First …. 5 stars to Lana for communication…. She answered a lot of questions for me through email and text. Second- 4 Stars on the house…. Overall the house was great- just a few things that made me give the house a 4 star…. Living room set was showing its age with fabric/pleather peeling, the beds really need updating and you can see and feel when laying down the “body” sinks in the mattresses. The main master bed also creaked loudly (i’m thinking the boxspring has a break in it somewhere and when you move to roll over on it, it sounds like wood on wood creaking) tv remotes - 2 of the 7 of them had dead batteries- . Kitchen utensils were lacking. I had to go out to the dollar store and buy some to use while we were staying there cause we cooked in a lot.. Movie room was crazy hot as the A/C was broken/ Lana sent someone out to check it they clean the filters. The repairman told me in a few hours. If it’s not any cooler, please reach out to the owner and let them know. They need a new air conditioner and that I did do., but we never got a new one while we were on our 10 day stay. it was so hot in there. I think we only watched one movie the whole time we stayed there . Game room was ok- a bit tight as half of it was made into the movie theater.. it was very hard to play pool because the pool sticks would hit the wall, It was tight in there. The video games were OK. The pool was awesome! We paid for a pool heat and it was so worth it. The house was very clean ….

From the very first contact with the host Lana everything was fantastic , questions answered in a timely manner… House was exactly what we needed my wife my older kids and my grandkids had an amazing time…. I would highly recommend this place to stay…. Thank You to Lana and everyone that assisted me much appreciated, see you guys on my next vacation

Perfect family home. Our 4 Grandkids had a blast with the pool and Home Theatre. The communication with the Property Manager was excellent.

We were so pleased with this home! It was perfect for our family which included 6 adults and 4 kids! My grandsons loved the game room.. the home theater...and especially the pool! The commute to Disney is very short... we did hit some traffic on 192... but saw Disney shuttles in the traffic too... so don't see the point of choosing a budget Disney resort over a beautiful home! Lana was a very gracious host and communication was pleasant and prompt! She even allowed us to check in early as we were lucky enough to be checking in on a week where the home had not been previously occupied. Having my grandchildren occupied with the game room or pool while we cooked dinner made for relaxing and fun evenings after a long day at the park! Thank you Lana for allowing us to rent your beautiful property within an equally beautiful resort!

Perfect for our group of 3 families. 4 adults and 4 kids total. Stayed 6 nights. Clean and as advertised. Great response from hosts. We loved the location and used this as a home base for a sports tournament and trips to Disney and Universal. Would recommend to others!

We brought our little family of 7 to Orlando for Christmas. So much fun and so many memories. This house over delivered for sure! My 9 and 10 year old grandkids had a blast. Arcade games, pool table, movie theater, pool! Everyone had their own room. The adults had fun too! Fitness Center and water park at the club house. We could have stayed on property all week and have been entertained. House was so spacious and close to all of our activities, i.e Universal, Disney Springs, etc. the property management stayed in communication the whole time to ensure we had no issues. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay on this property. The house is beautiful. There were a couple of issues, nothing major but the owners went above and beyond to fix them for us! Always a prompt reply. I would definitely recommend staying here. I loved the fact there were 2 bedrooms on main floor and then the bedroom for my granddaughters, then another bedroom upstairs for our other daughter and son in law with the boys bedroom! And the theater was awesome! If the kids weren’t in the pool they were in there watching movies!! I definitely would recommend this home to others. Will definitely try and stay here again! Again , I would like to thank the owners who are great people.

House was exactly as described, plenty of space, great ammenities, the family enjoyed the arcade and theater. Host was very responsive and made our stay easy from start to finish. So, close to all of the parks make this an easy choice for our next Disney vacation.

We are a family of 6 adults and 4 children This house is amazing. From the minute we stepped through the front door we were in love with it. Very clean Location is perfect. Kids loved stepping out the sliding doors and the pool was right there. Our hosts checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. Highly recommend this VRBO

Had a great time! We loved the pool, video games, and pool table; in fact we never felt the need to go to the water slides at the clubhouse. We didn’t heat the pool- temp was perfect after long hot days at the parks! NOTE: keep in mind that the house is self-service so you’ll need to bring the essentials (TP, Paper Towels, condiments, etc.)

Our stay was fun place was clean and affordable. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and affordable place to stay.

This home exceeded our expectation! Our family absolutely loved this home and all it has to offer. We will definitely return on our next Disney trip.

This villa was awesome! There were enough bedrooms foe each of us. And even the teenage boys got a kick out of the themes. We paid the additional 25.00 per day to have the heated pool, which has always been complimentary to us everywhere else we've ever stayed, and were a bit surprised to find out that it was a spa and not a hot tub. So the 25.00 is recommended even in June. We did travel to the beach one day and it was nice that they provided beach chairs. A cooler would have been nice (just a suggestion). Another suggestion for future guests would be a gas grill. We really missed not being able to grill and noticed most our neighbors had grills in their lanais. One more suggestion for the owners would be to supply aa junk drawer with pen and paper, tape, etc. Also, condiments would be nice, as well as things like baggies, foil, misc. items. It's tough for travelers to pick these things up for just one week. Mot places we have rented have supplied these things and renters continue to add items and leave them behind. Overall, we had a wonderful week and it was a beautiful villa. Lana was wonderful to work with!

This property had all the essentials and is in a great location. Only a 5 minute walk to not only one but 2 different parks and less than 10 minute walk to the clubhouse! This is my family's 3rd annual trip to Windsor Hills in which we previously stayed in a condo and then a town home with smaller groups. This year we were going with a larger group and were drawn by this beautiful homes Theater room, arcade area with pool table, and private pool, all for a great value.The property manager Lana was absolutely great, very responsive! We look forward to continuing our annual trips and having this gem as an option in the future!

Great property. The pool needed a little care and the portable AC in the movie room needed a filter clean but easy fixes.

This is our second year In this Amazing "Find the Magic" Villa! It is exactly as described in the listing! There was 11 of us. We had 6 adults and 5 children. PLENTY of room for all of us and privacy at any of the 5 lovely bedrooms. This house is so wonderful that the kids wanted to stay and swim at the house instead of going to the lagoon pool. The private pool, spa, game room and your very own theater makes this the perfect place to play and be entertained for the children and adults. The kids loved the private theater after a long day swimming. The kitchen is better stocked than my own home.🤭 So true! Everything was clean and Lana was so kind making sure we were all having a great time and if we needed anything. We love this Villa so much that we already booked for next year. Thank you Lana for everything! We would give it 100 stars if we could. Counting the days till we return.

We stayed here for 6 days and my three children (7,6, and 2) enjoyed this place more than they did Disney world! The movie theatre and game room were a huge hit and the themed bedrooms got them so excited! The pool and hot tub were the star of the show! I recommend heating the pool as the weather turns quickly- we paid for the heat and it was well worth it! This place is HUGE-more than enough space for the 5 of us to spread out. It was just as listed! Lana was a super helpful host and made sure to check in with us shortly after arrival. Windsor hills is close to everything and the splash pad was a nice bonus (though the water was super cold!) Downsides: we weren’t expecting a pool cleaning with no swimming for an hour afterwards (it was the nicest day we were there so a bit of a bummer). The only other thing is I wish there were more cleaning supplies available for use so I could tidy up while I was there. Overall I highly recommend booking this place. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed this home. We had my family of 5 and my parents with us. It was perfect for our littles ages 2-8 and for adults! Plenty of sleeping spaces. Pool area was wonderful. Game room and theater was really nice for winding down at night or a cool activity for our “home” days! Owner was really kind and easy to communicate with. The house is perfect walking distance to the park as well.

A great place to stay! We took our family vacation here and had 3 separate families with kids ages 1-7. The pool was so nice to have right at the house. (We did pay extra for the pool heat and it was well worth it) The warerpark was a short walk away and also so convenient to have right there for extra activities. We even saw an alligator in the lake by the waterpark! The house was so spacious with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. There was a bathroom everywhere we looked. My kids loved the arcade games, the movie theater room and many enjoyed the nostalgic Nintendo. Lana was EXTREMELY responsive throughout the process, checking in via message and also fast at replying if I had a question. She sent a welcome letter via email about a week before we came which explained how to get in, etc. to a tee. We pre-ordered our groceries through Walmart ahead of time which worked out very nice. We scheduled a pick up time, drove a mile down the road and done. (Heads up, the Walmart is VERY busy!) Tips to buy and bring: salt and pepper, coffee filters, cooking spray, garbage bags, tinfoil, toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs) A great property to stay at!

The house was perfect and in a convenient location. It had everything we needed. Very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The kids loved the Disney theme and jumping into the pool after a hot day at the parks. The "movie theater" is an added bonus. Lana is a very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the most amazing time making memories with our Grandkids & family at Lana house! The house was so beautiful & clean & so much activities for us all! We love the hot tub & pool & the toys we could use & the movie theater & the game room! It was nice to be able to walk to the water park. The other theme parks are just a few miles away. Lana was the best host about checking in & making sure everything was going good! The best VRBO that we have ever stayed at! We highly recommend this place!! We hope to return! Thank you Lana!!

A great place where the pictures alone do no do it justice. A quiet neighborhood close to shopping and dining only a few miles from multiple amusement parks. Everything was exactly as described with everything you need to be on a relaxing vacation.

We loved Lana's property. Its location was central and close to both Sea World and Disney world. Down time was easily spent both at the house and within Windsor Hills. My kids enjoyed the arcade and water slides in the community as well as the activities such as free face painting. The check in was smooth and seamless. We will certainly return!

We loved the layout, the size, all the amenities. The host was great to work with. We will absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed having a home to stay in as a group. The rooms were spacious and we liked that each room had its own bathroom. The pool was a nice option, and everyone enjoyed the spa on the chilly days. It did take a while to heat the pool and spa, so plan accordingly. There was plenty of space in the kitchen, but some items could be added to the kitchen for ease of cooking such as a cutting board and some basic spices (salt & pepper). We made due with paper plates to cut food and some tiny packs of salt & pepper from fast food restaurants, but it would be nice if they were in the home to start. On another note- the game room and theatre room were great! Everyone had a great time utilizing both spaces. Overall, we definitely would rent this space again and absolutely loved our stay! I 100% recommend this location to everyone.
