We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It was clean and had plenty of amenities. The two fridges and ice machine were an added plus. Would definitely book here again.

Perfect house.Kitchen well supplied for cooking for our large family. Comfortable living room. Beds comfortable. Loved the chairs on the covered porch.so close to the water. Would love to come back next summer.

Comfortable, roomy, and so convenient to the beach. Was our first family beach trip with our 10 month old grandson, and all went well. Was a perfect layout for three couples, the baby, and one single adult. The crib mattress was a bit too soft and squishy for our little one, so we used our own pack n play we brought with us, but there was plenty of room for set up. No one was staying in the 2nd duplex for most of the week, so we were spoiled with having the whole deck and pool to ourselves. We were able to leave our canopy frames set up on the beach all week, and just removed to covers at night. Communication with the owner & management was easy with quick responses. Overall a great week in a beautiful location!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sunrise duplex. Steps away from the Gulf waters and white sand. The shared pool was mostly utilized by the other guests in the other half of the duplex, but that was fine with our group. The property was exceptionally clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. Would definitely recommend this property if looking for quiet secluded beach time.

A wonderful week with family! The beach was so nice. The pool is smaller, but perfect for the kids once we came back to the house! We had an issue with the house sewer when we checked in, but the property manager took care of it in a very timely manner. We would recommend this property!

This property is a perfect place for a family vacation. Everyone in our family had a wonderful time. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. The location is perfect; the home is spacious; the decks all have a lovely view. Everything that anyone could ask in a vacation location.

The location is absolutely perfect! It’s footsteps from the water and so private! Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but a short drive for town adventures! The house was stocked with anything you could need! The three masters were awesome! The house was clean and so comfortable! We had 13 people ages 1-65 and we had plenty of room. The pool was great for the littles and the balcony was so peaceful! We loved drinking our coffee out there! Perfect beach house! We will be back!!

This is our 2nd year here and it was as wonderful as last year! It is set up perfect for a large family group. We had (5 adults and a 2 and 4 year old). We LOVE the screened in porch and the kids love the pool. We love walking off the back deck and onto the beach. Perfect for early morning and evening walks!

First off, communication with the homeowner was great.
-Beach access was beyond convenient and gorgeous
-House is huge and had a ton of space
-Tons of beach toys and chairs were fantastic
Beach is quiet and sparsely populated
Very close to historic Fort Morgan, which we explored and the kids loved it. Close to ferry, close to small shops for necessities, and close to a few restaurants. The food at sassy bass was fantastic.
We would come back to the house as it was more than spacious for our family group and had a lot of extra things that made it a really great vacation. Thanks for sharing your home.

Overall, it was a wonderful place to spend a week in a beautiful location. The house was beautiful and comfortable with every accommodation needed. The only disappointment was the cleanliness when we arrived. We had to clean before we could unpack due to food, handprints, and smudges on many surfaces from previous guests. It was not an owner issue,, but a sub standard cleaning crew. After we cleaned and fixed a few small things, it was an amazing stay! We made many great memories ♥️

The property is showing its age. Pictures made the pool look alot bigger than it was. A Lot of sand clean up is needed which would help with sand being drug into the House. No handles on outside showers, Pliers were having to be used. Shower curtains in the bath rooms needed replaced, torn and moldie. A little over priced for the quality.

This is our favorite place to stay so far. We've went to G.S. for the last 7 yrs. The house was big enough for our large extended family, was well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed and in a quiet area. The beach was great, not a lot of people there. Our entire family loved it. We hope to return to this house again!

Renter beware
I rented this house because I thought it had it all. Nice house, beautiful beach and pool to swim in on days you can't get into the ocean. The house and beach lived up to expectations. The pool was terrible. I have seen hot tubs the size of this pool and we had to share it with the neighboring house. There were four days that the red flags were out because of dangerous rip tides. The house next to us were having a ball swimming and playing in their pool while we watched from our hot tub without heat or jets. I would have been fine with this house if I hadnt expect a pool at all, but the way the picture of the pool was taken I expected so much more than what we got. Very disappointing to say the least.

Wonderful!
As a family of 10, it’s hard to find a place that meets everyone expectations but this house was perfect!! It was all the little extras that made it so great like laundry baskets, 2 drawers of utensils, every pot and pan you ever need, a closet full of floats for the kids, the crib, the high chair, everything! We have already booked our trip for next year so that we don’t miss out!! Thank you to the owners for such a wonderful house to make our family memories in!

Had a wonderful stay. House roomy. Internet great! Spotty cell service was only problem. Beach access easy. Pool small when shared with other side. But was convenient and nice. We have been going to the area for a family vacation for 7 years now. This was voted the best location yet by everyone.

The house itself was great and very accommodating. Plenty of room for everyone. It is a duplex and our neighbors had kids that used the pool a majority of the time so we were not able to use it. The pool is a little smaller than we expected. But the house and location are great.

This is a duplex!
We had a great time although we were surprised to find out the night before we checked in that the house is a duplex and we had neighbors in the other half of the house. It doesn’t really reveal that in the listing until you see the hashtag at the very bottom. The pictures of the pool are a little deceiving because the pool is located directly next to the screened in porch and is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. We shared the pool with a family that had 6 young kids. Our neighbors were very respectful, due to the fact that we were all adults, and offered to get the kids out if we wanted to use it. The bedrooms are just as described and the house is very spacious.

Beautiful & Relaxing
We had a great time! I have a big family and it fit all of our needs. We only left the place twice, otherwise the kids just wanted to be on the beach. All the rooms were nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. Great place to stay !

If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the pool is a lot smaller than it looks and gets quite crowded when you and the attached duplex have littles using it but we weren’t there for the pool with that big beautiful beach spread out before you! Home gorgeous and kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. Loved that home was so close to the water so we didn't have to carry coolers to the beach. We loved every minute.

Nice property in wonderful location
The east side of this duplex was a good size for our group of 6. It is far enough away that the beach was not crowded which was our goal. We did hear the people staying on the other side late one night when they were in the small pool on the shared deck. The pool is very small but that was not an issue for us as we didn’t plan on using it. There are plenty of dishes and cookware for large groups. Bring coffee, hand soap, salt and pepper, paper towels, and toilet paper in addition to your regular toiletries. Great relaxing get away!
