Unfortunately I was not able to make it to the resort or the cabin I am in the hospital but in there for 2 weeks now not able to feel anything from my lower extremities for my waist down so I was not able to enjoy the cabin and a little upset because that seems like an emergency situation and yet you're still going to Bill me

The house itself and sitting outside enjoying the weather and view of the woods. Also was able to see a deer one morning.

The cabin was secluded in a cul de sac and was very nice. It was very close to town and convenient to everything . We would stay again.

Been here 3 times over more than a decade, kids and I love the place and its convenient location. This home is a rare gem, I’ll be back.

There was so much space! The hot tub and Jacuzzi bath were great for aches and pains. We will definitely be back! So peaceful and quiet.

Our stay in this cabin was like an escape from reality. We loved our time here! It's as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean.

Cabin was very nice and clean. Everything that you needed was supplied. The area is clean and very quiet. All communications was fast and helpful. The road to the cabin is blacktopped so other than weather no special vehicle is needed. We will stay here again

The cabin was amazing! It was very clean and hot tub was also very clean! Short distance from town! We loved everything about it!

Loved it was at the end of the road so you hand a lot more privacy. The floor to ceiling windows were just perfect for enjoying nature even when cold or rainy. Had everything you need to stay in and unplug from everything. But was close enough to Helen to enjoy the town. Will be on repeat for me!

Very nice cabin within easy distance to attractions. Hot tub buzzes but worked fine. Kitchen needs baking pans and additional eating utensils.

Good location and nice cabin. Very dated and in need of some minor repairs. Hot tub pump either had air init or some other issue and was obnoxiously loud and would not turn off the entire stay.

Great location. Crew left lights on for us. It made maneuvering driveway a lot easier since it was dark when we arrived

We absolutely loved this cabin and the area it was in. Great location, paved roads right up to the cabin, clean and tidy neighborhood with plenty of privacy surrounding. Lots of earthy room for dogs to explore (on leash), I’ve stayed at pet friendly cabins before that had the tiniest patch of grass on a steep incline that my dog hated using, so this was great. There was even a welcome basket for my dog with new toys, treats and waste bags. I loved the thoughtfulness there and my dog loved the soft toy. The cabin itself was great. Not too much of a view from either back deck but a 30 second walk outside will give you gorgeous views from the top of the driveway. And the little things like handsoap, plenty of towels, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent etc go a long way with me. And hooks! Hooks everywhere to hang your stuff up, every other cabin I’ve stayed in has lacked these things. It was just me, my husband and my dog for this trip so the cabin was plenty spacious and I imagine it would be for four to six people too. The only downsides for us were: the hot tub jets are on the fritz, but the hot tub was hot and gave us some bubbles so we made do. The kitchen knives are all so blunt they won’t cut a fried egg (not a huge deal for me but my husband loves to cook). And the trash, the cabin rental company asks you to bring trash to their office location dumpsters, not far maybe a 5-10 min drive out of the neighborhood along the main highway. As it was just me and my husband for five days, we didn’t make much trash so we only had to do this once after checking out but it stank out our already packed car and the only place to put the trash was right on top of us. If you’re traveling with more people/kids I can see this being a bigger issue. Maybe it’s a HOA thing that you can’t have those wildlife proof trash cans outside cabins? Either way, we would definitely stay here again, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Had such a great time in Helen, Georgia and had the most perfect place to stay. The cabin was located just a quick 15 minute drive away. Being from the city, this was a perfect place for me and my husband as it was private but not so secluded from civilization. Also, it was quite an experience with the mountain life driving! The cabin was quiet, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We will check with VACASA when planning our trip back to Helen next year.

Unforgettable was the perfect getaway for our entire family, fur kids included. It was spacious, yet cozy. The hot tub was an added bonus. And the proximity to all the area has to offer was perfect. We are already planning a return visit!

Very clean/ however all of the jets on porch hot tub were not working and also the cooking pans is time to replace.

We loved the location. Close to Helen, GA. Loved taking walks in the community and scenic drives.

Nice fire ring but could use some chairs. WiFi even worked outside. Couldn't figure out the TV but wasn't necessary.

If you’re looking for a quiet mountain getaway this is it! The proximity to the adorable town of Helen is perfect. The availability of parks and hiking trail is a big plus as well. Take a drive and explore the solitude of of this area!

Property was as described and was very modern and clean.

Nice home but no real places to walk as area was too steep. Master bedroom TV did not work. Repair man said the fire stick had been stolen. Did not replace. Need cable or satellite.

Overall loved this place! Wish the fireplace was operating, some utensils were not cleaned or checked for grilling, leak at hose by hot tub made me anxious. Pool table didn't have enough room, maybe air hockey or foosball table would work better. Loved the cabin!❤️

Great cabin. 3 problems. Fireplace couldn’t be used, Poor communication re checkout process. We asked for a later checkout time than 10:00, never got a response. The cleaning crew let themselves in at 9:40 while we were still there. Locking the door was very complicated, and the website with instructions was not available

We had the most wonderful time in this cabin, and loved the proximity to Helen and wineries/vineyards. It is such a beautiful location and the cabin was lovely!

Spent significantly more to get a cabin with a fireplace. Upon arrival we found out the fireplace was unsafe and could not be used. There are many other smaller things that need repair/routine maintenance. There were no instructions on how to use televisions. Thought we were booking through Vacasa and were surprised by additional charge on our credit card for VRBO. Receipt showed we had not purchased insurance but credit card bill showed charge for trip insurance and hazard insurance. We were not sent any info on the insurance until we questioned the charge. Having to deal with three different businesses and the lack of communication and coordination was frustrating.

Very disappointed in the quality of maintenance this cabin has had. Old appliances that need to be replaced, laminate flooring that is peeling up. Dirty towels and linens. Stained carpet and futon all of which need to be replaced. This could be a good cabin but unfortunately it needs a lot of maintenance and a good deep cleaning. We won’t be staying here again. Location is great though.

Nice cabin for a weekend get away but there were a few things that need to be noted. 1) there were cobwebs on the lights of the ceiling fan in the bedroom downstairs and cobwebs on the fireplace. 2) I'm not sure how clean the bathroom was downstairs. There was a razor case that was left in the shower from the guest before us. 3) The pool table is nice but there is not room to play a game of pool. Not enough space between the walls and the table. 4) Only one set of jets in the hot tub worked.

Nothing worked like they said it did. The floors were messed up in spots/ fire pit had no chairs. Tv and hot tub didn’t work. The beds were hard and springy. The driveway was awful. The service we got was not responsive or great. Coffee pot was dirty when we got there and we had to drive nasty smelly trash in an suv miles up the road to dump it

Dishwasher was full of dirty wet dishes and Vacasa sent no one to clean up the mess in the kitchen even after repeated requests. They refunded only $25 even though we had to eat out all the time. We didn’t want to touch any of the items because didn’t know how long they had been sitting there. Because of this our vacation was way more expensive and we left a day early. I left a text that I hope they do better for the next renter.
