Enjoyed our stay with our pets. Walk to Lake Erie close by. Johnson Estate Winery close by.

We walked to the beach (like .3 mi) every day along with breakfast at the local diner. The location was peaceful and quiet, with the exception of one night we could've swore we heard coyotes howling. Couldn't confirm it...just sounded like them. The bed was so comfortable. I slept great each night. The only recommendation I have is an outside light. There may have been one and we couldn't find the switch. Since we had the dog, we definitely went out with him after dark and a cell phone only provides so much light. One other thing, especially for fellow pet owners...this property allows pets and those of us that travel with our pals appreciate it so much. So, if you bring your pet, clean up after it. A previous visitor did not (or maybe it was the coyote ;o)

This is a beautiful spot! We came to the area on a fishing trip and it was very nice. Love the decor and we were able to cook meals as kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed a day at the beach by the marina which is a quick drive for a sandy area. The only downside-the accommodations should be listed for 2 people...the hideaway couch is not suitable for an adult. Otherwise, we liked it a lot!

Clean space with a convenient location on Lake Erie. Great place to unwind.

Nice place in quiet neighorhood. Bet should not be listed under private residence as there are long term tenents in upstairs. So really not private. Fire pit is between house and road would be nicer in back yard. Bet over all good for long weekend getaway.

The cabin was great. Just a short walk to lake Erie. The dogs loved the peaceful area. Lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a relaxing time.

The location of the property was great close to the lake and stores. Wish the fire pit was on the side or out back. Felt like we were intriguing on the neighbors. Quite neighbor hood, nice get away.

The location was quiet and close to the lake and allowed our dog which was great. Full kitchen with decent cookware, bowls etc. Only 1/2 roll of TP was left, 1 trash bag and minimal dish soap. We went and bought all 3. We didnt find the path to the creek which was supposedly marked. Grass was high in the back (which we were warned about) so we didnt venture in it. Definitely need new LR furniture. Large step up into the shower which was awkward getting out of with bad knees. We weren't at the house much, but when we were, it was adequate. Good tv reception and decent wi fi.

Interior is fresh. Short walk on a trail to a fishing stream. Main entrance is shared by upstairs and downstairs guests. Landlord says only he uses the upstairs from time to time. Heating isn't the best. Thermostat is difficult to figure out. Shower could use a bit of work. Overall it was enjoyable.

We were locked out at check in time. We stopped and got take out and it was cd by the time we got ahold of owner to let us in. Attractive looking apartment. Only heat is from a ceramic heater. So, cold bedroom, freezing bathroom. Bathroom window was left open. But still very cold after we closed the window. Toilet does not flush correctly. Advertised: 1. fold out couch, very worn, absolutely could not be used as a bed. 2. Washer and dryer. When we went to use them there was the last renters sheets and blanket, unwashed, in the washer. We liked the location and probably would stay again but not in november.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Quiet little town. The lake was within walking distance and also if you want to see Niagra Falls its only and hour and half away. Everything was clean and supplies was plentiful..

We had a great time and the house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had a great yard for our pup. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location. The listing advertises the property as the entire home, this is false. You are booking the downstairs apartment of a free standing home. We would not have even considered this property if we had known about this. Once entering the main sturdy door, that leads to a shared area if someone else was staying upstairs, the downstairs apartments door is a simple bedroom door that I would not feel safe staying in if there was another party staying upstairs. Thankfully the upstairs was vacant for our stay, still VERY MISLEADING. You have a decent size bed that will sleep 2 adults, but you can not fit an adult to sleep comfortably of the couch (which is old, uncomfortable, and needs replaced), or the sofa bed that was not long enough to have an adult sleep on. The toilet was had trouble flushing. The Kitchen was well stocked but the dishes were not cleaned throughly (food resedue stuck to them); we had to buy a clean sponge and clean them. The WiFi was hit or miss. The AC window unit worked well if on the highest setting. It is a short walk to the beach by the lake, this was the best part of the vacation. Dog friendly property was a plus.

The cabin and property were perfect for our family reunion while we celebrated my mother's life and our childhoods. Two of us stayed at the cabin with others scattered around. The proximity to Chautauqua Gorge and Lake Erie let us reminisce about growing up there and how lucky we were. Beautiful sunsets, great kayaking, interesting walks and beach fires with family and friends were fantastic!

Conveniently located within walking distance to Lake Erie. We were able to take many day trips from this location. Cute cottage but would recommend updated (and more comfortable) furniture in the living room. The bedroom is also awkward with the bed pushed up against the wall. I was also not aware there would be a tenant upstairs but they were quiet. Overall, great location for what we had planned and the 4-legged kids were happy they were able to come along too!

We read all of the reviews and looked at all of the photos. Was not what we were lead to believe. Pictures looked nicer. It was adequate. We were not told that someone was staying upstairs which quickly got our dogs attention. Love the area though.

We were looking for place that took dogs and was peaceful! Great location! Walked to the gorge and lake multiple times a day. Still under covid restrictions. So limited restaurants, but ... ate at Brazilles!!! Wonderful service , cocktails and food!

Kyle was a great host, very responsive to questions and accommodating. The cabin was simple, but fit our needs for a quiet get-away. Our dog loved the trails out back and access to the river. Thanks!

Property was great, location to make Erie a plus

This place was pretty perfect. Close to everything and a very comfortable few days. I recommend this relaxing little cottage to anyone.

Everything about Luke's was perfect. Easy access, quite location, located close to number of quality restaurants Lake Erie and Lake Chautuaqua.

This property was spotless and cozy. While not on the lake, it is just a few minutes' walk to the beach and the harbor, making it easy to get to both the lake and local eateries without having to use the car. The owner also left helpful maps and information, as well as being very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely come again.

The house and property are perfect for hanging out with family. Clean and comfortable, and great location. We'd come back again.

This is the second time I stayed at this location and both times were perfect. Very easy access and very well kept home.

We had a great stay. The place was the right size for our family of 4, was very clean, well cared for and nicely decorated. We enjoy a little getaway to Panama Rock city, the lake and creek on the property. It was just what we needed. Thanks.
