We hosted my siblings, their kids, and grandkids over Thanksgiving weekend. It was spectacular and the pics don’t do it justice. Plenty of room for everyone, both to socialize but yet have their own space. Highly, highly recommend. And hosts were so great to work with - flexible, communicative, and accommodating. Will definitely look at booking again!

Great for large groups and big families

Held a group meeting/retreat for 14 guys. Property was awesome. Beautiful place and had everything needed. Host was great and made sure we felt at home. Very convenient to everything AZ has to offer. We had a ton of fun in the man cave watching football and playing pool, used the grill and smoker, and the mini golf/chipping course was the best! If I’m in AZ with a group again will definitely re-book here.

After seeing the pictures on the listing, we were very excited for our stay. The property was even better than the pictures when we arrived. The sleeping situation is perfect, the property had everything you need, and the location is perfect for a golf trip. Added bonus that Nicole is an amazing host. We are already looking forward to the next trip!

This was our second stay here. Everything during our stay was great. The main house has been fully renovated and is beautiful. The multiple houses were perfect for our large group. Nicole is a wonderful host and we hope to stay here again!

Great for a buddy golf trip if everyone wants their own bedroom. Incredible place to hang and watch games/golf in the evening after the round. House(s) were clean and stocked. Nicole was a great host and went above and beyond. Only negative is it felt like everything was 30 min away. We’ll be back!

Perfect place for large groups looking for convenient North Scottsdale location. Ideal for golfing or family outings. Multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas, three onsite houses with additional and separate bunkhouses. Unique and rare.

We were a corporate group that stayed here for a few days. The property was a great place to socialize. It had great indoor and outdoor spaces that could fit large groups. The sleeping spaces allowed for most people to have private spaces. The home owner was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a group of 15 guys for a golf trip and this worked out perfectly. Only place we could find that had enough beds to fit everyone and there was plenty of space. The pictures and description online are very accurate. Beyond the bedrooms there are plenty of hang out spaces both indoors and outdoors. Everything was super clean and well stocked - cleaning supplies, linens, etc. We did not need to bring/buy much at all. Renters are super nice, Nicole and Matt were great and very responsive and there to give us a tour when we checked in. The location is great for golf, right next to some of the best. It's a bit of a drive to Old Town (~35 minutes) but seems most stuff is spread out down there. It is pretty close to Buffalo Chip which was a great rodeo bar we were lucky to hear about. Overall it's hard to find anything to complain about other than it's hard to hold a chip on that putting green! Thank you Nicole and Matt for everything.

Perfect place to host reunion for 8 long-time friends. This place was like a.small resort. Even better than advertised with features and quality.

Photos are accurate but don't show just how big the space is. The property is large, versatile, and fun. Each house was fantastic and far exceeded the group’s expectations. The host was very responsive and showed so much hospitality. The place was perfect for our trip!

The property lays out wonderfully, for friend groups, families with kids, everyone. Tons of fun, plenty of areas for different groups to gather in separate spaces, beautifully landscaped.

The pictures don't do its justice. The property is absolutely beautiful, the backyard is gorgeous and a lot more space than what we expected. Firepit, hot tub, game room - just the perfect fit for our company retreat. Nicole and Matt are just wonderful hosts. Nicole responded immediately to any questions and provided great recommendations, they really know the area well. They are both very personable and accommodating. This places deserves a 5***** PLUS!! Very clean transaction start to finish

We had such a great experience. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating. The space was great and perfect for our retreat. We would definitely recommend coming here with a big group!

The property is amazing! Everything we could think of was there… plenty of room, private spaces, whole group gathering areas, extra bedding, linens towels, & household supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, aluminum foil, trash bags, detergent, dryer sheets, etc. The beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes/glasses, and utensils, The beauty of it all can not be captured by pictures. It is an EXPERIENCE. Prior to our arrival, Nicole addressed all questions and concerns, and after arriving, Matt made sure that any problem we had or any questions were resolved and answered. We will be back!

The listing and the reviews hit the nail on the head. This place is amazing. Never rented a place that was SO well stocked (10 years of reunions) We were a group of 16 from four families. Everyone had a super comfortable place to sleep. Plenty of spaces to hang out, have fun, play games etc. The fireplace was beautiful and there was ample wood to burn. The Fan Cave checks all the boxes. The pitch and putt is a hoot. We were 20 minutes away from some really nice day hikes. Nicole and Matt were able to answer all questions and meet all our needs. This is not a party house and rightfully so. This is a home. If you want to reunite with friends and family like grown and responsible adults this is the place for you. Our group has met up across the south and southwest over the years and this was hands down the nicest and most complete place we have stayed. Loved it.

We had a great time. The property was everything advertised and more. The landscaping and lighting are incredible. The accomodations were spacious , clean, and well maintained. The amenties were perfect, we enjoyed them all. The kitchens were well appointed, we prepared a three turkey Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. No body in our party wanted to leave, we definitely highly recommend this property. The owners also great to work with Greg and Lori Alvarez

My family enjoyed our long weekend at this great place. The golf area provided much fun for our family and we spent a lot of time on the beautiful outdoor patio and in the man cave.

I can’t begin to describe the compound. It had everything. Jacuzzi, man cave, putting and chipping course, fountains. It was spectacular. Great host. Very responsive. Great hospitality. Loved it all.

The house was everything promised and way more. Couldn’t have been a better fit for our group of 15. Nicole met us there and gave us a great tour to start our stay. Everything was honestly perfect. All the guys were super impressed by the uniquely fantastic accommodations and property!

Exceeded my expectations in nearly every category... it is a special place. Part ol’ west theme park, mixed with local decor, plenty of comfort, perfectly clean, and lots to entertain with on site. Soooo many little details...it felt like every “throw pillow” had a story behind it. Nobody will want to leave for dinner reservations....they will want to spend time at this place. Even more beautiful at night than in the day....an outdoor lighting Master Class. Great host....exceptional property....very sad that we had to eventually leave.

Perfect house for guys trip. Pictures don’t do justice for the size of the property. Backyard is a golf lovers paradise. Sauna and hot tub were great amenities to have after being on the course. Approx. 20-30 from everything in Scottsdale and PHX airport. We will definitely be back
