Had an excellent stay at this lovely escape! Wonderfully relaxing, enjoyed the jacuzzi, wood stove and fire pit. Cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed in

The property was just a beautiful as the pictures and the property manager was a delight to work with. I proposed to my fiancé there and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to do it.

The cabin was in a nice, quiet mountain area, and the visual from the floor to ceiling window put you outside without being outside. The hot tub was a great treat, as was the fire pit on the front deck. Everything was clean and nice. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

Lovely A-frame in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was perfect. Bedding was superior. Good fenced in area for our dogs. Hot tub under the stars and s’mores. What could be better?

I had a wonderful long weekend at this cabin with my husband and dog. We were thrilled that we had so many amenities and felt right at home. It might be a bit tight for larger groups, especially in the colder months when you might not hang out outside, but was just right for us. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood away from the traffic in town.

Found the street to be noisy and was surprised by the number of cars that passed by...we were there on a weekday and "band practice?" came from the High School and there was local construction (hammering) on a house nearby. The driveway was steep and room for one vehicle to park at top near entrance. (any other vehicles would have to park in a row on the driveway, as you are not allowed to park on the street.) The cabin itself was very clean with a nice open kitchen and lots of windows to enjoy the front upper deck. Enjoyed the deck the most with the fire pit and a pretty view of the trees. Unfortunately, We found it hard to get comfortable on the furniture. Aesthetically pretty and practical for the space, but couldn't curl up on the couch with a good book as I had hoped. We tried to stay in the bedroom closest to the one bathroom but, found the bed too soft so we used the bedroom upstairs. (it was just the two of us) That one was very comfortable but, the stairs were scarey to navigate at night in case you had to make a midnight trip to the bathroom. I would recommend the owner to make sure all the tv's are functioning in between guests because it seems some guests goof up the "apps". So we had problems with getting to watch movies. When we reached out to the owner, she was very quick to respond and sorted it out for us quickly.

Perfect place to unwind. The home is beautiful and has great amenities (hot tub, grill, deck, etc). We had everything we needed for a weekend up in the mountains. Can’t wait to go back

Wow, this place is going on my short list of getaways. What a wonderful A Frame with so many perks. The management has thought of everything and I mean everything for a comfortable stay. I used to manage properties and I know what it takes to do what they do, its a lot of trial and errors and they had all the right stuff. They thought of what seems, any situation to arise and they either left supplies or information on it. We had a great time, quiet, fun getaway. It made my girlfriends birthday the best. Thank you!

Had a great cozy time in the mountains

Great cabin for a family with kids. Everyone had their own rooms and the house was equipped with baby gates which was very helpful with my infant. The property was clean and within driving distance to all the attractions we were interested in such as Lake Gregory and Lake Arrowhead village. The host was wonderful, very friendly and communicative. My family will definitely visit again.

We had a really great getaway at this cabin. The layout is well designed and makes the place seem huge. The s’mores were a nice surprise from the host and we enjoyed them after grilling in the back yard. 5 minute drive from the village. Lots of trails a short drive away.

Our family of five had a fun time in the mountains at this great cabin. Our kids appreciated the lower bedroom and called it the kid castle. They really enjoyed having a private space to watch tv, read, and sleep. We all enjoyed the fire pit on the deck and roasting the s’mores that were provided.

Had a very peaceful few days in this beautiful home. The house was clean and well stocked with great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. And thanks for providing all the fixings for making s’mores!

The cabin was exactly as pictured, we appreciated the little touches of the s’mores kit and the automated night lights throughout. Easy to find instructions in the right areas, new and well-working appliances. Very stylish and cozy!

Fantastic property which was in great condition. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the kids loved being in the basement area as well as in the eaves. We will be back

Very cute A-Frame house. Great size for a single family or two small families. Convenient location and quite neighborhood. Really liked the smores kit that was there on arrival. Only drawback is the shower pressure was weak, but that could be improved by changing out the type of shower head. Overall great experience!

Arrived in the late evening with the family and as we walked in, the sitting area/kitchen and magnificent window was quiet lovely. Loved the upstairs area with built on tv to the wall. We did not use the downstairs area, but can smell more of pet dander. The host left a wonderful surprise in the fridge. S’mores for the fire pit. Loves going outside on the front deck to enjoy the view of large pine trees and the warmth of the fire. Only part that wasn’t as appealing was the location of the hot tub. Located to the back of the property. View is a chain link fence, no privacy and all dirt. Maybe upgrading the back area would be more inviting to sit in the hot tub. Besides that, we enjoyed our weekend stay!

Such a great cabin in a prime location. Marilyn was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Even told me the secret to making the loft bed so unbelievably comfy! We enjoyed s’mores on our last night next to the cozy fire pit outside. Our pups enjoyed all the great trails the area offered so we will definitely be back! Thank you for an awesome weekend :)

My partner and I stayed here for a romantic get away. It looked exactly like the photos, was clean, quiet, and everything worked as it should. Additionally, Marilyn was responsive for any questions immediately and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

A beautifully updated A Frame on a quiet street. Close to hikes and Lake Arrowhead and dog friendly. Could not have asked for more.

We had a lovely stay at Marilyn's cabin. She was very easy to communicate with and the house was very nicely furnished and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our stay here was so great. The A frame cabin was lovely and it had everything we needed. The location is also perfect - a couple of miles from Lake Arrowhead and also near Skyforest and Twin Peaks. We even found a vineyard up here that was close by. We can't recommend this cabin enough and Marilyn was a gracious host. This was the centerpiece to an amazing few days getaway.

We had a relaxing week at this property! My teenager loved all of the TVs. My husband and I loved soaking in the hot tub. The only thing that needed improvement was the shower head needs more water pressure. All in all, it was a great week!

We really enjoyed our stay - it was perfect for kids. Really clean and close to the village.
