Excellent location. Excellent stay

This house is stunning. It’s surrounded by aspens in peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful outdoor seating as well as a lovely interior.

The house was the perfect place to be for a week of skiing. Our group enjoyed all of the house's amenities and everything was clean and as listed! We would definitely recommend staying here!

The property is beautiful. We had 10 people and everyone fit comfortably, very quiet and relaxing. The pictures don't do it justice honestly.

This location is perfect for larger families and has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a book, watch TV, cook and just overall be relaxed! The location is only about 10 minutes off of I 70 and has quick access to most of the major ski resorts all within 20 to 40 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Tidy, warm and cozy, and situated in a great location. One hiccup was a natural gas-like smell in one of the bedroom downstairs - probably form furnace exhaust vent or something like that. This was fixed by regular cross ventilation. Other than that, it was 10/10 stay.

The property was properly outfitted with the essentials. The home provided great spaces to sit back and read a book, sit in the jacuzzi, or enjoy a morning coffee on the patio. We would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Silverthorne. Close to so many activities. The house had a wonderful layout for our 2 families. Hot tub was great and kitchen stocked with everything we needed!

This is a beautiful property with plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of seating, a hangout area for the kids, sleds, convenient to everything. The negatives: not as clean as I expected, especially during Covid, and most of the dishes had food caked to them. The appliances (coffee maker, dishwasher, blender) and pots and pans are worn out. There were spider webs and nicked paint spots all over the home. The room with bunk beds has an odd smell and the mattresses need to be replaced. Most of the sleds in the garage were broken. The home needs a major deep clean and some updating/replacing of some of the items available to use. I expected more from a home that costs what it does to rent.

The property is just as shown in pictures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great experience!

We loved the surroundings and the outdoor deck. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Upstairs furnishings and bedrooms were nice and quite comfortable. Downstairs not so much. Would have liked TV's in the living room and bedrooms.

Nice location and setting. All good. Some of the mattresses need to be replaced. Very clean and homey.

All and all good experience except whatever died in the laundry room. Wow what a stench!!

Beautiful home, very open and scenic-windows in every direction, elegant furnishings and the hot tub was a special treat. Room for everyone to stretch out. Kitchen had most items, but some replacements are recommended- we bought a vegetable peeler and cutting boards as we did not want to use what they had-too worn, steak knives would be a nice addition. We felt safe and the house was out of the fray of the summer tourist. Loved the aspens!

Great house to stay in for skiing in the area.

From the moment we rented this home everything has been perfect. The home Was perfect for our family get together. Great place to come back to after skiing. We all loved it and will rent this home again.

This house has it all! Beautiful setting, tastefully decorated. Enough room for 2 couples with kids to enjoy their time in the mountains. The kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget you could ever need! Our only complaint: there are several notes around the house with stern requests/threats from the homeowners, making you feel a little less than welcome. Understandable being a former rental property owner myself, but most of it is covered in the original letter sent out once you choose the property. This property is worth the price you pay, yes we would choose this property again.

This was a beautiful house to stay in. The furnishings were top notch. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of everything for the 6 in our group. Loved the gas stove! The gas fireplaces were a great bonus, it does get chilly at night in the summer. The hot tub was well maintained, although it was not warm the first night, maybe as a cost saving measure? Mosquitos were our major complaint outside, lol! We picked up a couple of citronella candles and that seemed to help. We only had a few issues, the Wi fi password was incorrect. We had to hunt down the router to get the correct password. Most of us had AT&T phones and we could not get a signal and so we had to switch to wi fi calling. Our one Verizon phone in the group did a bit better. The last concern was there was only 1 tv. (There was a tiny one in one of the bunk rooms). This was a great tv, it was set up with great speakers for awesome sound. But there really wasn’t enough space for 6 adults to get comfortable watching. Maybe a tv in the master bedroom would help. We had three cars in our group and that worked out fine. Any more than four, would have required shuffling cars around. I would not hesitate to recommend this house. I hope some day to return to the area and rent again!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is beautiful and the views are incredible. The home is nicely furnished and the main room was a great gathering space for our group. We are looking forward to renting it again soon.

Would definitely stay here again!
