We had 3 couples stay and had a fabulous time for two weeks. The house, location, views, and deck area were all just perfect. The management company was also wonderful to work with. This home is very well taken care of and perfect if you want to relax with a spectacular view and I am sure just super if you are a boater/fisherman as well. Very highly recommended!

The property is a custom built home, high quality and very beautiful with great location as well. Very well furnished. As one might expect there were a few glitches, ie some lights need to be replaced, ice machine adjusted, written instruction for operation of the pool and jacuzzi, the manager came by and directed us to which we had no further issues. I would encourage the management team if they do not , please have a check off list for each room for example the master bedroom's TV was none functional, which they responded and a new one will be required to be ordered. As well as some other operational items that could be directed at the time of visiting the home. Over all it is a wonderful place to stay and some of the inconviences could have been averted.

It is a beautiful property on the water with great access to the Atlantic ocean side of Marathon. With a few exceptions, everything was well maintained and clean. There were 8 people in our party and the house nicely accommodated all. The furnishing and appointments are top-notch and beautiful. Beds were comfortable, although some might find the front upstairs BR bed too soft. We were not thrilled with the rigid policy of a 9AM checkout on your day of departure. This did not allow us to enjoy our last morning of vacation. Also, the security lights around the house remained on all night and were very bright in the bedroom windows while sleeping. Other than that, a very good property. I would consider staying there again.

My family and I stayed here for a week and couldn't be happier. The house was clean with plenty of room for the 10 of us. The only issue we had as the grill needed replaced but the rental company acted quick and had a new grill there for us the next morning ready to go. Very Nice dock with plenty of room to dock our 30' boat. I would defiantly recommend this house.

The location was excellent and we were able to watch all the boats going and coming to the ocean. and having a pool/hot tub next to the water made for a pleasant experience. The kitchen was large and up to date and the house was professionally decorated. The master BR was large and the marble bath with tub/shower options was appreciated.

The house was stunning and beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you might need. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and perfectly situated for watching the spectacular sunsets, walking to restaurants, jogging and taking advantage of the dock that made water activities easy and accessible. A few of our favorite spots that we visited more than once and were within walking distance of were Curly's Coffee, Marathon Bagel Co. and Sparky's Landing. The house accommodated our two families of 4 adults and 4 teenage girls with more than enough space to have meals together, enjoy both the indoor and outdoor community areas, and everyone having a bed to call their own. The house was immaculate when we arrived, and we noticed very few things that were not in pristine shape even though much of the Keys is still in disrepair from Hurricane Irma. Our only complaints were that we could not get the jacuzzi to reach a temperature that was much more than the pool and the AC unit on the main living level didn't seem to be working well. The dock still is showing signs of the recent storm, but nothing that impeded our activities. We enjoyed paddle boarding and fishing from the dock all week. The manatees, dolphin, iguanas and pelicans were so much fun to see right at the house. We also took a day trip to Key West which was an easy drive from the house. We had a nice dive/snorkeling trip with Captain Hook's and took a half day fishing trip with Sundance Sportfishing. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and pampered stay in Marathon. I know that we hope to return and miss those amazing sunsets everyday. This house made our trip a special and memorable trip for all!
