What a cozy and lovely room lace conveniently located only minutes away from everything in Park City. We could not have booked a better place. When we return we will definitely look for this property again. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

Very cute condo, just the perfect size for our group which included My brother, his wife and their 2 teens, and myself and my hubs. Location is directly across from the parking lot for Park City Ski resort. We were there for opening weekend. Condo is nicely appointed with everything you need to cook/prepare your own meals, wash your clothing, etc. Watch out for the steep spiral staircase with very wide slats between the rails and steps. I would be nervous about that with very small children around, even the teens were wary coming down the steps. Just a heads up, not really a huge issue! As other have said, this condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but the steps are very easy, 5 short flights and you are there! We recommend this condo for families with older kids and for the location and amenities. The pool and hot tub are nice after a long ski day.

Place was clean and comfortable. Kids loved the loft. Hot was closed which was a big bummer as we have kids.

Property was perfect for a quick ski trip. Walking distance to the resort, and nearby public transit to get around. No need for a car.

This condo was centrally located, which allowed you to walk to several shops and stores in the area. Our family of five were able to spread out a bit because of the beds and additional bathroom in the loft area. One downside is that the primary bedroom in the front of the condo could hear anything and everything that walked by the bedroom window, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Our stay was fine overall, but it would be great if the mattress was replaced in the primary bedroom.

The condo was great, the location was great, and more importantly, the host was great. The host was very quick to respond to my questions and ensure everything was perfect.

I’ve stayed in this building before but this condo unit was definitely nicer and more space with the loft and second bathroom. Everything was great in condo for us, we snowboard all day and eat out so we are only there to sleep and use the hot tub! We were basically the only ones in the pool and hot tub! Unit seems to have everything if you are cooking. We forgot a couple items (coffee filters, plastic bags) but the condo has a lot of stuff already. You can walk to the lift if you want! We drove to dinner but the bus stop is right by the building. Beds were great, everything worked in condo! I like this location because you’re basically downtown and by the slopes but you’re not paying $1,000/night!!! Great spot and we will check it out again next year!

The condo was everything we expected. I loved having the boys upstairs with their own bathroom. They programmed the keyless entry to a number that was significant to me. That was super handy. Location was perfect for our needs. Easy in and out. Boys even took a dip in the heated pool. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location, short walk to ski, right near a bus stop and even walkable to the town center on a nice day! Listing was accurate, place was clean and comfortable. Only knock is the kitchen could be a little better stocked.

Apartment was nice and conveniently located across the street from lift. It met our needs and was as described.

Stayed here after Christmas for a short 2-day ski outing with my family. The location is fantastic and the condo was great. My girls had a great time and the condo was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Would stay again.

This isn't a luxury place but it is very clean and was adequate for our needs. Any problems I had were addressed immediately other that the power outage for the last night which wasn't their issue. It was the city's. Just put a damper on our last day/evening there. I would rent again from these people!

The apartment have a complete kitchen, I could cook everything I need. The condo is in a privileged location. Comfortable furniture. Nice hottie, near of the apartment. The negatives points are the noise from the street where buses and cars pass during all day and the TV that didn't work well. It's a place that I could stay again!

We had a great week here for summer activities. Kids enjoyed the pool and easy access to MTB trails. Liked the redone upstairs bathroom.

We would go back.

We booked for a baseball world series. The condo is in a great location and fit our family very well! We had a great time! Pool and hot tub was a major bonus!! Quiet area also!!

We were here for a softball tournament. We played most games at City Park which was 2blocks away. We walked up to the adventure park for ice cream and fun activities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were glad the unit had a/c and washer and dryer although the dryer took about 3 hours to dry a load of laundry. There wasn’t a plug for the tub but our 5 year old was ok to take a shower this time instead. Parking was easy and the traffic was not loud. Grocery shopping was close by and there is a bus to get around town as well. We also visited the Olympic Park to watch the freestyle skiers make amazing jumps into the pool! Jordanelle reservoir is close as well and we even made a day trip to see Provo and go to the Splash Summit waterslides park. There were lots of waterfalls to see on that drive and tubing on the river looked fun as well as the Heber city train which we were sad to not have time for.

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed at this condo for a week of spring skiing. Location was great! The mountain is an easy walk (even with ski boots on) across the street, and we'd put skis in car on walk back, instead of carrying up 3 flights and the storage locker looked a little small. If no car, you could keep them inside the door as there's a ski rack/rubber mats. There's a 7-eleven very close by, and a Walgreens, grocery store, a few restaurants all within a 5-10 minute walk. Historic main street was a little further to walk, but we didn't mind as the weather was good and it's a nice walk past cool houses. The condo pictures are accurate -- a little dated (but clean), narrow spiral staircase to loft (washer/dryer up there too), and living area is a little small. We didn't use the community pool or hot tub, but it was open. Overall, a convenient, clean condo for the price. Thank you so much! Love Park City!

My husband and I were there with our teenaged daughter. We loved the fireplace and the view from the balcony. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable with nice linens. A short walk to the lift but we took the easy shuttle across the street a lot too! Excellent location. Great value. We will be back!

Proximity to the mountain was fantastic. Downtown was a bit further than I’d prefer, so the restaurant scene was hard without reservations.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to slopes. One block from Park City parking lot. Perfect size for our family of 4.

Perfect place doe our family Christmas trip. We were able to walk across the street to ski and enjoyed our views of the slopes from the balcony. Definitely a great place to stay!

We really loved our stay in Park City. This condo truly was close to everything, and our kids really loved the loft space where they could all be together. We had a question when we first checked in, emailed the owner, and had a response within minutes. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Park City.
