First of all everyone of the staff welcomed us so nicely! Without asking they decided to upgrade our room to the suite! Even tho the check in was supposed to be at 15:00 pm they insisted that we go and eat breakfast because we came early and they gave us our room a lot earlier then they were supposed to. Everyone was super nice! Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, nice and warm staff, great breakfast with a lot of options. We had the BEST time!

The pool, the food, the room, the attention I have got for my birth day. The cake, the wine...Tnx. And especially Efthimios he was very kind and helpful.

That people putting tawls at 7 am at the pool, so if you come at 08:00 am, you don't have a place to sit.

We got a very warm welcome when we arrived 😊 And it was a pleasure to have fresh towels and linens every day, without special policy for them.

A lot of things distracted us from relaxing... I will list some of them. Dining. To my mind, the good service is with a minimum of fuss. It was not the case in the restaurant. We did not like that drinks were not included in buffet, every time we had to order them separately from food, free for breakfast and paid for dinner. I cannot remember something fantastically delicious offered in the restaurant. Maybe, chocolate mousse, it was good. As for the room. The bathroom was not convenient to use: water leaked out of shower door and the towel rack was far from it. We like to drink tea and found some tea bags in the room, but no kettle there. And there was no drying rack. Sunbathing on the beach. The loungers were always busy, so we paid for a place for two for 10 euros in the hotel nearby. We were not disappointed with that, as we liked their sunbeds more. But, our hotel could arrange this as they do not have space enough for all guests. Environment. The hotel looked intriguing and impressive on the photos, unfortunately, not that in reality.

I loved the room (was upgraded) ! The stuff was so nice and helped with every question I had. The food was also very vary good. The location is perfect, on the beach but also in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. For me everything was really perfect....

The lobby is like a foto Studio. The interior is modern and stylish. The size of the room is a pré!

The opening time of the steam room and sauna. Opening from 11:00-14:00, those are the hours people are most active. The quality of the wine served with the all inclusive package is terrible!

The hotel is very beautiful and beautifully designed. It has 2 pools, one infinity and one regular with a descent of stairs. There is a beach adjacent to the hotel which makes your vacation much more enjoyable. The hotel staff is family and makes you feel the best in the world. The hotel is accessible to the disabled with a chair. wheels and there is nothing to worry about, the breakfast is wonderful and the location of the hotel is excellent on both sides there is a promenade with restaurants shops and car rentals I highly recommend this wonderful hotel
