This studio is a wonderful place to stay for your visit to Nelson, NZ. The view is dramatic and your hosts are very friendly. Expect a large comfortable bed and a spotless studio. Very highly recommended.

The property was lovely! Well maintained, easily accessible, perfectly located to visit any number of beautiful areas. Our hostess was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to reach with questions. The studio was immaculate. Would highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay in Nelson in this quiet neighborhood with a great view of the bay. Carolyn and Alan were gracious, accommodating hosts. We loved sitting out on the deck enjoying the view. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Nelson,

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for our 3 nights in Nelson. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and so tastefully decorated, and had so many nice touches. Carolyn was an amazing hostess and nothing was too much trouble. The view from the deck was amazing and we enjoyed eating several meals overlooking the sea. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

This was a lovely place to stay nice and quiet. The bed was super comfy and nice and close to my sons place. I would recommend it for the view alone!

Beautiful little appointment, the hosts were really welcoming, friendly and went to extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.
I shouldn't really write all of the lovely things about our stay, as next time it may make it harder to find availability for ourselves to stay again.

Lovely studio on the ground floor, no stairs and plenty of privacy. Comfy bed, nice shower and a beautiful hill side view. No cooktop, but I didn't plan on cooking meals while in Nelson. It was so nice to have tea out on the patio, with birdsong and the flora. My hosts were very welcoming.

This was perfect for us, busy during the day checking out the sites of Nelson and the Abel Tasman National Park and beautiful Golden Bay. Was nice to come back at the end of a day and relax in the comfort of everything that was provided to us. Fantastic view and great weather. Thanks so much for having us.

My wife and I loved staying at Carolyn's place. The view is wonderful and the drive to downtown is easy! The place was spotless and Carolyn was an amazing host! We will try and stay again if we ever visit Nelson!

A very comfortable and well-equipped space in a lovely location just outside Nelson. Carolyn is a generous, genial host. The only drawback: the kitchenette is not equipped with a sink so you must use the bathroom sink for some food prep and cleanup.

The apartment was cute, quiet, and comfortable. There's a big walk-in pantry with two luggage racks and plenty of room for our stuff. I loved that it had a desk so I could get some work done, the heated mattress pad was very welcome, and the breakfast fare provided gave a nice variety to choose from.

This property met my expectations. It was in a quiet elevated area with a wonderful view. Beautiful Winter sunset from the little deck. The place was warm, well equipped with a super bed. The hosts kindly provided milk, tea and breakfast essentials for me. Highly recommended.
