We stayed here for a girls trip in March 2023. The location of the property was great. Easy access either by shuttle or walking to the private beach and also the pool. Super close to Rosemary Beach as well. The property was nice and had 4 bikes included as well. The rooms were nice size. Large kitchen and a great rooftop for hanging out with a grill. The only negative, which is just unavoidable right now, is the view off the rooftop was of construction. Hopefully that will end soon though. The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. She also was helpful with recommendations for beaches, restaurants and what we should pack versus what the house had to offer. Beautiful, large rental home perfect for family or friend vacations. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room in the house. Rosemary Beach is gorgeous and we’d definitely go again.

I would give this place 5 stars for everything minus the beds in the king rooms. The mattresses were awfully hard and tough to sleep on. We purchased memory foam toppers for the beds. Other than that the house was well equipped with all kitchen items, beach needs and bikes. Close to both Rosemary and Alyce Beach. The rooftop deck was a nice addition to be able to spend time eating outdoors. Lovely place

Everything about this property was perfect for our family. The owner has thought of everything which made our stay even better. We loved the upper porch and the property was close to everything!

The home is very clean and maintained. The beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and beach towels were extras that made our stay even more comfortable. We loved the rooftop deck! The only downside was that our vacation ended!! We love vacationing in this area, will definitely stay here again!!

The rental process was so nice, it could not have been easier.

The house was very nice and equipped with everything we needed. The 3rd floor covered patio is perfect for hanging and grilling. The kids bunk room is right next to it, so it’s easy to keep an eye on the kids. We were there for 4th of July and saw the best fireworks show (Alys Beach) from the deck and didn’t have to deal with any crowds! We caught the tram each day to the beach and pool which was a simple process, just had to wait a bit during peak times. It’s an easy bike ride to the shops in Seacrest and Rosemary and close enough to walk to Alys beach. I’d recommend this house to family and friends.

Sunset Jubilee is phenomenal. The home has all the perfect touches and necessities to make your stay comfortable, easy and perfect. There is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has everything thing and more that you would need to cook meals or snacks. Michelle is so easy to work with and you can tell she cares about the experience you have in her beautiful home. She checked on us through the week and would text us any info she felt we needed while there. I’m so thankful we found this home and hope to stay in it again! (There are bikes, a beach buggy, beach chairs, and beach towels there for you to use.)

Wonderful upper deck. Cooked most meals up there and spent evenings playing cards. Loved having the 4 bikes and beach chairs etc provided.

Two parents, five adult children, four grandkids and two boyfriends together from all over the country. Wonderful time in a lovely home and great neighborhood!

Eight guys came down from Atlanta for four days of golf, sun and beach and had an awesome time at this property. Great accommodations and especially enjoyed the 3rd level covered patio with grill, tv and view. Fully recommend staying here!

Girls week away in a fabulous home. The rooms and bathrooms were nice sizes and plenty of room to unpack and feel right at home. Nice having TV's in every bedroom to retreat at night and relax.

The house was cute & in a good location with all you could need walkable! Great size for our two families with multiple kids. We did buy a baby gate from a store close by as it was a must-do for that house with toddlers. They had plenty of beach chairs & beach towels, plus a few beach toys, as well as 4 adult bikes which was convenient. A couple of improvements we would suggest for them would be… 1. to hire a better cleaning crew. While it was by no means filthy when we arrived, it was not the cleanest vacation home we have been to. Also the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that we had to wash upon arrival. And it was obvious the cleaning crew just topped up all the hand soaps with water, coz the hand soaps were all incredibly watered down. And suggestion 2 would be to have a few more newer amenities. While it was nice to have a pull wagon for our two toddlers- it was clearly very old with rust everywhere. Also the boogie boards were broken or falling apart. However, even with these couple of things, it did not by any means take away from how great a trip it was for us, so we were thankful to be able to stay at this vacation rental.

The property was amazing, everything was clean and well cared for. Any minor issues we ran into were handled right away. We really liked the location of the house, as it was tucked away a bit and not busy like the main road right by the pool. A short walk or bike ride to pretty much any thing in the area.

What a fantastic property!!!! We had two families stay with young kids and teens. It was a family friendly house and the upper deck was perfect for grilling and a shrimp boil. We had no problems with the house. It’s a short walk to the beach or to the shops. The beds were comfy and the house was spotless. The property provided detailed info about the house to make it effortless. We’re already thinking of booking another trip. Thanks for the perfect spot!

Great for kids, adults & anyone in between...the rooftop deck was an ideal spot for a rainy afternoon with a good book.

This was our favorite home we have stayed at in the Seacrest Community! Very well appointed. Beautiful!!! Everything felt like home. The homeowners were wonderful to work with! Only two things to know...it's a tight fit with parking there...the road not the driveway, so be aware if it's multiple families with large vehicles. Master beds are super firm and squeaky so a white noise maker and mattress pad would be helpful. Everything else was literally perfect!!!! I would stay there again in the future and we have not found a home that makes us want to do that. Highly recommend this property!

Great location! Charming house, everything you need during a beach vacation!!! The beach wagon and chairs were a life saver! Great to have bikes available. Details down to nightlights are always helpful to make you feel at home. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

The balcony and outdoor kitchen and living space was outstanding. It provided a beautiful view for fireworks and was greatly enjoyed.

First, the owner is VERY responsive and on top of any issues that might arise. She clearly loves this property. I’d say it’s a great house that is starting to need a few repairs due to Florida weather-especially the roof top. PROS-Great location, walkable to Alys/Rosemary restaurants/shopping. Beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for 6 adults, 6 kids and we loved having the rooftop as a place to hang out. The Pool is amazing… CONS-some indoor repairs needed and the rooftop seating/lighting/fan are rusting and need to be replaced. The POOL here is enormous but even with wristbands, it is SO crowded you can’t even get a chair(and there are hundreds of chairs). The BEACH is a major issue for this entire neighborhood (not blaming the owner for this but wish I’d known before we rented in this area)-the chair companies have basically taken over this “private” beach. For $65 PER DAY you can get 2 chairs & 1 umbrella that could be front row on the water OR you could be 8 rows back(can’t see the water at all). And you cannot put your own chairs in front of the “paid” chair area-cones designate the paid area. There is a tiny space where you’re allowed to bring your own chairs/umbrella. Picture a space the size of HALF a football field where thousands of people are trying to cram in. There is literally zero space on this beach(unless you go after 4:30pm-it’s fantastic). We were very disappointed in the beach situation and unfortunately overheard several conversations from others who said they will never stay in the Seacrest area again for the same reason. Also, it’s 1/2 mile to the beach but don’t bother walking a wagon with all your stuff to make your life easier. Once you get to security, they’ll make you “Pick your wagon up and carry it between the palm trees(appx 150 yards). Then you can put it back down and roll it.” (insert eye roll). Bring your strength and your patience! Great location but we will go back to staying on the Blue Mountain/Santa Rosa side of 30A simply because of the crowds, lack of beach, and crazy rules in this area. I hope they make some changes on this end of 30a.

Super owner/renter communication. House exactly as listed. Well stocked kitchen and beach supplies. Would 100% recommend to others. Absolutely no issues. Shuttle to and from beach is excellent.

We had a wonderful time at Sunset Jubilee! The home is beautiful and in a wonderful location. Walking distance to so much. The tram to the beach and back was so appreciated! They even had beach chairs, a umbrella, wagon and towels we were able to use! The two king sized beds are pretty hard, my pregnant self struggled to get comfy but our other family said their beds were comfortable. My only warning about the rental has nothing to do with the property but the beach itself. It is about 90% occupied by a chair rental company that charges $65/day with a minimum of 6 day rental for two chairs and one umbrella-then there is a tiny spot for everyone else. You have to be willing to get up and go secure your beach spot early otherwise you will be in the back with no views.

Our family had a lovely holiday on 30A. The home was well designed and set up for a family group. Hope to return soon!

This house was perfect for spending quality time together while still enjoying our own space. It was a truly relaxing experience. We played cards on the covered rooftop while we waited for the rain to pass through and also enjoyed a day at the beach, family meal times, an excursion to the pool and a nice stroll down to the Rosemary farmers market on Sunday morning. This house and location checked off all our boxes and I highly recommend staying at Sunset Jubilee. Thanks Michelle!

The perfect location and set up for our spring break trip with family and friends. We had a large group with two couples and lots of teenagers the set up of the condo was perfect because the girls stayed on the third floor the parents were on the second floor and the boys were on the bottom floor. Everyone spent a lot of time on the top deck. The location was walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. The tram was super convenient and always available to take us to the beach. Would definitely stay at this location again. The owner was super communicative the living room and kitchen area were spacious for us all to hang out eat and play games I only went to the pool one day when it was windy and the pool is huge and fabulous wish we had spent more time there but we had such pretty days we spent them on the beach. I highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Sunset Jubilee. The house is in a great location within walking distance to Rosemary and Alys. We enjoyed everything from grilling out on the upper deck and watching the sunset to listening to the live music at Peddlers Pavilion. We will definitely be back!

The pictures say 1,000 words so this will be brief. The cleanliness of the property matches the photos. The location of the property is a half block walk to a Seacrest Beach shuttle stop, which makes accessing the beach hassle free. If you prefer to walk, to the beach was about 10 minutes, but I can’t say I timed this, as we were on vacation. Additionally, a walk to Rosemary & Ally’s Beach is easy to accomplish. The rooftop deck was a hit for the kids and the adults after a long day. The overall experience makes Sunset Jubilee a great spot to experience 30A.

The property is everything the description says it is and more! The owner has made the house feel like you are staying with family. It’s well equipped and comfortable.

Sunset Jubilee was the perfect home for our family vacation. This home is well taken care of and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the large dining table was able to fit my family all around it for family dinners and for playing games. Our favorite place to spend time was the Upper Deck where we were able to watch some beautiful sunsets, grill out or do a shrimp boil. Having the tram pick you up and take you to the beach is a bonus. Sunset Jubilee is in a great location where you could easily walk to Seacrest for ice cream, Rosemary Beach for a cocktail and Alys Beach for our morning donut pick up from the donut truck. The owners did a great job communicating and were always very responsive. We will be back again soon!
