Very clean, comfortable getaway spot for four friends exploring wine country!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excited to have found a new place to stay in Healdsburg! I’m sometimes a bit nervous about VRBO’s but this one fit the bill very well. It was extremely clean (always a “must” for me), comfortable beds and linens, lots of extra thoughtful details (living room throw blankets, a bag of ice in the freezer, etc.), with a backyard setting that cannot be beat. The property management company responded quickly when one member of our party felt the hot tub filter noise was a bit too loud outside her bedroom window. The only “negative” I’d say was the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable, but that won’t prevent us from staying here again. Will definitely come back, especially to spend more time relaxing in the backyard overlooking the vines and at the tasting room next door.

We felt that the sofa bed needed to be replaced and that the inside should be repainted. The house needed some tender care but overall we liked the house.

The house served a purpose for a wedding we were attending. The house needs a little TLC. We were a party of 6 adults. No seating available For us except a small couch and 2 bucket chairs in the living room. The only other seating was the table in the dinning room. The guest bathroom shower was covered with mold. The windows in both bathrooms and bedrooms were covered with bird droppings, cobwebs and dirt. There was a tractor running from 1: 00am to 3:30am in the vineyard the night before the wedding. Overall we were not impressed.

Great location; perfectly spacious for our long weekend away for a senior mother and 2 adult daughters. Enjoyed Dry Creek wineries and easy access to town restaurants and galleries.

When I arrived I was concerned the tasting room was so close that activity and noise may be intrusive, but that was not the case at all! I would definitely recommend this home for vacation in Healdsburg!

It's a great location about a mile from downtown Healdsburg, the kitchen is well-equipped, and we loved walking through the vineyards and soaking in the hot tub.
