We really loved the condo and its location. The beach walk was gorgeous and the beach was too. It was great to have the washer and dryer in the garage and we made great use of the beach wagon to haul our stuff to the beach. The only negative thing I can say is that the pool was not heated which made it impossible to swim in and having two kids with us, that was a great disappointment.

Great experience and amazing customer service, once we were handed off from booking (VRBO) to accommodation. The place was very well stocked and anything missing was delivered right away. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. Only reason for 4 stars is the issue I had with VRBO. The price was listed in Canadian but I ended up being charged that amount in USD, so the booking was almost $500 more than I was expecting. VRBO completely botched the issue and refused to refund the difference, after initially telling me they would. Will book with other services next time.

The neighborhood that the villa is in was quite run down and needs updating badly. The villas themselves are nice. We were told there had been roof work but that it should be wrapped up and not an issue for us. When we arrived there was a giant dumpster in the drive way, so we were not able to park there and active work on the roof went on almost the entire time we were there. Wasn’t exactly peaceful. Also water spots on the ceiling inside in the living room which was an eyesore. Mildew spots on the grout in the showers. Just a lack of attention to a few things. Overall it was ok.

Had a wonderful stay for the first 3rd of our winter escape from Maine. The location (easy access to a fabulous beach, close proximity to historic St. Augustine and numerous activities, restaurants, live music, etc. was just what we were looking for. The unit was as advertised.. clean, well apportioned, very livable for our extended stay. We were notified in advance of a roofing project going on at the complex, but with phenomenal cooperation and respect from the contractors, the project was not a big deterrent to our enjoyment of the unit. The owners/management company were extremely responsive to any requests or questions (the BEST we’ve experienced) and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Would happily stay here again!!

Beautiful condo, well eqipped kitchen, comfortable beds, CLEAN! Short walk to the beach and pool is right outside your downstairs patio doors! Garage is full of beach chairs and wagon. Washer and dryer available in unit. Would 100% stay again!! Loved it!!

We had an excellent stay during our trip to Saint Augustine. Montego Bay was perfect for our family with space to spread out. The Decour was modern and up-to-date and fun! The walkway to the beach was so convenient, and the pool was very clean and refreshing. The condo contained everything we needed for our stay, extra towels, dishes, bedding, as well as washing machine/dryer and beach toys, etc. The condo was clean and spacious. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us so that we could enjoy a Saint Augustine. We would definitely say here again. We enjoyed the local restaurants including the Columbia downtown, the Kali burger had great burgers, and Viola’s pizza was fantastic.. They handled my hungry crowd for sure. Trip to see the dolphins at MarineLand and Alligator Farm was definite worth it!!

This condo was amazing. The inside was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything that you would need was included. You can walk out the back door and the pool is right there. I will definitely stay here again next time.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and only a short walk to the beach. Having all of the beach supplies is very helpful- The wagon, the beach toys, surf board, boogie boards and chairs. Having the pool right outside our door was wonderful too! The rooms were plenty big and there were lots of extra blankets, pillows and sheets! Thank you for a fun family vacation!

This condo was perfect… from location, a garage, 2 floors with 3 bedrooms rooms, stocked kitchen and clean!!! Definitely recommend and will stay again!!!

Spent a week at Montego Bay with our family - 6 adults and a toddler. The condo was well equipped, which is important to us as we tend to cook instead of eat out. Having 2 bedrooms downstairs was nice for putting the toddler down for a nap or in the evening (in a pack n play provided by the condo) where it was quiet for her. The boardwalk to the beach was a relatively easy walk - the beach wagon along with toys and a few chairs came in handy. A few more beach and kitchen towels would have been nice, but was not a deal breaker. We plan to return to Montego Bay.

Very comfortable and clean place. Close to beach, pool, restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. Host was readily available and super nice! I highly recommend this place!

Had a chance to stay at this location as I wrapped up some work. Loved the extra passes to some site seeing activities that were included with the stay. The beach was a quick walk through the facilities with easy gated access. Had a very minor issue, but they were very quick and responsive! Place was well stocked. Pool in the back. Great living spaces.

We had such a great time here and the house was awesome! Two couples stayed here for a month and it was great! House is so well equipped!

Our family could not have been more satisfied with this accommodation and Saint Augustine Beach. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and much larger than we anticipated. It easily supported our family of five (which includes three active boys between 7-13 y/o) as well as my mother-in-law. The walk to the beach was easy and we enjoyed closing out the day by the pool. A return to Montego Bay will be in our future!

Great location right on beach very clean . 45 minutes from Daytona racetrack.

If you like being a little out of the way near a quiet, not-so-busy beach, this is a great location. Condo has kitchen and one bedroom upstairs and well-stocked kitchen. We did find some trash in odd places and bugs (in sofa cushions, under beds), but owner was notified and responded. It's Florida, so bugs are to be expected.

The property was in a good location and all three of us had our own rooms to stay in.

This condo is spacious and beautiful. It suited our family very well and felt like home during our stay in St Augustine. The kitchen was the highlight of the unit, perfect for preparing family meals, and extremely well stocked with all the supplies needed. Honestly this home was better equipped with kitchen supplies than any other vacation home we have rented. This makes it so much easier and enjoyable! Extremely clean home, located within a short walk to the beach down a winding wood walkway through the neighborhood complex. Pool was not heated so it was cold during our November stay. None the less we really enjoyed this place and visited several nice restaurants and activities in the area. There is a full flight of stairs to climb for the main level of the house, wasn’t an issue for us but something to keep in mind if that’s a concern for some folks.

Absolutely everything we were hoping for and more! Lovely spacious condo, clean, and tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need. Great communication with the owner. Close to the beach pool and historic St. Augustine. Just a fabulous place - we will definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo as soon as we seen it! It’s beautiful on the outside as well as the inside and very clean! We loved the fact that everything we needed was supplied like beach chairs, beach wagon etc. , that saved us a lot of room in our car on the trip. There was plenty of room for everyone and we also loved that there was a garage. We definitely want to come back!

We really loved the beach house. It was literally steps away from the beach. A short walk through a beautiful landscape with lots of wildlife. We saw tortoise, lizards and frogs before we even arrived at the beach. In the ocean we saw dolphins, turtles and enjoyed surfing the entire day.

Our stay here was everything we expected. The condo was nice, well taken care of, and had all of the kitchen and beach supplies we needed. The short walk to the beach is accurately described by the listing.

Great location with easy access to pool and beach. The property was perfect for my family with plenty of space and amenities. Everything was clean and upon arrival and good communications with the management company. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

Condo is fabulously decorated and very clean. Pool is out the back door and tennis courts out the front. Beach walk way right out front as well. There is a hose to wash sand off as well as showers on the beach walk way. Plenty of room in garage to store supplies and vehicle. Plenty of closet space in master and room to stash items you bring in. Bring toilet paper as only a couple are supplied in each bathroom. Definitely recommend!
