was like walking into our home. very very clean property, anything you needed ie towels, chairs, any kitchen items. Owner was very nice and available if we needed anything. All bedrooms were very nice. Will rent again in the future. Thank you!

Girls trip get away. Condo was perfectly located. We enjoyed the quietness and beautiful surroundings. Was a perfect time in the middle of the week to enjoy an older crowd and not have to worry about a bunch of teenagers and young adults being rowdy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place for for my family and I to stay for a few days. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the Guadalupe river was wonderful! Would definitely consider staying there again.

We wanted to stay somewhere with direct river access and a pool and have separate sleeping areas for each couple. This was perfect. The baby deer and daily family of ducks were a sweet bonus. The nearby grocery stores and restaurants from canyon lake to New Braunfels were easily accessible. We even enjoyed a day at Canyon Lake Dam. Just a great getaway.

Spacious condo, 5 adults and a 3 year old fit comfortably. Great river access, gorgeous view. Clean.

Extremely quiet, clean, gated property, the unit was beautiful clean and well stocked. The property manager has great communication. Hope to stay again!

We had a family reunion next door at one of the big pavillions/hall. We just had to walk around a fence to get there. The condo was perfect, no issues at all. We had 6 of us that stayed and had plenty of room. The patio looked over the river, beautiful scenery! Just walk down the hill to get into the water. Shallow enough to sit in or walk across to the other side. Would definitely stay there again, just needed more time.

Not even an hour into our stay we saw a deer on the river. We only stay a couple of days but it felt like we were home. We will definitely be staying here again.

This condo was exactly as described and has a tremendous and peaceful view of the Guadalupe River. Plenty of loving and sleeping space for all seven of us. You do have to travel to some tourist locations 20-40 minutes from condo but worth it. I recommend staying here and enjoying the cal river and peaceful sunsets on Canyon Lake. Must do Jacobs Well, Blue Hole, Comal River Tube Ride, Six Flags and Guerne.

We all loved the patio with the fire table. Kids loved playing near the river side. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. Was able to stay another night which Mae everyone happy.

Really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and neighbors were amazing.

Owners need to make some improvements, considering the price. Mattresses in all 3 bedroom were old & uncomfortable, in addition to some broken patio furniture that was left in a pile in the corner of the patio.

Great location if you want a quick float or just hanging out in the river.

The location was in a perfect spot. We were close for floating and for the concert we came for. Plenty of room, clean and amazing view from the Patio. They don't mess around with the rules make sure you are wearing your wristband at all times!

We had 3 adults and 3 kids with us. Plenty of space for all of us. Everything you needed was there. Condo was clean and stocked. Complex was quiet with security. The back patio was amazing to sit out and enjoy the nice cross breeze and the view of the river. The river is extremely cold but if you can handle it, it’s amazing! We tubed the horseshoe just a few miles down the road - easy to do! Pool was nice to have at the end of the day. Close enough to go to Gruene, San Marcos, New Braunfels. We would definitely come back.

We had an amazing time here… the cabin was very clean and well taken care of…. The river is close and the pool is also…. My entire family loved it… hope to book again in the near future

The place was amazing. Beds were cleaned, dishes were spotless. Towels smelt fresh. Right in front of the river with a beautiful view. Very convenient to have it on the first floor. Pool was so nice and clean. It’s saltwater. Two minutes from the grocery store and minutes from many places to float from. Felt safe with great security. Loved that it was a gated property. We left out bbq in the back of truck and no messed with it. The condo came with a grill which was clean and made it so convenient for us to cook on. Owners responded fast to my messages. We will definitely come back.

Perfect place to relax with friends or family. Everything you need is close by. Tube/Kayak rentals, groceries store, restaurants even the liquor store. After posting pictures on social media 6 friends asked for info on the condo. Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying here! Exactly as described, great location, beautiful condo, clean and nice, great property, I can’t say enough! Literally the only thing we would change would be a harder spraying shower head in the master bath... and even still we would return repeatedly! Thanks for a great weekend at an amazing property!

We loved our stay along the River Guadeloupe. The views from the patio are stunning all throughout the day. Although the River was chilly for us to swim in March, it didn’t stop my 11 year old from playing in the water. The location of the condo is central to several different historic small towns with endless character. There are plenty of exciting excursions for kids and adults nearby. I would suggest to book them before your stay, however. Finally, the condo was very clean, well stocked, and had stylish and comfortable furnishings. We never felt like there was something missing. We certainly would return!

We enjoyed our time so much! The property was FAR better than we hoped. Having a family with little ones and the ability for them to have separate rooms was great. Property was very clean. So many aspects were considered that we didn’t even think would be there! We are already planning a trip back!

The place was great! We spent our warm sunny days and chilly nights on the river front. Faves: the view, the night time fire pit and star gazing, good cookware and plates, cleanliness, and the really nice neighbors who let us use their kayaks on the water! Comfy beds, plenty of room for 2 couples- each in a room with our own pack n plays, and a separate room for our nanny we brought for the weekend. We were very grateful for the hosts being so responsive in the days leading up to the trip! We will definitely go back!

The property was very nice enjoyed being right on the river. However if you’re looking for a place that has a pool the pool was closed because maintenance never got the phone fixed. And they can’t open the pool without the phone working. They did tell me they were working on it about two weeks before but never got it fixed.It also could use some curtains in the bedrooms. It was really bright and hard to sleep in. First pit was really nice. And the place was very clean and nice. Would for sure come again.

Property is a newer condo and was nice compared to other nearby resorts we stayed at. This condo had plenty of room for all guests and a very nice outdoor patio overlooking river and canyon. Beautiful view. We floated down from the horseshoe bend and just got out right in front of condo. Super convenient for floaters.

The only issue I had was limiting parking and the security guard and other guests looking into our window. The guard also harassed our friends when their bands got wet and removed while going to dinner. It seemed a bit excessive.
