. We had a great time!

Convenient - good communication with owner - well appointed - good beds.

Good location. Owner very responsive. First place ever with adequate hangers. Plenty of plates and silverware. Right off the golf course and close to the pool and beach. Would return.

3 bedroom unit was roomy. Huge TV, 2 full bathrooms and a decent kitchen. The pool and hottub were super close to the unit. Easy drive to Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle. Just down the road to Calabash, where there is awesome choices for seafood or other restaurants and shops. The Calabash Creamery was delish! Very easy to park at unit with lots of extra parking spaces. Not crowded at all. We had the pool to ourselves on many occasions. Would stay here again. +++

We had a great time. The unit was just what we needed. Would recommend owner to others. Already looking forward to coming back to Sunset next year.

The stay was very quiet with a pool just two houses away We went to the pool every morning til about noon. Wasn’t real crowded. Very nice. The mattresses were heaven. We slept so good while we were there

The location of the property was perfect. Very quiet area with a nice golf course and clubhouse. The actual condo could use some updating but it was still quite comfortable.

The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. After breakfast we spent time at the beach as the weather was perfect. A friend of ours from Columbia, SC was able to get away and came to visit for two days. We went out to eat every night for dinner at our favorite places. The condo had everything that we needed and it was especially nice to be on the first floor.

Always a great stay at this condo. Clean with everything you need. The pool is within walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. We will definitely rent again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Good location, good space, unit needed updates. We fixed and cleaned multiple items. Towels and bath mats were stained. Bought new kitchen towels. Beds were comfortable, but King cover was stained. Headboard on Queen not attached. Stained sofa pillows. Air filters filthy, we changed. Patio filled with cob webs, too much furniture/dirty/old on patio.

We loved the ease of being on the 1st floor. The occupants upstairs were loud at times but manageable.

This has to be the best stay we have ever experienced. We definitely suggest this property. Everything was exactly the way it was described. Perfect vacation spot.

Our family had a great vacation and we enjoyed the condo, pools & tennis court. The new flooring is beautiful! The king size bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. We look forward to next year!

This place was awesome! We came for our graduation trip and it was an amazing time. The place was very clean and relaxing and the pools and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake. Great spot and we will definitely be staying again!

We loved our stay at this well appointed property. Beautiful location, clean condo, easy entry, fully stocked kitchen with what you would need. Just bring the groceries in! The no contact check-in process after a long drive was very easy. Location near beaches and towns was key. Hope to stay soon again!

Perfect for my family.

The condo was even better than expected. It was very clean and much bigger than the pictures suggested. It had everything we needed including a washer and dryer, bath towels, linens, soap, cookware, etc. The pool with the hottub was only 3 buildings down and was very clean also. The whole community was nice and if you play golf you will be in heaven. The proximity to the beach was about 10 minutes and Calabash was super close. We were both relieved and disappointed to not see any alligators like one of the previous guests posted about. :) We saw many turtles and a few cranes. The only con would be thst the king bed was extremely firm. If you like firm you won't have an issue but I would suggest a foam topper that could be removed or used depending on preference. I would definitely stay here again.

This was just what we needed! I have stayed in many of the condos at Sandpiper Bay through the years and this was by far the best. The sofas and chairs were nearly new, comfortable, and clean, although we always bring covers when we vacation (heavy linen painters’ drop cloths). The queen bed has a ‘pillow top’ and was SO comfortable! The king was firm enough for my husband. The pillows were clean and just the right balance of firm but soft. The quilted bed spreads were soft and pretty too! The decor was simple and not cluttered. There was plenty of room to spread my own things out. They had a great selection of current books. My fav was by Kristen Hannah and the husband read several popular mystery/history writers. The view from the window of the water and golf course was wonderful and we spent a lot of time reading by the window and on the screened porch. The husband played golf several times. Although the air conditioner was a bit loud (we are in the biz and are used to whisper air) it was surprisingly cool at 74 & 76. The kitchen equipment was clean and adequately stocked. Because of COVID we sheltered in place and cooked in the condo a lot. The neighborhood was very quiet so we got the R&R we needed with sometimes 3 trips a day to the beach, 5 minutes away. The property manager was great! What a nice person. We’ll be back!

Absolutely loved this condo! The owner communicated great with us. Check in and check out was extremely easy. The condo was clean and beautiful! It was so close to the pool and the back porch had a wonderful view of water and the golf course. I highly recommend staying here!!

There was 6 of us and this condo was perfect!!! We were not crammed, uncomfortable or disatisfied! We will use again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! We had almost everything we needed there to cook with multiple times. Rooms were spacious and the games provided were a nice bonus for the kids! Pool was super close by and we enjoyed that. Will definitely stay here again!
