Great place. Definitely set up for a good time. The convenience of the keys. Property manager is great to communicate with. Good time. Will most likely stay again here if possible.

Great location! Very nice home ..At the end of our day we all enjoyed bbq’ing relaxing on the patio watching boaters going by. Friendly neighbors definitely will be staying here again Thank you for sharing your home with us. :))

Overall this place is awesome. The ac cranks and cools super fast. Ice maker at the bar is awesome for cooler re loads. Master bed is comfy as well a the other beds in the kids rooms. Great place and owner is responsive if you have a question or need help.

First trip of the season and the Moovalya Keys never disappoint. House was accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Super easy check in and check out. Would stay here again.

Just like all other comments, it is very dirty. There was trash and dead bugs under the couches, under the vanities and under the beds. Cabinets were all very dirty, some of the dishes were dirty and unusable. Floors were disgusting and feet turned black after walking on them. There was nothing to clean dishes or wipe the countertops down, no hand soap, 1/4 of a small bottle of dish detergent and 1 toilet roll in each bathroom. Dock needs some work. Dishwasher was broken. After our stay we messaged the host about our issues but he never responded. Other than that, the location was great.

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this property. Beautiful house, excellent location, the owner was attentive to our needs. I would definitely come back to stay again.

The property was wonderful as was Neil's efforts. Right off the river in a channel, we were able to have our 22' pontoon boat and 2 jet skis right in front of the house, There was additional parking for our boat trailer and a public ramp within a mile of the house that accommodated our larger boat. All in all, our 5 days at the house gave us 9 days in total on the water, with no issues to report.

We thoroughly enjoyed renting this home! The home was very clean, the dock was great to hold our toys, and the bedrooms were great size!

Great experience. The ice maker came in clutch. Nice grill set up facing the water so you can enjoy the scenery while you cook. Garage size was great. I will definitely try to stay here again.

This house blew us all away with how amazing it was. Looking at the pictures doesn’t even do the justice it deserves! Only ran into a minor situation and it was solved within minutes of calling the owner. Will absolutely be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a piece of paradise. It was calm and friendly outside with passing boats and all of us enjoyed the pool table while inside. Thanks again!

The checkin process was easy and communication with owner was easy. But inside the house it was not very clean. We had to clean the dishes in order to actually use them. The inconvenience of having to trade out the propane tank at Circle K should not have to happen. If they would just make sure the tanks are full before the renters arrive to avoid us having to pay and then be refunded. The oven was dirty and the coffee pot didn’t work. The outside table and chairs had dirt and spider cobwebs all over them. There were weeds as tall as me on the side of the house. The dock is falling apart and actually scratched our boat. Then after checkout the owner had the nerve to charge $25 for dirty dishes when we had to actually wash them ourselves to use them. No where on the checkout check list was there anything about cleaning dishes or putting them in the dishwasher, but we were charged anyway. We will not be staying at this place ever again!!!

We love staying here right on the water, room for our boat trailer, and the house is very clean!

The property is in a nice location and is on the most part clean. The only thing dirty was oven and bbq. I was disappointed in the fact it said there was a dog run. Which there is not. There is no fencing keeping your dogs from jumping into the water only from getting on the street as long as their not small and it is all cement so no area for them to go to the bathroom. There is a dog area at the end of the street you can walk to. If you dont mind going several times a day

Great location

This house was even better than we anticipated, it’s very very spacious. You walk in and the living room feels huge. Neighbors were friendly and overall had 0 issues. Would 100/10 stay again.

It was a great vacation home. When we weren’t out enjoying the river, the pool table kept everyone entertained. I had actually rented two homes for our stay, the other home is where we housed our adult kids with babies. This home was perfect for our adult kids with teens. The grandkids suddenly become pool pros!

The property is definitely large and has a good layout to host your entire family and friends. The pingpong table and pool table were big hits as was the massive bar, that everyone took turns playing bartender. The location is amazing and we were able to tie our boat and skis directly to the private dock. Will definitely come back again and try the places the owners suggested in the house binder!

The location of the home is great, the Keys are our favorite part of Parker. The house itself was a good size for our party, but it was not as clean as I was expecting given the price and that we're in a Pandemic. Not sure if the owner is even aware (if he has someone coming to the home) as there are certain parts that you can tell NEVER get cleaned. Given the price to rent them home, this was a big disappointment. The manager of the Keys is in the home directly across the water in the back yard. She and her husband were not shy to inform us they hate renters; they watched us throughout our stay and took pictures and sent them to the owner to tell on us. We would have definitely been returning customers to this house, if it were not for them. We didn't like being watched all week (we stayed Monday-Saturday). The owner of the house was very nice and easy to communicate with, until I needed him. He contacted me to send him pictures of the shower and pool table, as they just had work done on them the morning we checked in. He was not responsive when I sent him texts asking questions about different things around the house. He was very pleasant, however, when we did speak.
