This is a wonderful place for a get away! We were fortunate to be able to stay an entire month and enjoyed everything about our stay. It was super quiet and super comfortable and Annarose was a very helpful, welcoming hostess. I think she has a talent for knowing exactly how much interaction is right for each guest and is available and friendly without overwhelming. This truly felt like a home away from home with our own entrance and all that we needed. It is in a safe neighborhood to and I walked to the nearby Safeway, CVS, dollar store, and even a bit further to the rec centers, thrift store and post office. We had everything we needed, including easy access to the laundry room and access to the garage. The whole experience was great and we definitely recommend the Lilly Pad for a stay you will enjoy for sure. Hopefully we will be able to stay again some time!

Well worth the price. Quiet and restful. Easy access and coming and going. Close to shopping etc.

The Lilly Pad was well furnished with everything we needed for our long stay. A very clean and spacious suite where we could do some light cooking and using the grill as well. The Arizona room was nice despite the very warm days and use of the garage was a plus. Comfortable king bed, awesome bathroom and great little kitchenette not to mention the use of the extra screened in room, having washer and dryer and use of the garage. Our hostess was extremely gracious and responded whenever we reached out to her. Loved watching the rabbits and birds in the back yard. Would stay here again and would highly recommend it. It was a home away from home.

Spent a week at the Lilly Pad during the recent extreme heat and couldn't have been more comfortable! The suite has all the amenities one could ask for. So nice to park inside the garage to keep the car cool. I enjoyed coffee in the early mornings outside in the lovely backyard. AnnaRose is so accomodating and pleasant! She is a great resource for the area. I was doing some preliminary house hunting and what a bonus that she is a realtor! Highly recommend the Lilly Pad - don't want to forget to mention the very comfortable bed!

We had a wonderful stay! This home is in a convenient and safe location. It has plenty of space with kitchen and bathroom essentials and extras provided. We loved the comfy king bed and slept well! We hale from the Midwest and found the early March weather to be divine!!

Annarose's home was so beautiful and cozy . My partner and I stayed there for 2.5 weeks while we searched for a new home in Phoenix. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and we always felt safe. Annarose left everything we could need in the home and tons of thoughtful touches. Just to clarify for future renters. The suite is in the back of her home with a separate entrance but she allows you to use the garage if you need. The only shared space is the garage and laundry which she also uses as she lives in the main portion of the house. She was very respectful of our privacy and space. Very kind woman. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

The master suite I stayed at was just what I was looking for. Everything was ready for my arrival. The property manager had stocked all the essentials even During the COVID-19. I would recommend this suite while visiting in Sun City Arizona.

Had some concerns prior to arrival regarding the size of the unit. Those fears were unfounded! Nice layout with everything you could need. Annarose was quick to answer any questions and a great host!

AnnaRose, the owner could not be nicer!!! Perfect for initial stay after driving from Connecticut. I got unexpected bad news, my brother passed suddenly in Ireland at 55yrs old. A decorated UK Marine, in tip top shape> Annarose went above and beyond to make sure I was coping as well as expected under the circumstances, moving new job and loss..., She welcomed my little dog, and I am grateful for her welcoming home, amazing grapefruit and lime trees right outside. An added bonus... Quiet neighborhood, everything you need is within 5-15 mins! Grocery store and plaza is 1.5miles away. You will truly appreciate your privacy and comfort! Very clean. Supplies in the kitchenette, bathroom and laundry were fine. Nice booklet with dining suggestions and check out instructions. We enjoyed sitting in the screened porch and watching the birds outside. Thanks for a lovely week!

Annarose was very accommodating! The Lillypad had everything we needed. We stayed two months and will be back again! The location was great and everything was nearby. The Arizona room and backyard was so nice to use. We loved having fresh oranges and grapefruit right outside the door. It was a fantastic stay!

Annarosa is a super hostess. She made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was there, even things that we didn't know we would need. The Arizona room was great. We were able to host family members there. We used the Arizona room daily for cards. Would highly recommend the Lilly Pad.

The accommodations were up-to-date and very comfortable --- everything we needed. We loved being so close to the Sun City recreation center where we enjoyed pickle ball, walking track, huge pool and spa. We were also only blocks away from Safeway and church. Steve & Vicki Arnold

We had a wonderful month in this Sun City abode. It was exceptionally clean and perfect for a couple to spend a month golfing and relaxing in the sun. Annarose is a very accommodating host and we would recommend this facility to anyone wishing to spend time in the Phoenix area.

The LillyPad was perfect as our house closing was delayed for a month & we moved here from IL. Ms. Annarose was gracious & accommodating. We could not have found a better temporary home to start our journey in AZ.

My wife and I enjoyed 9 nights at the 'Lilly Pad'. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent for the activities that we enjoyed. The owner was wonderful and shared some of her world-class home-grown grapefruit with us. Everything you need for a short-term stay. Nice area for evening walks. Wake up to lots of birds chirping. Would stay here again.

I spent 2 months totally enjoying AnnaRose's wonderful studio. It is adorable!! Love the spa like bathroom. Knowing that I enjoying cooking and that the studio does not have an oven, AnnaRose kindly provided a new crock pot. I easily was able to cook with that. She also added a blender after I stated a need. She is so accommodating and kind. My 2 months went by so very fast and I am sad to leave. I will be back to Sun City!!! There is so much to do.

We stayed a week at this wonderfully renovated studio. All the pictures that are posted and the descriptions are exactly how the Lillypad looks. The location is ideal for spring training games in Peoria (less than 15 minutes away) and Surprise (about 25 minutes away). Supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants and other services are nearby. The Arizona room was our favorite. It is a screened in patio looking out at the citrus trees (the aroma of the trees is heavenly). We enjoyed eating our breakfast & drinking our coffee in the peaceful morning. The king size feather bed & pillows made for a good night’s sleep. This place had everything you need refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker (with coffee supplies), dishes, & soap. The bathroom was furnished with shampoo, conditioner, bath soap toilet paper & towels. On top of all that you had access to a washer & dryer with all the supplies you need to do laundry. We enjoyed complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV . In conclusion we found our time at the LilyPad was all too short and we look forward to renting it again in the near future. Thank you AnnaRose

My sister and I are thrilled we found the Lillypad for our stay in Sun City this month. It's a very unique rental - less than a full house but so much more than a hotel. Brand new with a spacious main room, elegant bath with gorgeous granite and tile, beautiful kitchenette with everything we needed. It was a busy trip for us and the Lilypad was our oasis each night - just the peace and quiet we needed. Thank you, AnnaRose, for creating this gem and welcoming us.
