I 100% recommend this place for a family. Plenty of room, very comfortable and clean, and a 5 minute walk to the best beach in New Jersey. The owners were very easy to contact with questions.

Condo was wonderful! It had everything you needed and more! I would suggest listing it with a master bathroom because that was a bonus!! I knew it had 2 bathrooms but one attached to the bedroom is wonder!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Kids had their own rooms, plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and having dinner out on the porch. Very quiet neighborhood, no traffic. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfectly described condo in Diamond Beach. All necessities provided with a great host and hostess. Condo was clean and spacious and well decorated. I would recommend highly for others.

Great family vacation with easy access to the beach a short walking distance away. Layout of the condo was convenient and allowed for spacious common areas and privacy in all bedrooms. Walking distance to several restaurants and a few family attractions when not at the boardwalk with places to get away as adults only.
Would definitely stay here again.

Our family and in-laws ages 3months-92 years old had a great stay in Diamond beach. The location is close to the beach. The pool area is clean, lots of chairs tables and umbrellas. The porch area was the best for family dinners. Is it a bit further from the boardwalk but worth it for the peace and quiet we had. We had an amazing time. Thank you!

Perfect getaway
We recently visited with my husband and daughter who is 1.5. The unit was very clean, exactly as described in the listing and the owners couldn’t be more friendly. We enjoyed the quaint pool just a few steps away and of course the gorgeous beach a block away. One of our favorite parts was the large deck. We enjoyed breakfast there every day! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had and amazing time! The house was a perfect size and it was very accommodating! We had 6 adults and 3 children under 4 and we had enough space.

Special family vacation
Our daughters, their spouses and our grandchildren came from Maryland and Texas for a beach vacation like they had growing up. The kids had never seen the beach or ocean before and it was a joy to see them explore it. The house was large enough for all of us and comfortable. Loved the beachy decorations! Convenient location to a lot of places. The pool was perfect. Very enjoyable vacation.

Super rental!
We enjoyed our stay at Angela and Dominic’s home. Their home is well equipped and comfortable. Lots of little extras included that we appreciated! The location is excellent. Close to beach and restaurants! Loved the private beach at Seapointe! Thanks and hope to return next year!

Middle of the Road
Angela was outstanding in addressing our minor issues. The cleaning was addressed. Mattresses are extremely thin. The extra bedroom does not have a dresser for clothes, but does have a closet. Bring your own linens! They need to be replaced. The dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes very well. The glass table tops are not recommended for children. None of the children’s board games had all the pieces. Additionally one of the two boogie boards was broken. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The only downfall to the private beach is that as seasonal guests the chairs and umbrellas could not be rented. This is a middle of the road place for the price.

our stay at this condo was perfect, first floor, quiet location, lovely covered patio for morning coffee outside, the condo was very clean and organized, the kitchen was very accommodating for cooking at home, and my grandchildren loved the spotless pool,
and its an easy walk to the beach. thank you , hope to stay here again someday .

Enjoyable
Mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable , could hear the neighbors upstairs running / walking around , glass tabletop on kitchen table not stable / moved when elbows placed on it, we were 7 adults and there were only 4 chairs on kitchen table( maybe some folding chairs would be appropriate)— otherwise everything was beautiful

Great Family Vacation!!!
The condo was in a very nice hidden cove off the main road. Easy to get to, but quiet off the main road. Only about a block off the beach and about 6 houses down from the pool. The condo was comfortably beautiful. Very nice large eat in kitchen and living room. The covered deck was a wonderful surprise and respite from the sun. We used it everyday! The homeowners were very welcoming and can't wait til next year.

Dominic and Angela were very accommodating and provided a nice clean unit which my family greatly enjoyed! The location of this unit was great in it’s proximity to the beach. I believe it is a great value when considering all that it has to offer. Hope to be back soon as this was one of my favorite vacations our family has had! Thanks Dominic and Angela!

Family vacation
We had an extremely enjoyable week in this lovely home. The location to the pool and the beach were fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, pots and pans, spices, everything we needed. The owners were very sweet and left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. We met some very nice homeowners at the pool. Takeout from Carini’s was awesome and a special birthday dinner at Two Mile landing restaurant was phenomenal. Bike riding and walks to the wildlife refuge is very nice as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
